Was described as a 2 bedroom apartment with a large double bed in bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 with a single bed and sofa bed. Was actually an open plan apartment and the only door was on the toilet. It had a double bed in the sleeping area and a sofa bed made into a small double bed in the living area which meant my 14yr old son had to sleep with his grandfather and he wasn't happy about this! The seating area was the sofa bed, there was a partial wall (not full height) divider between the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was in the bedroom area with a partial wall divider but no door. There was a TV in the apartment but required internet to work and there was no internet so the tv was useless. We had to contact the host to get the info for key collection as he did not message us in advance.

the host is extremely unprofessional, he did not send clear instructions of the check in, we had hard time just to ask him about the car parking and wifi password and he didn’t even reply. the apartment is in the ground floor and there is no signal on the phone so we couldn’t use our mobile data inside the apartment(we had to exit the building to get signal). Last thing it says 2 bedrooms in the booking but actually it’s only 1 bedroom and a small living room with sofa bed that is enough for 1 person only.

I booked a two-bedroom apartment, but was given a one-bedroom apartment. The wifi didn't work. I spoke to the apartment staff on the phone and was told that they would try and resolve it and call me back but never received a response on either issue.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean, fully equipped. Near to the center and public transport.

Very modern equipped appartement. Close to the city center where we started our marathon race.

Poor value for money

Location and private parking space

owner is not good. He is not kind. When I arrived at the hotel, I didn't know how to get in and had to call from me. Chat replies on Booking.com were rarely not returned. I didn’t even get a receipt. The hot water tank is too small. We are a family in 4, but we can’t get enough hot water for all.

It was everything very easy to find. The flat has an own parking place in front of the place. The flat has a key locker, so you can pick up the key at every time. The flat is located not directly at the street, so it is very quiet for a flat at this center location. From the flat it is very close to the center. It is very well equiped (with coffee, tea, sugar, pots and cutlery etc. ) and in our flat there were two bedrooms. Even a babybed was in our room.

Located within walking distance of the main parts of Linz, the apartment is spacious, well lit with good furniture and the kitchen is very well equipped. The primary windows look out onto beautiful trees and it’s quiet and secluded. Ample parking.

Minor complaints: the WiFi password didn’t work but to be fair, the apartment is listed as having no internet. And in the morning there was no hot water (it was fine the night before). I’m sure they will easily fix this.

Clear instruction for a seamless and flexible check-in, great location and value. Very suitable for a quick stop by in Linz.

Perhaps the bath room could use a little more cleaning
