Place was better than expected will be staying here again!

It was great!

There is nothing to complain about here! (except we found not pizza cutter!) Awesome time with family. Campfire area was great for gathering in the evening. The indoor space was large enough for everyone. The table accommodated us easily at mealtime. No complaints.

Greers Ferry Lake is beautiful. The location of the cabin is quiet and restful. The owner Mark provided great information about the area. He was also very responsive to a maintenance request I made. The kitchen is well equipped. My only suggestion would be that at some point in the future he replace the bedroom rugs with tile or laminate. I would definitely stay again as I enjoyed the lake and the peacefulness.

Excellent five day getaway in this extremely well managed and maintained property. Extremely clean with all the conveniences of home. All the rooms are spacious and the living room and primary bedroom have a beautiful view of the lake. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The living room fireplace is beautiful and was used every day of our stay. The lake has some of the cleanest clearest water I’ve ever seen anywhere and I’ve seen a whole lot of all the Ozark lakes further north and they can’t compare to the clarity of GF Lake. A very friendly and responsive camp host and extremely informative about the entire area, lake and all. Has a wonderful fire pit just outside the house although we didn’t have enough time to use it. Every single appliance worked perfectly, the dishware, glassware and silverware are nicer than what we have at home plus so many extras. We’ve stayed in other places but we’ve never stayed anywhere as clean and well stocked and maintained. Hope to make it back sometime.

The bedrooms smelled like a gym locker; rugs, bedding other than sheets had not been washed; ovens, neither frig and especially the gas grill need to be cleaned. The large frig leaks water, ice nor water is hooked up to it. The grill was not usable at all it was so nasty - even had food left on it. The cabin has lots of close housing on both sides but the time of year was perfect so we didn't have noise and only one very quiet family in cabin next door new year's even night. The cabin is lovely, kitchen is well stocked and easy access to the lake. Would stay again but ask host/owner to at least clean the grill if not everything else which was at least usable.

Wow! This place was beautiful! We booked for a weekend and all left wishing we had an extra day or two! The views and place itself was so cozy and relaxing. Coffee on the porch overlooking the lake and nighttime bonfires were top notch. The cabin was warm and inviting, and we enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen to cook our meals in. We all enjoyed being on the water and the views from the cabin were SPECTACULAR! We traveled with young kiddos and they had a blast! The cabin had plenty of room for all of us to sit and enjoy a game of cards and the kiddos to play on the floor. Even the dogs are thoroughly exhausted from such a good time! We are already planning our spring and fall trips to come back! Thank you for such a wonderful time and allowing us to stay at your beautiful place!

We enjoyed our stay, the property was comfortable and the surrounding area a nice area to chill and grill.

We’ve stayed here 5 times now. Great quiet place to stay. A little tough on parking, have a truck or suv. Highly recommend

Overall great cabin in a quiet area. Host was friendly and prompt to respond. Great location for family getaway,very welcoming to our dogs as well.

Had a great time with friends and family. We couldn't get enough of the scenery, mountains forest and the lake. Loved it.

Superficially clean,but looking closer alot not clean.oven cleaned by me 2 cycles on self cleaning plus hand clean.blinds dirty.windows dirty.refigerator leaking water.cupboards dirty.my husband suffered from multiple bug bites from sleeping in king size bed.fleas or bedbugs?the cabin and location are nice.but not comfortable with the lack of cleaning.

Great location! Very spacious! Love the cabin especially the large deck. We all loved the swimming area at the lake also!

Amazing house with everything you need. Plenty of room for a family. So many amenities 2 refrigerators, gas grill, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, double ovens, big deck with 2 outdoor dining areas, porch swing. Be advised the driveway is a little rough. Overall I give this place 5/5

Cabin is wonderful! The tree by the lake is perfect shade and we were able to fish. Cabin has everything you need!

Quiet, peacful location, everything as advertised! If we come back to Greers Ferry we'll definitely try to stay at this cabin again. We found a road that dead ended in to the lake close to the cabin, was able to back our 20' pontoon boat into the lake unload as well as load up when we left, also we were able to tie up our boat right behind the cabin in the cove, great location!

