This location is literally right on the water. The pictures don't do enough. If you want to open up the door and hear the ocean this is the place. The property manager is super amazing and communicative. Before checking in she sends your correspondence on check in process and notes to ensure you stay will be a good one. The cleanlyness of the place was A++. When we walked in it was spotless. Amenities are great, 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, and small cooler for beach fun. We enjoyed family time in the large living room space and watched movies on the smart tv. Internet is super easy and fast. If we returned to the Island of Hawaii I would totally rebook this location. A++++ 5***** rating!

I vacation here with my teenagers and adult daughter. We had two bedrooms two bath and a fully equipped kitchen. We had plenty of private space, and room for our luggage. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We had boogie boards, snorkeling, gear towels for beach. We had full kitchen with everything you need in it. Airport Drive is around 30 minutes not bad, and all major attractions are an easy reach. The condo Building was pristinly maintained, we had a pool, nice and clean a Jacuzzi, that my teenagers love to use, and it was really nice and clean. We felt very safe, we had a combination that let us go up to the condo with the elevator. It was quiet and the sound of the waves, how does go to sleep. I love staying out on the balcony to drink my coffee in the morning. The only minor inconvenience was the narrow space in the parking, it is inconvenience. If you have a large car like I did so I strongly recommend to rent a smaller vehicle. Parking is always difficult in Hawaii everywhere you go. But I cannot tell you how happy I was that I rented the space.

This property was perfect for us. Morning coffee on the lanai watching the surfers hit the waves and evenings watching the sunset. A few miles out of the downtown Kona area making it quiet and peaceful.
The property was clean with adequate garage parking.
We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is comfortable, clean, well stocked and close to the Kona beaches and downtown. We loved sitting on the lanai with our coffee in the morning watching the surfers and the occasional cruise ship arriving. The host is very responsive. Thank you Dana for everything

We had a great week in Kona at this property. Great communication/instructions on check in process. Condo is close to everything & has covered parking. Beautiful views out all the windows. Our favorite pastime became watching the surfers/boogey boarders. Gorgeous sunsets!
Everything in the kitchen you could ever need. Having a washer/dryer was also great. Thanks Dana-we will definitely stay again if we get back to Kona.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We watched whales and surfers from the lani. It was nice having our own parking space. Very quiet place to stay. Place was well equipped with everything you needed. Thank you Dana

I remember being on a cruise ship and looking out the port window and only seeing ocean. Well that's what you get staying hear. Back wall is predominately all glass. The views were spectacular and cannot be any closer to the ocean. Condo unit was clean and is actually a 2 BR unit. Pool and Hot tub where well maintained. Host was awesome to work with and extremely attentive to my needs. I can't wait to return and rent again.

My sweetie and I could not believe the view of the ocean. Incredible! Each morning we would have breakfast on the lanai, and watch the surfers if there were waves worthy of their time. We brought binoculars and spotted dolphin a couple of times, and whales! Great location! Da Poke Shack is a 5 minute walk away. Very convenient, just south of Kona downtown.

Our family of 4 very much enjoyed our stay. Check in/out was easy. Our 2 children enjoyed having their own beds and watching the fish in the water from the Lanai. We loved watching the sunrise on the Lanai too. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and lunch cooler for use which made beach days a blast! We found the beds comfortable and the breeze from the front door helped keep the temperature perfect for us. It was very clean and perfect for our family :-) Mahalo!

We absolutely loved our stay here, we were in town for the Ironman and it was the perfect location away from the more crowded downtown Kona area, but also just a short drive away. The view from the lanai was beautiful, we spent several hours out there every day watching the waves, surfers, sunrises and sunsets. The condo was very clean and had every amenity we needed as we ate out several times but also cooked as well. I would highly recommend staying here during your visit to Kona.

would think the owner was your next door neighbor. Quick response before and during our stay. Our small family enjoyed the two baths. and found beds to be comfortable. Kitchen was great for morning coffee and night refreshments. We dined out daily but kitchen would be great for cooking meals. The evening sunsets and morning views reminded us, how blessed we are.

