This was our second time to stay at 58 Dunn Lane, so that says something right there! We love this house for many reasons, but there are some things to consider... PROS: *Location! but that can be said about any property on Dunn or the surrounding streets. Easy walk to the beach and Coligny. *Updated...all new kitchen, floors, furniture in main area. *Two Masters...this is a nice feature for two families traveling together, or a family with grandparents. One master is bigger, but both have King size bed and private bath. *Well Appointed...we lacked NOTHING but maybe another kitchen towel! Plenty of towels, dishes/cookware, linens, blankets to snuggle in, games to play, AND everything for the beach! (wagon, cart, umbrellas, chairs, toys, and FOUR BIKES) *Pool...great pool set up with outdoor living area, bar, TVs, and lighting for night swim sessions! *Large driveway...plenty of room to play and park in the driveway plus access to garage stalls! No need to park on or near the street! This can be an issue bc streets are narrow. Cons... *Larger Master has A/C issue...got WARM in there at night? We had ceiling fan AND tower fan going...still warm/muggy while rest of house was cool as a cucumber? *The room with double queen can hear everything going on downstairs bc of accordian doors that look to kitchen below. Would be so much better if owners sealed up that opening! *Needs a larger recycle container...WE RECYCLE and filled the small bin by day 3...water/wine bottles, beer cans, cardboard packaging...hated having to put these items in regular trash bc there wasn't enough room.

The house was great, plenty of space, fully stocked with everything we may need including beach items. The pool was super convenient and a good size. It was a very easy walk to the beach or even to restaurants and shopping. We had a little problem with our check-in code not working but after a few phone calls the management company got it fixed. Overall we had a great time in the house!

58 Dune Lane was a great vacation home for our family. Apparently it was remodeled recently and everything was nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The outside pool area was a great place to hang out. There was plenty of seating and lots of room for our entire family to enjoy. The location was fantastic because it was only a brief walk to the ocean and it was also a short walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny. Our family has been vacationing at Hilton Head for over 20 years and this home was one of our favorites! The only recommendation my husband could come up with is that a pool table would have been a nice addition since he enjoys playing pool inside when it’s too hot for him to go outside😂. Overall we enjoyed everything about the house and recommend it highly!
