We just completed our stay at Jon and Carol's condo and had a great time. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for 4 teenagers and everything else in the condo is exactly as described. This is also a great location on 7 mile beach that has not been affected by erosion as some other areas south. We would 100% recommend this unit if you are having a difficult time deciding.

This condo was an amazing stay for our family. The location and accommodations were fantastic. Owners sent us a packet of information and goodies to improve our stay. Beach was amazing and pool was awesome. I would recommend new cookware, the Teflon pans were a bit iffy. Otherwise everything else was perfect, and we had everything we needed.

Stayed here with my husband and 2 boys (ages 14 and 11). This property was perfect for us - plenty of room for us to spread out. Nicely decorated and very clean. Exactly as pictured! Beds were very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and the ac worked well. Kitchen had everything we needed (plastic cups for the beach/pool, blender, etc). There was even a cooler available to use! Jon and Carol were super helpful with suggestions of places to eat and things to do. We loved the welcome pack then sent us prior to our arrival! We did the stingray tour and the kayak tour of Bio Bay (really amazing). We found the beach to be absolutely beautiful. It was amazing to see so many fish and we even saw a turtle one day. Most of the time we had the beach to ourselves, but it did get a little busy with the public beach next door when the cruise ships came in for the mornings. (Harbour Heights has their own private seating, so it didn't affect us too much). Grocery store (Fosters) was conveniently located nearby - we pre-ordered stuff for breakfast and snacks prior to arrival and then picked up on our way in from the airport. Really liked the food truck (Murph's kitchen) next door too. Would call to order than walk over to get and bring back. Very convenient for lunch and food was great. All in all we had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to return in the future!

We had a great week in this condo. Two kids, two adults. The condo is centrally located on Seven Mile Beach, with a fabulous piece of beach. The condo itself is a little dated but we didn’t mind in the slightest. It’s very clean and has everything you need. There is a 10 (?) story condo bldg going up next door so we were a little disturbed by the construction noise when we arrived. But it didn’t bother us much.

This was such a great experience. Jon and Carol are so helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. The condo is just what we needed! Great location, clean and loved we had bedrooms upstairs so boys could have some privacy! The condo was well appointed and has a great ocean view. Staff around the condo was great and the grounds were very neat and nicely landscaped. We will definitely come back for our next Cayman trip.

Absolutely wonderful vacation! Unit was in great condition, clean and well appointed with all the necessary items. Added bonus was a closet stuffed with floats, skim boards, noodles, etc. to make the beach and pool a blast for the kids. Location was spectacular walk about a half mile to loads of great restaurants. Crystal clear water with no rocks and a massive area to swim/snorkel. No boat traffic so always felt safe. Always plenty of room to spread out and relax and most days it felt like we were on a private beach. No getting up at 6am to reserve chairs like at the resorts! Plenty of space... plenty of chairs. Grounds are well maintained, staff was attentive and lovely to work with, friendly owners of other units. Jon and Carol were a dream to work with as they gave us loads of great information, recommendations on restaurants, boat excursions, etc. We will definitely go back and stay here. Dream vacation!

We stayed for a week (mom, dad and 4 kids ages 11 to 18). Couldn't have been more perfect. The condo is in wonderful condition, well furnished and stocked, and....the location simply cannot be beat. 50 steps to the sand on what felt like the best possible stretch of 7 mile beach, far from the chair-to-chair crowds at the big resorts. We also loved the beautifully landscaped and maintained grounds, with the grassy courtyard and lovely pool. Beautiful trees and small palapas on the beach provided the perfect amount of shade. And the water........... We cannot wait to return.

Spacious unit, well appointed with essentials. View and location were amazing! Pool was great and warm. If you like close to action, but private and not crazy busy like the large hotels- this is a great choice!

We loved our stay here and hope to return. The beach is quiet, beautiful and well maintained. The condo has everything you need including a beautiful view. There is an added bonus of daily fresh beach towels and twice weekly cleaning. The owners provide a ton of info before your trip and are helpful with any questions. They also have a closet full of fun beach stuff.

