the owner was super hospitable. very nice property. the only thing that was different than expected was that the home wasn't directly on the water. It was maybe 60 yards from the water to the front porch, so we didn't have the lake porch hang time than I thought we would, but that didn't really impact our experience. highly recommend.

The house was clean and had all the things you need for cooking. Could use a bigger hot water heater couldn’t take more then one shower at a time.

Awesome location. Close to everything? no matter which way you wanted to go. Easy access to lake and really loved having our own boatdock and slip. Very clean and stocked with everything youd need. Our first but not our last.

I'm not one to want to criticize, just like to point out a thing or two to help someone else. Found the kitchen lacking with one roll of paper towels, very little dish soap, no soap in bathroom, had to go buy toilet paper, salt shakers mostly damp from I guess humidity in the house, I'll just leave it at that. I was really afraid to leave my boat in the dock as there was so much grass in that cove I didn't want that in my motor. I trailered to the ramp down the road each time (which I don't mind doing) but the driveway was in bad need of tree trimming and it's a little hard to navigate thru. It was a wet week so the property was in need of some good lawn maintenance. I believe the owners are nice people and I truly am not just picking on them. I wish them all the best! Just needs some freshening up.

Clean and comfortable.Well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer. Plenty of well lit parking, big yard, boat dock, fire ring, grills to cook on...pretty much covered it for me. Bring an extension cord if you need to charge your boat batteries. Yes, there is road noise, but you can't hear it inside and you're on the water in one of the better fishing creeks on the lake (Seibold). What more is to be said? You can can catch em right off the docks, twitch a frog thru the vegetation and see what happens. If you're small have someone hold on to your leg so you don't get snatched off the dock. LOL

This place was sooo beautiful and nice scenery we enjoyed our time there and will be going back again! Mrs Kelly was wonderful and helped with anything we needed we appreciate her so much 💜 thank you for everything again mrs Kelly 💜

This was a Father and son's fishing trip. We enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect! The place had everything we needed. Especially loved being able to use the boat dock for our boat. Will stay again in the future!

We’ve been doing annual fishing trips to Guntersville for over 20 years. 8 in our group this year. The location is excellent if you want to trailer you boat to other areas of the lake. If not the dock has plenty of room.. our group is older, 40 to 80urs old. The bunk beds were a little hard on us but other than that a great place to stay. Location on the lake is excellent. Hope to stay again.

This was such a cute little spot! Right on the lake with boat docks to enjoy. Everything was perfect and ready when we arrived. And there was plenty of room for my family. We will definitely book here again when in town.

The Kirlands have a wonderful very warm and inviting property. Check-in was simple enough and all the amenities you would need are right there for your use and convenience. Great place for Rest/Relaxation.

Kelly (the owner) was fantastic! A nicer person you couldn't ask to meet. She even came to the cabin to rescue my brother & husband to get the TV's up and running. The cabin/house and surrounding grounds along with the docks were wonderful

The property is clean and as described in the listing. I was happily surprised after a 13 drive. It is close to downtown with a lot of excellent restaurants. Relaxed and caught some bass and catfish off the dock. Plenty of water while we were there to dock a boat, so bring one if you can. The owners are fantastic to work with and help with anything you may need as well!!

Property was well maintained and clean. Street noise was annoying. Gas grill didn't work. Couldn't make the shower in the tub work. Property owner answered questions quickly. Air conditioning worked very well. Over-all a good experience.

Impeccably clean, great location, wonderful stay!
We stayed for 5 nights solely to relax and fish and loved every minute of our stay! Check in was flawless. Upon arrival the house was better than expected and incredibly clean! We absolutely loved having the dock for our bass boat and lots of parking for our trailer and truck! I thought the location was super convenient to everything! The road noise did not bother us one bit! The yard was huge and never even saw a neighbor so we felt secluded and like we had tons of privacy. Kelly was an absolute GEM to work with! We are already trying to plan a trip back!
