Outstanding communication, beautiful villa and views, maid service was awesome!!!

Great location! Great Property!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Lots of space, comfortable beds and A/C in the bedrooms made for a great sleep. The huge patio was our favourite place to hang out and we even had a couple of visits from an iguana!

Pictures do not do this property justice. The unit and complex are both amazing. Would agree with previous reviews if you are noise sensitive this might not be the place. Major road below property can be quite noisy, we did not mind but some might, one of our party found this distracting. Same with the stairs and hill, we did not mind and found the climb got easier but if you have hip or knee issues be prepared for Uber or Taxi rides, these are very in expensive and everywhere. Peter was amazing in quick responses and answers to any questions. Onsite Sylvia was also amazing and prompt. Maid service was 3-4 days a week not six, we found this was perfect. Bottled was delivered every Monday and the filtered water from fridge was great and having ice cubes was great. Loved everything about property and would recommend and would absolutely stay again

Such a lovely place to land! Beautiful view/well stocked kitchen/very nice beds! Just as the photos show. If there is any down side it is that you do hear lots of traffic from the main road between the villas and the ocean. Also pools are very nice!

Great villa will stay again

My husband, 13 yr old son and I had a fantastic, relaxing stay at this property. The unit is airy and spacious with plenty of room to spread out with a large, open kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a big comfy living space that opens out onto the patio. It would easily accommodate a larger family, two couples, etc. We loved being up on top of the small hill for the views and being at a slight remove from the bustle of town. The complex is a true oasis with lovely architecture, plantings, fountains and a huge, clean, saltwater pool in the main area. There is another dipping pool on the roof deck which is great for sunsets. The community was very quiet during our stay but I assume that would change week to week. I agree with other reviewers that there are a lot of stairs but we usually took the stairs or walked on the streets in both directions unless we went into town multiple times in a day. We pretty much fell in love and hope to visit again soon. Thank you!

My partner and I absolutely loved this property! The condo itself is stunning with insane views. Open air walls and nicely decorated - made for a perfect get away. Condo is about half a mile from center of romantic zone so very easy to walk around but a little outside of the neighborhood so peaceful at night. Thank you Peter, we will be back!

This property was everything it said it would b!!

The place was quiet and mostly adult oriented - met great people, pool was never crowded - had the pool to ourselves some days - quick walk down to the Malecon (bit of hike back up the hill) but worth the view! I highly recommend staying here!

Could have AC in the living room. Some black out curtains/ blinds in the master bedroom.

Stayed with my family for 9 days and the place had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, so we bought groceries and made breakfast almost every day. The view from the patio and main bedroom is beautiful, we got to see amazing sunrises, sunsets, fireworks and lightnings. Unfortunately, the water filter broke during our stay and slightly flooded the kitchen, but Peter and Silvia were very helpful and it was resolved the next day. Note, if you are planning to work remotely or a sensitive sleeper, there is construction happening in the building and in the building next door, so it can get quite noisy in the morning and during the day, since the windows aren't sealed. Check-in and check-out was easy and Peter was kind enough to let us check-out a bit later. Overall we enjoyed our stay, thanks again!

We stayed in villa B3 in Villa Loma Linda villas. It was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were spacious and the decor is rustic Mexico. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and the pool was awesome! From our host Peter to the property managers Silvia and Grecie, we were well taken care of.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was easy. Communication was great! Everything was exactly as we expected and as advertised.

Beautiful property, very close to the gay beaches. The unit comes fully equipped with whatever you may need. The pool is great and clean. And it’s a quick trip up the hill with a taxi to save your legs. Definitely recommend this apartment.

What an amazing apartment! The house was very clean. The maid Esperanza cleans daily (apart form Sundays) and you have all the amenities you need. The main bedroom overlooks PV with flowers in bloom as a vignette. The apartment complex has construction/remodeling going on nearby the suite so it was noisy, so I would check in advance on their progress or to see if it’s finished. They usually start at 8:30am and end at 6pm. If you plan on not being at the apartment and exploring, then no need to worry!

Really loved the view of the pacific from room living spaces and roof top pool!

This was my special birthday trip with 2 male members of my family. This rental did not disappoint in any way. The Owner/Host, Peter who resides in Canada like myself, made the booking seamless and easy in every way. The woman that manages it there in PV is awesome, sweet and super helpful! There are some steep hills to climb if you're walking, but that's why you get the views, just be prepared. We LOVED the huge deck, it was perfect for morning yoga. We only stayed for 2 days on our way to Sayulita, but we would definitely return and stay longer!

