Perfect views of the sunrise and beach. Condo sits just above the water on the ocean. Nice master bedroom with a private shower. Open kitchen and living room. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers. Would definitely recommend. Great for 3 or 4 friends to enjoy any of the bike weeks.

While the hurricane had destroyed the beach access and closed some local establishments, the condo still made a great home base for our visit. The owner was incredibly responsive and the property was just what we needed. The view from the MBR and balcony were exquisite and the bed was super comfortable.

Very quiet area!! Loved the convenience of restaurants, Publix grocery store down the street. Marine science station and lighthouse great to visit. Such a relaxing time!

This property was a nice change from the busy beaches of Daytona! No car access makes it one of our favorite places to visit.

Wonderful condo. Everything you need including beach towels, chairs, umbrella & toys. Our grandson loved it there. If we head that way again would definitely stay there again. Very nice!!!

We loved this vacation! The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all! The room was nice and the owners were great! Check-in was easy and communication was great! Loved that we could walk down to North Turn restaurant. Plenty of restaurants around, and we went to Port Orange (which is a few minutes up the road) to eat also. We rented jetskis in Port Orange also. Loved this location and will definitely be coming back!

We stayed here with family in other condos. Ours was clean, quiet and very easy to access and enjoy the beach! It was perfect for Memorial Day weekend. We’ll be back!!!

The condo was clean and lots of extra amenities. Such a nice place to stay, peaceful and we saw dolphins from the balcony. Enjoyed hearing the ocean all day and all night.

My husband and I have been spending the winters in different areas of Florida for a few years now. This was our favorite. The condo felt like home. It is clean and very well equipped including everything you’ll need for the beach. Don’t over pack (plenty of closets and bureaus if you do). The mattress in the master is very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing especially when the dolphins swim by. The heated pool area gets sun until late in the afternoon which makes it a great place to end your day. We loved the Ponce Inlet area. The beach is wide and smooth - perfect for long walks or biking. We rented ebikes for an afternoon. Fun! Ponce Preserve was a great place to walk when the beach was too windy. Watching rocket launches from the beach was awesome. Owners were wonderful. Communication was excellent. Thank you for everything. We hope to visit again someday.

My wife and I are retired and enjoyed staying at this unit in Southpoint Condominiums . It was exactly as the reviews stated well furnished ,clean and the owners were very responsive to the questions we had .

I would definitely go back to this condo. Tom and Heather were great hosts and provided everything I needed. The beds were very comfortable. The view spectacular! Condo well stocked.

What a great spot! The views were amazing, as though we were seated on the beach while on balcony. Owners easy to get a hold of and checked in on us which was great! Many amenities provided from extra blankets to beach gear and even spices for cooking!

Condo was perfect for the 4 of us. We were able to cook all of meals there. The beach was pretty quiet and very relaxing. There were boards and chairs and some beach toys (we didn’t use those).

We will gladly stay at this property again! It was so user friendly and our part of the beach was emptier than those to the north and south of us. Check out Hidden Treasure Rum Bar if your looking for a really good place to eat. Our air conditioner stopped working on day 2 and the owners were on it immediately! We have never had such fast attention on something broken. Thank you so much for making our stay so amazing!!

We absolutely recommend this condo. The location is amazing. It feels secluded because the beach is so quiet and yet there are so many places to eat, shop and do very close by. Don’t miss eating at the Racing’s North Turn restaurant just a couple minutes walk down the beach. The catch of the day fish sandwich and fillet was really yummy. I felt very safe walking alone on the beach in the early mornings. Make sure to checkout every closet in the condo for necessary beach gear before you go shopping. Or check the list in the provided binder. They have beach chairs, an umbrella, sand buckets, beach towels.... The kitchen has a regular coffee pot, several spices, pots, pans, mixer, blender and a toaster oven. Just to mention a few things. The owners of this condo went out of their way to make our time extra special. Thank you for the bottle of champagne for our anniversary and letting us know that we left some things behind. Thank you so much! Book now you will be glad you did.

We loved the location, Ponce Inlet is calmer, nicer and more relaxing than Daytona Beach. Less crowds, less noise, more family oriented. The condo is clean, well maintained, has a beautiful view and is well equipped. It was a pleasant stay. Would do it again.
