We loved our stay! The location of the condo, both in Destin and in the condo complex itself, were amazing. The views are fantastic and we often commented about how this condo is the best in the complex unit due to those very views. Greg’s incredibly fast response to anything we reached out about were wonderful and left us feeling very well taken care of. If we find ourselves back in Destin, this condo will be our first choice!

Weather not great but accommodations were, beautiful view and secure location

My wife and I have been staying in the unit below this one for years, but someone beat us to booking this time. We found Greg’s unit and it might be our new favorite. Plenty of pots and pans; comfortable living and bedroom furniture; truly one of the best views you can find.

My sister and I brought our 94 year old mother on vacation! It was an extremely lovely place to stay. The view from every room was outstanding as was the condo itself. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely make every effort to stay in this exact condo again. Thank you Greg for sharing your home with us!

There was a hiccup when we arrived and the manager handled everything in the best way he could even though my family and I were very upset - the rest of our vacation was perfect, great location!

This unit was perfect for our family. Close to everything but away from hustle of downtown Destin. Steps to the private beach with chair/umbrella beach service included. Awesome stay, awesome vacation!

Place was very clean and the kitchen was very functional. The view to the beach was amazing.

This property is all about the view and location! We enjoyed our week and were thankful for beautiful weather and crystal clear water! Pay attention to flags posted on beach regarding surf conditions. Red flags mean no swimming. Condo has the basics; and as with most properties if you have never rented a condo, you have to provide your own supplies beyond a sample size shampoo, dish detergent, and soap. Agent was easy to work with. Unit is near Winn Dixie, Chick fil a and outlet malls. Took a while to figure out the lights. Will need deep cleaning during "off" season. Chairs/umbrella were included from rental on beach; however front row seats are reserved for owners. Will need to be on beach early, daily, for first come/first serve seating behind owners chairs. Wouldn't be an issue in off season I assume. Overall the unit was everything we needed and would stay again!

The condo is just as advertised and very nice! The views are gorgeous and we loved the large balcony. The beds were very comfortable which is very important to me. There were 7 of us so there wasn’t always enough space for us to all sit and watch tv in the living room but not a huge deal. I would suggest adding an ice cream scoop and a pizza cutter to your utensils. We loved this unit and would definitely stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone! You couldn’t have a better view or location. We were in close proximity to the grocery, outlet mall, restaurants and fast food without having to get stuck in the traffic on 98. My only complaint is the master bedroom gets hot while every other area in the condo is ice cold! We finally figured out the fans operated by remote but otherwise it stays pretty toasty in there so come prepared with an extra fan if you’re like my husband and sleep hot or… if you enjoy the toasty temps- you’ll love it!

Such an amazing vacation. The condo was beautiful with unforgettable views and very large balcony. The condo was clean and well decorated and comfortable. You may have no control over the sea weed or the beach... but the water was crystal clear and beach's white sands were the most beautiful I have ever see. I hope to return over and over again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place in paradise.

We had a great time and wonderful weather, it was our first time staying in Miramar and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The water was amazing, the views from the balconies, kitchen, and dining room were tranquil. Cosmetically it could use some work but that doesn't take anything away from the feeling that you are in paradise. We will definitely be back and plan on making this a staple for future vacations.

Loved balcony and view great windows and doors. Master bedroom light and fan did not work. Dining table light did not work. Wicker chair on balcony chair leg was broken should be removed. Ice maker in cabinet did not work. Not enough hangers in bedrooms and not enough kitchen towels. Beach amenities were excellent and Logan was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful and easily accessible to the beach. Rooms were large and comfortable. When we stay in a VRBO, we’re used to having the following available: dish soap and new sponge, more than 2 dishwasher pods, liquid hand soap, more than 2 garbage bags, glass cleaner, facial tissues, salt and pepper, etc. We also didn’t know initially that beach chair service was included - that was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely recommend staying here. Including the few items above would make the stay even better.

We love this place from the amazing views, to the ease of popping down to / up from the beach and pool. We caught several pompano too and were able to cook them up using the pans/utensils in the unit. Yum! When we asked about a burnt out light bulb the owner was super responsive and maintenance had fixed it within a few hours. No complaints at all. Thanks for another great stay!

We had a lovely stay in this oceanfront condo with panoramic views on the 4th floor. The condo is located in a very safe area and conveniently located to lots of restaurants, shops and activities. I wish the condo had some basic staples, like salt, pepper, coffee filters, and more garbage bags and toilet paper. If you are spending any time at the unit or cooking meals, you need to buy all this stuff yourself.

I believe this is what heaven looks like!! Excellent views, from whole unit!! Great gulf breezes! The balcony is HUGE. Lots of seating. Overall 9/10 just some very minor issues. Could be cleaner noticing in corners/floorboards dusty, little peeling from ceiling, vents look dark or moldy. Didn't have to run AC except once. It smelled musty/stuffy upon arrival, but opened all windows the whole time so went away. Ceiling fans in living room and master didnt work. But with the breeze the whole time didnt need them, Just would be concered in really hot months when air is run and doors are shut. Could use a more modern look, but we weren't there to stare at furnishings or care about that stuff. Comfortable beds, nice shower, beach views, steps away from beach, ease of access to anything and everything outside Mainsail. Staff at maingate were pleasant and very helpful when asked questions. Wish I had gotten her name she was awesome! The gentleman who put out beach chairs were nice and professional and yes we tipped them both. Wish I had done it at the beginning of our stay, not the day before we left. Our agent Greg Alvarez was excellent and was very quick to respond to questions and concerns, following through with updates until our trip started and ended. *only one little complaint* saw 2 roaches in two separate rooms. Took pictures. One in cabinet when we first got there in kitchen looking in drawers and cabinets to find where everything was located. 2nd in guest bedroom on nightstand. Never left food laying around or dishes, cups, washed by hand daily. I understand they exist its, Florida! Never complained to agent. Just killed and flushed and moved on, never saw anymore. I loved our stay, the unit, staff and agent, will DEFINITELY be returning!!

Fantastic place to stay!

This was our first time in this unit. It was clean and very comfortable. The walls are a little thin, but the neighbors were quiet and it didn't effect our sleep. The beach chairs and umbrella are first come first serve, so plan on an early morning trip to the beach (each day) to get one. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. The location was great!! Having an ocean view from the dining room, kitchen, living room and master bedroom was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Greg was quick to respond to any questions we had. Check-in was the easiest we have ever experienced. Would definitely stay here again!!!

My family and I stayed and were blown away by the views! Even if you don’t head out to the beach, you still feel like you’re there because of how close you are and being able to sit on the large balcony. The few issues we had were met with clear and immediate communication. We would definitely rent this condo again.