The location and view you get of the water and sunset is incredible. You have to badge in and out of the gates so you feel very secure during your stay. Access to both the pools was great for a lazy day and a phenomenal sunset. Within walking distance to shops, the beach, and great food and bars. Walking down the road fine, but we opted for the rides back as it’s a steep hill/steps to get back to the location of the condo. Would definitely stay here again when in PV! Silvia was personable and funny. Provided some recommendations of her favorite things. Peter was flexible and available, if and when needed, but checking in and out was simple for the most part (returning keys)

Our beautiful unit was everything & more--very much a Mexican style which we wanted--with lots of space. Our terrace was incredible & we spent a lot of time there in the mornings & evenings. One of the best pools ever & on the upper pool, a super place to watch the sunset. We were about a 10 min walk to Olas Altas. My husband & I are in our mid-60's & fairly fit but important to note, there are a lot of stairs within the complex & a good hill to climb when returning...we accepted the challenge & walked everyday into town for exercise & simply to experience community. We only took a taxi or Uber a handful of times during our month long stay. We love PV, it's people & the wonderful food options.

The renovations are fantastic. The condo is large and open with fabulous views of the Bay. Everything is clean and well maintained. The pool areas were never crowded. The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here before and definitely will again. 10/10!! Shannon

This is an affordable and beautiful place to stay. The condo was spacious enough for 4 guests, and there was even daily housekeeping. A few things to note: It is on a steep hill. Ubers are cheap so if you’re getting cars places, no problem. But if you want to be walkable to everything, you’ll need to sacrifice the view to be closer to the happenings. The windows close but aren’t really sealed, and it’s near a very busy road. You’re going to have noise all night, especially the main bedroom. Bring ear plugs. Also the check in and check out process felt a little ambiguous, Especially the check out profess. It’s not “use this code to get your key and drop it there”. But again, the condo is stunning, and it’s very reasonably priced.

We had a great time in puerto Vallarta and this was the perfect spot. It is walking distance to basically all the main attractions in the area and a very short and inexpensive taxi ride from everything else. Peter was very responsive and answered all of our questions. He recommended some tours and we did purchase them using western union transfer to his contact. No issues and all-very trust worthy. I highly recommend staying at this property. The views are stunning.

This place is amazing! Great views, great pools, comfortable living space and good access to restaurants and the beach.

The housecleaner was very thorough and even did our personal laundry (which we tipped her separately for doing that). The apartment is generously proportioned with large comfy walking showers and a spacious kitchen area. Lots of hot water and plenty of towels, cooking utensils, glasses, plates, etc. as well as coffee making gadgets. Amazing views of the bay! Would love to stay here again.

There is so much to say about this amazing property, you have to see it and experience it for yourself to truly appreciate the gem that it is. From the fully stocked (I cook and when I say fully stocked, I mean it!) kitchen to the thoughtfully stocked master bath (hairdryer, straightener!, magnifying mirror!!) and wonderful selection of books this unit was everything we had hoped for and more. Yes there are stairs, lots, but it’s easy going down and a $2 Uber up. The complex is very securely gated, we felt safe the entire time. It was quiet, mostly family groups of adults. We used the outdoor grill for burgers, steaks and delicious ribs! Such a pleasure to cook and eat in some nights and watch the sunset from the spacious patio. Peter was very prompt in all his communication and the property manager was on top of everything. Not that we had any issues, but if we had they would have been dealt with immediately I’m sure. We were sad to leave, we truly felt we’d found a second home. We can’t wait to go back to this condo next year, thank you Peter!!!!

Peter's condo is among the best places we've stayed in Vallarta. It's spacious and comfortable. The large patio overlooks the entire bay, and the pool is vast by condo standards, big enough to swim laps, relaxing enough to just soak. There is a manager on-site who is very responsive, and a daily cleaning service that is impeccable. Every evening you come home to a sparkling clean condo. It wouldn't be fair though to not mention that there was trouble with the wifi; it was out in the entire neighborhood during our stay. Viva Mexico. Nothing Peter could do about that, though he tried. He's also recently installed an endless hot water system, that still has a few kinks to work out. Peter was very responsive to both issues, and honestly it didn't dampen the stay. We had a great time, and spent a lot of it in the condo. Thanks Peter.