This is not our first time staying in this condo. Obviously that means it is due to having so many great features. Having been to Grand Cayman several times as well as living there years ago, this is the best location on Seven Mile Beach. Far enough from Georgetown for a quieter feel, yet easily accessible to it when you feel the need to shop or have a walk around. The condo is spacious with two levels- kitchen and living room on main floor and bedrooms on upper level. Sitting outside on the balcony every morning with coffee and staring at the colors of the water never gets old. Absolutely stunning! The beach is lovely. Pool area very nice. Ping pong room was perfect as my son happens to be an avid player. :) And Calico Jack's being a short walk down the beach is always a highlight for a drink and quick bite to eat. Such a great time! Thank you.

We took our kids to Grand Cayman for the first time and stayed in John and Carol's condo. It was perfect! Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, perfect amount of space and a beautiful beach! We hope to visit Cayman again soon and would absolutely stay in this condo again.

We loved our stay at Harbour Heights #25. We visited with our two young children and found lots of fun things to do nearby. It is merely steps from the door to the beautiful Caribbean coral sand beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped. It has everything you need for your stay, even plenty of beach toys for the kids. The new appliances make eating in a breeze. The unit also has amazing beach and ocean views. A short walk on the beach brings you to a favorite lunch spot, a lively beach pub/grill with cold drinks and a great cheeseburger. A bit further down the beach, there are more upscale dining options if you want more than the beach pub. The kids loved the turtle farm where you can actually swim in a lagoon with turtles and other sea creatures! The kids also really enjoyed the Queen Elizabeth Botanic Park. Of course, you can’t ignore the beach. It’s the best stretch of Seven Mile Beach and because it’s private, there is always plenty of space for the kids to play and parents to sunbathe. There are cabanas and shade trees to get out of the mid-day sun as well. There is even a small coral reef just a bit offshore that offers some great, easy snorkeling. We’ve stayed in #25 before and obviously loved it and can’t wait to come back. It really is a slice of paradise.

Harbor Heights 25 is in a great location. Right on SMB, but it has the feel of someplace not as crowded. This unit has a great ocean view, is impeccable, well decorated, and with recent upgrades to the kitchen and baths. The second bedroom has a queen bed PLUS a double with bunk, so it'll sleep a large family. Little known, Harbor Heights has its own liquor license (very rare), so if you're short a bottle, you can get it onsite without fighting traffic to a liquor store. There is security on the beach, and the pool just received a remake with all new decking. All in all, a very well kept small complex that still has that "island" feel. We'll be back!!!

My family and I were very impressed with unit 25 and the Harbor Heights facility. It’s just a short drive from the airport and everything else on 7 mile Beach. It’s just a short walk to other locations on the beach such as Governor’s Beach, Calico Jack’s for a Rum Runner, and Cocolobba at the Sea Fire (great casual meal without having to hop into a car. Furthermore, the kitchen is well-equipped (we ate in for many of our meals and never had a problem with their not being enough supplies) and the temperature inside the condo was great. We could not believe that we were out the door and onto the sand in 30 seconds. We sat under the shade of a hut every day that we were there, and enjoyed sunsets every night, the location is perfect for this! Thank you for the use of sand building toys, noodles and coolers. It all came in handy! Our Family of five (Kids age 6, 10, and 13) agreed this was our favorite vacation yet and was in part due to our lovely accommodations!

We had the most wonderful time in the Cayman Islands!!!! Your place was exceptional. Everything we needed, we had. The beach was beautiful and the privacy we had was just phenomenal. I think there were just a couple of other families that we met and friended while there. You definitely get spoiled not having to share the beach with hundreds of other vacationers. We were reminded of this every time we took our walks down the beach and saw just how many people stayed at the "big resorts". Why would anyone want to do that when you can have Harbour Heights!!! We did use the kitchen often but definitely tried to consume as much local foods as well. Kaibo barefoot beach bar b cue was a fun experience. We decided to take the cayman ferries across to dinner. We all enjoyed the boat ride. The food was good and our kiddos enjoyed the band during dinner. We also enjoyed lunch at Macabuca oceanfront tiki bar that was just a short drive away. One of our favorite dinners was take out from Chicken Chicken! When we go back, this will be dinner for us again! Absolutely delish! AND, I can not forget the best drink I had down the beach while eating at Coccoloba (restaurant at SeaFire Kimpton Hotel)....the Coccoslide. Must try;) The food here was very good as well. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. From the front office staff to the kind security guard on the property, everyone was just as pleasant as could be. And did I mention how clean your condo was!!!! If you are looking for a quiet place with the best beach, you have come to the right place! The condo is steps from the water and the beach is uncrowded. The owners were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. The condo is fully stoked and well appointed. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!
