Roomy and comfortable condo with great views in a quiet, relaxing setting. Minutes away from beaches, the Strand, restaurants and shops. We had an enjoyable visit and would recommend to friends.

Unit and building were very clean. Parking was easy and the pool was very nice. The reasons I did not care for it were that 75% of the view is horrible, railing was zip tied together, the rules were a bit uptight, and no windows were designed to be opened. The only sliding door was difficult to open and had no screen. Also, between the large scale ,miss matched furniture and the 1000 random things hung on every space of wall….it felt claustrophobic and haphazardly put together. But again, everything was clean and comfortable.

This condo is at the Emerald by the Sea condominium on the Far East end of the island on Sea Wall. Several restaurants, fast food nearby, and Walgreens next door. Beach is directly across the street. Amenities were great. The heated pool, giant hot tub, outdoor grills, and the game room was all fun. This room has a wrap around deck with a combo view of the gulf to the east and south and of the city to the north and west. The condo was spacious, with plenty of bed rooms and bathrooms. Black out shades on the windows would be preferred but understand they aren’t always an option. Wrist bands were required when in the commons area and pool. If they didn’t recognize you and couldn’t see your wristband the front desk attendant would ask about it. No big deal. Nick and Patty were very nice and great help with getting checked in and helping get the grill going for us on a windy and rainy night. Although we may choose a house next time, this will definitely be our spot if we want to rent a condo, we would stay here again!

Comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Everyone in our family enjoyed it and the sunrise views are gorgeous. We stayed for Thanksgiving and the host even left an aluminum roasting pan for us. Wonderful accommodation.

First time renting a condo. There was enough space for our family of four. The room with the day bed felt a little bit cramp. The place was overall clean despite some missed spots (kitchen counters not wiped down and dirty dishes in the dishwasher). Enjoyed the view from the balcony, close proximity to the stores, restaurants & beach. The pool and hot tub was enjoyable with a majestic view of the sunset. The downfall is the “bracelet” that’s required to be worn since we’re vacation renters, so the permanent residents knew who we were. Even though we have access to the amenities on the 6th floor, we were restricted to use the gym. It was only available to us on the weekends (seems a bit odd). VACASA staff was very communicative during the rain storm; brought in patio furniture due to the winds and provided extra items that we needed (big thanks to William). We enjoyed our stay for the time being but would be reluctant to rent a condo in the future due to the rules & regulations.

We had a great time. The view was fabulous and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Condo was well appointed with appliances, beach chairs and towels, even a high chair and portable crib if you have a little one. The amenities floor and pool was also great. Highly recommend, will stay again.

The condo facility is super. 6th floor pool, common area, game room, movie theater - all top notch and well done. My teenage kids had a great time playing pool and watching movies when we were not at the beach. Location is great, walking distance to the beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for rent. Close to the Strand for a nice dinner out as well. The unit itself was nice and clean, a lot of furniture so it felt a little cramped but worked just fine for us. The balcony had a broken rail so we were not able to sit out and enjoy the views in the evening.

We enjoyed our last minute stay here. The condo was perfect for our family and a great location. Our only small frustration was that the gym was closed to guests (only available to residents) during our stay.

We love the condo and the beautiful views of Stewart Beach. It was so cute with the many framed arts and well stocked kitchen ware. The weekend would not have been easy if we didn’t have personal contact while we stayed there. Thanks to Jake! Vacasa made it so easy when we needed help or something happened on the property. The desk had great hospitality too! Gave 5 stars so easy to get food or find food nearby or even cook in! The pool and gas grill made for a great cookout!

The condo was listed as sleeping 8, but it only has beds for 6. The building is nice, but not renter friendly. We had limited access to amenities, and were required to wear paper wristbands at all times. It's across the street from Stewart Beach, which was convenient, however, it was a 20 minute walk. The balcony was fabulous.

I loved the view. The pool is nice. They make you wear a pink wrist band so the permanent residents can keep a very good eye on you.
Also we were told that even if the property description says it has an amenity like a gym, doesn’t mean you get to use it.

Beautiful space. Clean. Walking distance to everything. Awesome and responsive rental team. Just perfect!

The property is nice with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, and small living space. The wrap around porch overlooks the beach on one side and industrial on the other side. Bring your own toiletries (the ones you’re given are small), coffee pods, and laundry detergent. The kids loved the WiFi and the cable tv. The pool was amazing! It’s heated and the hot tub is huge.

The resort is great and I really enjoyed the condo when we stayed in.
