The property was nice and looked like the pictures. The only complaint was that it was short on amenities that we usually get when staying at a VRBO. For example, there was only a few tissues left in the box, and no back up supply-- so we had to find a store and supply our own. Also a small basket of snacks would have greatly improved our disposition upon arrival as our plane was late we arrived later than we expected. These are only suggestions for thought. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was outstanding.

We stayed here october 2023 for 11 days. First time at a legacy Villas. We couldn’t be happier and definitely booking again. Handy location both neighborhood wise and within the beautiful complex

Property was quiet, secure, and clean. Stayed for little under a week for a work conference. Location is close to Old La Quinta and a short drive to the grocery stores. Amenities at the property were clean and quiet too. Overall excellent stay. Hosts were thorough and responsive. Would definitely stay here again

Great location for the BNP Paribas Open. Less than 10 mins drive to IW Tennis Garden. Also close to shops and restaurants. This was the best location in the resort, overlooking the pool and nice views from the balcony. Great for early morning swimming.

Our impression of the property was it was well maintained, Alot of pools, nice area for walking, dog friendly, property was well kept and had what we needed.
We didn't consider the time of year and the weather. Next time we will probably book later in the spring. But, all and all it was a nice place to stay.

I was there for the golf tournament. Very nice unit. Clean and comfortable. Pools and grounds were perfect. Would stay there again for sure.

Well maintained overlooking a lap pool and hot tub. 3 minute drive to Old LaQuinta. We had to change the booking dates and the property manager was very accommodating.
Hope to be back next year.

The unit was really clean, it was gated and very safe. It had over a dozen pools so there was plenty of space to hang out at. It was also close to everything so that was nice. Pools were also heated. It advertises a garage, it I couldn’t get the car is because there was stuff in the garage. To be honest, we don’t really need a garage…maybe in the summer. Check in was a bit of an issue. We never got the check in email so we had to do a lot of digging to get a hold of someone to give us the door code.

The only negative was that the garage had items stored in it and wasn't usable. We could get our car in, but couldn't open the doors!

we had a last minute trip to la quinta and was able to grab this picture perfect property that met more than our expectations. it was perfectly clean and well stocked. we enjoyed the location and how close it was to pool. it was our first time using a digital, “in house” check in/check out station and we very much loved the convenience and the dining recommendations! definitely will be coming back for an extended stay. thanks so much.

This was our second time staying at a Legacy villa. California Vacation Villas I have a great unit, well appointed, everything is in excellent condition. We especially appreciated having use of a garage as unit is on the second floor and I needed a place to store my bicycle. The pool and hot tub are only steps away. Excellent communication the entire transaction was easy.

The condo is outstanding. Has everything you need including the kitchen which allowed us cook all of our meals. We have stayed in many other units at Legacy Villas and this one was our favorite. It's also located next to a very nice lap pool which was our favorite. We highly recommend this unit!

Awesome place for a getaway
The unit itself is pristine. It is larger than you are expecting. The property management firm is excellent, and very responsive. I had no problems, but just some questions, and they were available via text or call. I will stay here every time I visit the desert in the future.
