Very nice property. Nice short walk to beach. Great pool. Manager was very nice and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This property was perfect for the 11 of us (3 families). The walk to the beach was so easy with kids and all our stuff. My only complaint was that the 3rd floor tended to get VERY hot during the day and wouldn't cool down until 9ish. If you have young kids, I would recommend they stay on lower floors since they'll likely go to bed earlier. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, the house was clean and the pool was fantastic. It’s a very spacious place for a group of 12 to stay, the only thing was that the two rooms on the third floor don’t have doors which removes the privilege of having privacy but over all it a great place to stay!

The pictures were a bit deceiving, which didn’t really bother me. What I was most disappointed about was the cleanliness. There was mold/mildew in the shower and the shower floor was dark with dirt. I went the next morning and had to purchase cleaning products. After I cleaned the entire bathroom, because I didn’t trust that any of it had been cleaned, it was ok. I also had to purchase batteries for the tv remote. They were dead and it would not work without the remote. There was no one available on site to proved new ones. Sadly, I will not stay here again when visiting.

House was in a great location. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had. House was as described.

Place was Perfect. the only thing is the top floor 2 bedrooms share a shower/ bathroom and no bedroom doors, so you hear the other room and a hallway light goes on whenever somebody makes a move. /suggestion sliding barn doors for those bedroom doors, which will give some privacy. And was dissapointed the pool was not heated, the weather was in the 60's in Feb so a heated pool would of made it a perfect stay.

The property is well done recent construction. Beautiful pool. Spacious and well equipped bathrooms in every bedroom. The beach is only two blocks away. When the Christmas mega-storm took out the power to the house, the manager worked hard to find an alternate place for our family. She was ready to move us to an equivalent property to guarantee our comfort. Just as we were preparing to move; the city of South Padre restored our power. It. Was evident that our comfort was the manager's first concern. When we get back to South Padre Island we will try to stay in the same house. The experience of the house vs the listing demonstrates the power of the wide angle lens. Public spaces are smaller than pictures seem to show.

The house is beautiful. Lots of space. Loved the pool and outside backyard. Our new favorite spot to stay at when we go visit!

This place is so much more beautiful than what's in the pictures. Me and my friends were stunned by the house and how cute it was. Everything was so nice and clean and Lulu responded quickly during the stay! Would def go back

My family, and I had an awesome time, with our children, and grandchildren, This was is my second time, first time with the family, they look forward to coming back again.. cleans rooms, pool, kitchen, AC was cool..

Home is very spacious, but staying on the third floor is a workout. Kitchen is small but well-stocked, loved having a water cooler. Location was good, just was a short walk to beach. Pool was nice.

Great location. Cozy but accommodates 12 easily. Quirks: small kitchen, pots and pans are at the end of their use. Not enough mugs or cups for 12. Loft is cute but curtains would help add a sense of privacy. We had some minor maintenance issues but management was very responsive. The signs are a little extensive but they are done tastefully.

My family of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Costa Blanca! Location was perfect, steps from many shops and most importantly the beach! The pool was a huge hit with the kids and provided hours of fun after a day at the beach. The house is lovely, beautifully decorated and spacious. We would love to come back next time we visit the Island!

We had a great stay. The house is very close to the beach access and the pool is a good size. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with pot , pans and utensils. The bed Linens and towels were nice. The main draw back of the house is that the third and fourth bedrooms on the third floor don’t have doors. They have their own stairway so there is some privacy but the stairway for the whole house is very echoey (since the stairs are stone tile) and you can hear everything going on in the house in the third floor bedrooms. We had problems with the internet and with the a/c and management company was promoted with getting thing fixed.

This condo was within a 5 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and fun activity businesses.

I was getting married so we rented this beach house for the wedding weekend with close family. It was a wonderful experience. Just a little concerned with showers. Other than that..wonderful wonderful time!

This house was perfect for our family and two friend families. There was plenty of space and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all! We made it daily with no complaints from our young kids.

My family and I enjoyed the stay. We had an issue with the pool and the internet never worked but overall, everyone enjoyed the place and we loved how close everything else was as well. The only thing that I had an issue with was the fact that the third floor did not have doors for the rooms. You could hear the people on the other room and the kids would easily come into the room when least expected (that's why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5). But overall, the house was nice and clean.

The hospitality was amazing. The home is clean and beautiful decorated. The host worked very hard to accommodate us. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on. I appreciate everything she did to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you

Easy and nice property

We really enjoyed our stay. I was a little worried that the 3rd floor would get too hot, but it was perfect. The pool was a great way to end the day. Walking distance to the beach, many shops, and restaurants. We would definitely recommend!

The house is really nice ! I was upset that the pool was dirty and the pump never worked! We had to clean it with the net to take out bugs and leaf! Refrigerator was not working very well it's not cold enough! My meat went bad! Pots and pans need to be replace there old and everything sticks to the pan!

This was a great space for a family getaway. For future guests, AC THERMOSTAT THAT CONTROLS 3rd floor is located on 2nd floor hallway. Property manager was very helpful and gave us that info. Great access to beach and a private pool, which the kids loved. Rooms and bathrooms were fully equipped. Plenty of pots and pans to use and even spices. Parking was the only tricky thing, but it worked out. Will definitely be staying here again.

This is a great rental. The house was great, the pool was awesome and the location is perfect for a beach trip.