Everything was perfect. This house is HUGE...could comfortably fit 2 families here. They had everything and it was organized and in great shape. The lake was beautiful and the fish were biting and they were delicious! Thanks

Good views. Easy walk to the lake. Quiet area. Not far to town. Very clean house. We would stay again.

Our whole family enjoyed the property. Great proximity to the lake and surrounding hiking trails were an easy drive nearby. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The cabin was well stocked with most everything we needed. We had a rainy day spent cozy by the fireplace and a great evening enjoying s’mores by the fire pit. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans to cook a big meal and the beds didn’t have any complaints from our group. We all slept well. Thanks for the great stay!

The driveway needs a little work but other then that everything was really nice out and walking into the cabin was awesome great views of the lake and sun setting inside the cabin all the bed are really soft the inside needed to be cleaned alittle bit from maybe not having someone staying there dust on lights and hair in bath tubs we differently will be back in the summer

I loved it!

The house is out of the way, but we like that about it. There are two other houses in very close proximity, but we were there in December, so we were the only people in the area really. I imagine during the height of summer, one would have neighbors. The house was beautiful and nicely furnished. The master bed was VERY comfortable, something you don’t always get in a rental. I didn’t try the other beds but the kids didn’t offer any complaints. The water for the main refrigerator was not hooked up, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. We just bought bottled water. The owner was responsive and helpful. We had a great time and we’re thrilled that we could take our dogs with us. My husband was already talking about our next trip before we even left. Thanks for the great stay!

I loved this cabin very much. Perfect scenery and distance to either town of Greers Ferry [16min] or Herber Springs [30min] the cabin neighborhood is secluded but there are 2 cabins on either side which are close, luckily they are typically not occupied and I'm sure the people are fine. Everything you need is in the cabin except food. You can find the widest variety at Walmart in Herber Springs (they do have curbside) . When you turn in do not go straight down near the house if you don't have a 4x4 off road vehicle. I almost got stuck but luckily was able to manuever myself out. Just stay on the traffic circle and you will be fine 🙂 it's super dark at night so be careful if you do find yourself out at night.

Very much enjoyed our stay! It was a cold weekend but the cabin was very comfortable and everything was as reported in the listing. There are several nearby cabins but but no one was staying in any of them and it was like we had that part of the lake to ourselves. We do look forward to coming back and will definitely return to this cabin!

sweet little getaway spot. don’t love the location (way out) or the slant the house is on, but other than that, it was pretty perfect. peaceful, well kept, well stocked house. we are considering coming again. or dog loved it.

This was our second time staying at this great cabin. Sitting on the porch and listening to the water and nature all around is wonderful and relaxing. The house is always beautiful and clean and our family really enjoyed being so close to the lake. We will be returning here to enjoy the tranquility this place can provide. A+

This is now my most favorite place! The setting is serene and quiet. The pictures are extremely accurate - save the one of the firepit that doesn't show the lovely red adirondack chairs around it. Sitting on the deck made me feel like I was in the tree tops. The tree by the lake is a really picturesque location for reading. The cabin is well maintained and well furnished. I always try to give property owners feedback on any improvements that could be made and I couldn't find anything!! It's perfect just the way it is! Thank you for the opportunity!

Our family really enjoyed this lovely place. It was an easy walk on a path to the water. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware! We Enjoyed the fire pit and grill too. Spacious and easy to fit everyone in for family time.

The property location was perfect for what we were looking for. Its very peaceful and has plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable. The cabin was very cozy, but spacious. All the bedrooms had large closets and places to unpack your things and make yourself at home away from home. The kitchen was large and included a lot of kitchenware and cooking supplies to use if needed. The outdoor space was really nice too. Huge deck with furniture to sit and enjoy the view. The fire pit area was inviting and exactly as pictured although we were not able go use it this time due to the burn ban at the time of our visit. If you like to fish or kayak, this is a perfect fit. There is a trail behind the cabin that leads to a calm portion of the lake.
