The bed was comfortable and the rooms clean and quiet. I loved the kitchen as we were able to save money by bringing precooked food and were able to do small scale cooking and the freezer keeps ice cream well. We enjoyed the pool and the patio. Our family had 3 rooms and had a great time together.

My room was not ready when I arrived. People were waiting in the lobby for their rooms. It took 2 hours to get a room and there was no compensation and or late check out available. I guess this was because of a worker shortage due to covid. The breakfast selection was not the best. I prefer yogurt in individual containers not in a big self service bowl. Parking was $15 a night and the website nor the staff informed us. I found out when I saw the bill. When I called I was told that they started charging for parking 2 months ago.

Clean, roomy

Did not have a bath tub, did not have a hot tub, out of conditioner, had to pay for parking, window sill was coming off.

Originally we had booked a studio king. But we wanted the bedroom separately from the living area, so we went downstairs and asked to upgrade and they were very helpful and let us! Which was so nice! Nice and clean. Kitchenette is nice to have!

paying $15/night for parking on their own property, that's weird. It's not fancy. It's not gated, so that's unnecessary to me. Especially when you're already spending 250 a night.

The breakfast was nasty. The eggs were rubbery and tasteless, the oatmeal was watery and the potatoes were dry

The front staff was rude, disrespectful and lacked customer service skills. Even though the website said parking was included they still tried to charge me for parking

I didn’t know you had to pay for parking. We didn’t have the car but our friends did. I haven’t ever seen this before.

I wish I could say that my trip here and my stay was exceptional but that would be a Lie. If you have an option and the means to stay else where pick a different property.

The staff were the absolute worse. Not only did they book a different family in my reserved rooms. They double charged me and several of my family members. When we tried to work with the Manager Susan and Assistant Raul. They were aggressive and confrontational when we just wanted to get charges reversed. They hung up on us multiple times or placed us on hold that would exceed 30 minutes to just get rid of us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

A really nice hotel and a great place to stay before or after a cruise.

The beds are terrible. Hard, flat, and the pillows were thin. Had to add 3 pillows to equal one. They charge a $15 a night parking fee which was relayed to us at check in. Pool and basketball courts had locks on them and were not usable during our stay. The breakfast included was the exact same thing every day eggs sausage and cereal….no variety. Fruit was bare and staff seem uninterested in customers.

Breakfast was ok. Parking was good. Location was good.

Lights wouldn’t turn on. Called front desk and was told to check the breaker box in the bedroom and then make sure the master switch was on. Emailed ahead requesting a shuttle to the cruise port and was told “no problem” when we got there we were told not only was there no shuttle, but they couldn’t call us an Uber or taxi, we’d have to download Uber app and do it ourselves.

Location was great right on the beach but the view was only good on one side which I requested at the front Kiosk being all the way from Australia on a family holiday I wanted to appreciate the beautiful ocean view but simply because we were staying for 3 nights I was told this could not be done.

The view was terrible on our side of the accommodation was horrible looking at the old run down roof of a building next door instead of the beautiful beach. And to have no room maintenance e.g fresh towels or a bin emptied staying for 3 nights was a little disappointing

The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were all cold and unfriendly. Not friendly or enjoyable to be around at all. If there had been rooms at the hotel across the parking lot, we would have moved.

After paying 854.00 I was charged 20.00 for each car to be there. I didn't even get 1 car with the rental. They didn't g Have parking lot security and said they weren't responsible if something happened to our cars. Crazy to charge a car fee!

The staff was amazing, and our room had everything we needed and more! We will definitely be back!

Greeted with a beautiful fresh fragrance, this place exceeded my expectations! I was so pleased with my suite and planned on extending my stay just because of the luxury feel, the staffing very friendly, I was always greeted upon entry and departing I felt valued. I truly loved everything!!!! Breakfast was amazing! Staff was there to prepare food for the hotel guest. I couldn’t have asked for better! Will definitely have this place as top choice upon my next stay.

Looking to book a few more nights but not available apparently. What is available is twice as much as I paid tonight. Not sure why

The facilities were nice, close to the beach.

Didn't like being charged twice for 4 rooms and the fee to park my vehicle in the hotel parking lot.

The lobby was welcoming. Hotel was really clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The suites were spacious. Loved the ceiling fan.

Checking in my card was declined but all funds were depleted from account Homewood suites stated after swiping card they didn’t allow prepaid cards so I had no way of paying to check on on property 😔
