We 3 sisters, and some of our children and grandchildren came together to rent your condo. It was beautiful and accommodated all of us well. Wonderful place to stay!

Location was perfect! The view was amazing.

Our first trip to Miramar and we will return. Any problems we had were quickly taken care of and followup calls were greatly appreciated. We never saw management but they were definitely tuned in. It was springbreak and there was noise especially late at night. Truthfully that was my only complaint. I might add that getting wagons with beach gear was a difficult task with no ramps and was not tried after the first day.

The pros - condo was very clean and spacious, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels, large dining table, gorgeous view from the balcony of the beach and Gulf; assessable, to golf, shopping, and restaurants. Condo contained a beach umbrella, and a boogie board and a few infant items.
The cons - all mattresses need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable and we did not feel rested in the morning. One out of three elevators were out of order the whole week which made for some long waits. Access to the beach was not kid friendly or handicap assessable - made it difficult to take children down multiple steps with all the beach gear. Wouldn’t advise paying the $50 a day for the two beach chairs and umbrella. The beach chairs were very narrow and uncomfortable. The indoor pool is connected to the outdoor pool, therefore when it storms, you are not allowed to use any of the pool facilities.
Overall, the 11 of us - ranging from 1 to 63 enjoyed our stay, and would return if new mattresses were provided. The condo was very lovely and we had a great time.

The space was wonderful. We was there without a washer ten entire stay and the dryer didn’t work at first maintenance came and fixed the dryer along side of my dad’s assistance. The air conditioner leaked under the closet door. I was fearful that my elderly mother would slip and fall so I was concerned and constantly wiping up the water.

Beautiful views and a fabulous place to stay. Everything was comfortable and well appointed but some of the main floor furniture was a bit tired (mainly the living room). Otherwise we loved everything about our stay!

My kids, grandkids and I thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation at your beautiful condo. We were happy to find this rental. Our Southwest flight from Milwaukee to Orlando was suddenly canceled on December 27. So instead of a Disney vacation—-we decided to drive to Destin.( arriving on December 28). Our grocery list was extensive ( including all spices). Other than that— we experienced a fabulous beach vacation at your beautiful condo. Thank you.

My husband and I wanted somewhere we could stay with our family and this had enough space for everyone that we invited. The only thing that I did notice is that some of the furniture needs to be update or cleaned really well. Other than that it was awesome and the view was amazing!

This property was so large! It provided everything I needed for my family. Everyone had all the space they needed to feel very comfortable! If I were to go back I would want the exact same accommodations! Thank You VRBO!

The facilities were great, great location and beach access, would not hesitate to stay again on a return trip to the area.

Amazing views, but the interior could use a buff.
This place offered amazing views of the beach. The water was absolutely gorgeous when we went. We did have to cross the street to get to the beach, which we were unaware of because this is listed as a beachfront property, but it really did not make a difference as the walk was short. My knocks on this penthouse are that the furniture seemed a bit outdated for the price that we paid, the dishwasher racks were broken and difficult to use, and the oven never cooked anything under the appropriate time frames (we constantly had to cook our food longer, sometimes twice as long, in order for it to be cooked properly). There was a light in the entryway that intermittently blinked also. I have seen some other people complain of this, and it seems like these items aren’t being addressed. I would stay here again, But not until these items are addressed. If I am paying for a penthouse, I want everything to be in full working order.

TLCVIP EVENT
⭐️🥂We rented 7 penthouses for our event and this was the most well appointed property. The furnishings were amazing, the property was spotless, the wifi fast for streaming live video footage without interruption. Now let’s talk about the view. This side of HEAVEN the very best it gets. The energy off the ocean is hypnotic!❤️

Beautiful condo and location
This is a beautiful condo as shown in the pictures. There were a couple cosmetic things, i.e. cracked mirror, broken spindle on seat, marks on patio cushions, but nothing that was a huge deal. I would most definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for our family and allowed for a much needed relaxing vacation. Be sure to check out the hot tub, it's amazing!
If you like to cook you might want to bring your own knife and pan. All essentials are provided but we just needed a sharp knife and bigger pan.
Just go, you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful Condo
We had a great girls weekend! The place was extremely nice and very spacious. Had issue with the app for check in as I believe they changed over systems, but got it figured out eventually. They were pretty Quick to respond to any questions.

Great trip with family
We were extremely pleased with this property. Everything was convenient location wise. We were able to easily get to restaurants as well as cook at "home". We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Would stay again I recommend!!!
This is the ideal location for everything vacationers could want. Several small things didn’t work during our stay however the property managers and maintenance were prompt, helpful and accommodating. I would stay again if I ever have a need for such a large condo!

Great mini vacation
The condo was great, definately all it was listed to be. The CSI family (Callahan, Schmunk, Imhoff)had a enjoyable stay and are thankful for it. The residence is a little worn and could use some sprucing up and small repairs, all in all it was nice.
Now some issues: the 3rd parking pass I had requested 5 days in advance was not there on arrival. Call 005 number and was first given the run around that 2 was all we get then read them the agreement and was ensured that housekeeping would bring one in the morning. Next morn, it didn't happen. Had to pay for one at the HOA office. Sunday around 11:30 housekeeping showed with pass.
Clean Crew needs to be replaced. Soiled panty line stuck on toilet down stairs , Soap scum in Master Tub, Tooth paste residue left in master bath sink, floor were sandy and dirty. food residue under dining table edges. (glass top easy to see) Unknow pill found on rug of guest bedroom. could go on, but you get the message.
it would have been a five star experience if the place had been clean.

Perfect Spring Break!
The condo was amazing! The accommodations are exactly as pictured. We travelled with 4 adults and 6 kids and had PLENTY of room. We never felt like we were crowded on top of each other. The place was immaculate upon arrival and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The app is a great addition to the rental property. The pool was perfect for those days we didn’t go to the beach, and the sunsets from the balconies were breathtaking! We will definitely book here again!

Spring break 2001
So with all the Covid craziness it was nice to have some normalcy. Going out to eat enjoying time at the beach with the family and being around friendly people! Love the panhandle and the southern hospitality! The views from the porches in the condo were perfect! Nice having the washer and dryer upstairs by the master bedroom and fit our large family comfortably! Thanks for sharing your beach getaway with us!

Good space
We loved our stay at the Majestic Sun. The penthouse condo was perfect space for our family. Beautiful views and easy access to the beach. We also loved the heated pool. Overall our stay was perfect but a few things need improvement; better vacuum to keep up with the sand( it had the worst old Hoover vacuum) and the showers need a good cleaning ( looked liked black mold on the tile wall in the master shower).

Awesome vacation home! Could not have had a better experience!
We come to Majestic Sun twice a year and this by far has been the best vacation home we have every stayed in.
The only thing I would suggest is to consider offering beach towels for guests. We always have to buy when we are there and then throw away when we leave since we fly there and beach towels are too hard/bulky to pack.

Perfect location, homey condo!
The condo we rented was beautiful, very spacious for our family of 14, and the view was amazing! We loved being able to cook meals in the huge kitchen. We were there for our daughter's wedding and couldn't ask for better accommodations. We have already put a deposit down to rent the same place again this same time next year and look forward to returning.

This penthouse at Mira Mar Beach/ Majestic Sun was absolutely Amazing! We took all of our children and our littles! We had a great week! Plenty of space for 11 people! (3 were children) definitely would stay again! You won’t be disappointed!
