The photos of this hotel were misleading on the website. Bad customer service: When I arrived there were 3 people at reception; one was serving a customer and the 2 others didn’t even look up to greet me. They were entering data into a computer and I was ignored for about 10 minutes. Badly maintained rooms: The rooms were dirty with stains on the floor and on the curtains and with greasy tables and remote control. I had to move out of the 1st room because the odour was unbearable. The facilities were old and not maintained.

Leider war es teilweise nicht sauber. Ein Bettlacken war komplett zerrissen. Spinnweben hingen in den Ecken und am Fenster. Bei einem 4* Hotel hätten wir das nicht erwartet. Frühstück hätte man extra buchen können für 20€!! pro Person. Parkplatz / Tiefgarage war auch extra zu bezahlen für 10€/ Tag.

The hotel was clean. The staff were very busy due to it being fully booked, so there was evident stress, but they were polite and helpful.

We were there early and had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready at 15:00, however as it was fully booked, we were told we had to wait at least another half an hour. We were tired and sweaty from a hot day, and as the hotel is far from anything, we had to wait there until our rooms were ready. We were given vouchers for drinks as compensation, which were welcome, and we were given a different room so we could get it earlier. Room however was extremely hot and aircon wouldn't work properly...Overall the hotel felt dated, tired, and in need of a makeover...But at least we had somewhere to sleep!

The restaurant was closed and opened in 2 hours. Everything was small the bed, the room, also the shower.

Zimmer: Suite, sehr schön! Frühstück: umfangreiches Buffet, alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Lage: mit den öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln auch sehr einfach zu erreichen (Bus Linie 27 ab/zu Hbf Linz)