The condo was as described. Lovely view of the ocean and pool. As noted by others the fan in the bedroom blows extremely hard (no AC back there). Would be nice to be able to turn it down. Kitchen was stocked well and having a blender to make drinks was nice. Easy walk downtown for food and shopping.

Well-managed condo building, delightful-in-all-ways condo unit. Our favorite activity is to sit on the lanai and watch the surfers right below, but when we got down to the perfect pool/hot tub at the ocean's edge, it was entirely comfortable and fun.

Very nice view and very convenient to town. While there was AC in the master bedroom, it did not cool the whole condo. The second bedroom was too hot/humid to sleep in. The refrigerator was rusty on the outside so it looked dirty.

My wife and I spent two weeks watching the ocean and the surf borders from our unit. It was wonderful. Have been to the big island many times but never this close to the water.

This unit has it all- amazing view, spacious, full kitchen, washer and dryer, nicely furnished and renovated. The condo also had so many ‘extras’ that made our stay with 2 young kids easier- there were kids books and games, a small cooler, boogie boards and a beach umbrella, pool noodles and a few sand toys, a first aid cabinet stocked with items, lots of cooking essentials like spices and oil, a rice cooker, as well as cable tv- in my experience non of these items are expected in a rental but all of them were appreciated! We loved our stay and will certainly be back!

First time to the big island and we could not have picked a better spot!! Condo is well appointed with everything you need. The view will not disappoint……I promise. Could not be closer to the ocean. Condo complex is close to everything. Renting a car is a must though!! Lots to see on this beautiful island. We will definitely book with Dana again!! We had a fantastic time.

The property was a little worn down. The unit needs some repairs to floors and paint.
The location is beautiful and the homeless think so too. There is public beach access right next to the property. The homeless congregate there at night drinking alcohol and smoking.
I expected the property to be enclosed but it was not. Parking was not secure.
The view is incredible just like the listing.

Amazing view! Entire “front” of unit is windows. Being able to open areas between the master bedroom and living area made the space to feel very roomy. Air conditioning was very comfortable. Need a new coffee maker and blender.

I have rented condos in different cities 8 times. This condo is the best of them all. Very roomy, laid out very nicely. Covered parking and Kona Trolley stops across the street to take to downtown Kona.
So much better than the pictures show. Definitely highly recommend and Dana is easy to work with. Thank you, Dana, for sharing your home with us.

This condo is beautiful - the best view EVER!!! And Dana the host is the most amazing host! We always book VRBO and Dana by far has been our favorite. You can't go wrong with this condo! Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean, plenty of room for a family of four! Perfectly clean! Just all around amazing! We will definitely look to book here again on our next visit to Kona! This condo was well stocked, super clean and just what we were after for our family trip. Being right on the ocean was incredible, being able to watch super talented surfers all day and sunsets in the evening. The complex is quiet, clean, and only about 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store. There’s also a super convenient cash only convenience store across the street and a few restaurants and and open air market all within a short walk or drive. We’d love to stay here again at some point.

A perfect condo in the well-designed, well-kept Banyan Tree. Watch the surfers at Lyman's or Banyan's, or join them. Don't plan to be gone from this home at sunset, because there is no better place from which to view the dramatic beauty . Kitchen/baths/bedding/pool/hot tub all just the best. And quiet. Get to know the sea a little better because it is right there to look down upon from your lanai.

My spouse and I spend our 4th year anniversary here, a beautiful location! The apartment is huge, you can see the ocean from almost everywhere. It was so relaxing to just stay in and either have dinner on the balcony or just have a drink looking at the ocean. It also has the perfect sunset location, it feels like you're over the ocean. I honestly don't think you can get a better location than this one in Kona. The owner is super responsive and accommodating, and the place is fully equipped (kitchen utensils, soap, towels, spices, etc.). We would definitely stay here again!
SCUBA DIVERS:
If you are a diver, there are showers downstairs by the pool where you can rinse off your equipment. It's a short drive to all the dive shops (3-4 minutes). There are several shore-diving spots around the apartment (2-10 minutes).

The unit is lovely and the king bed is very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and essential items were on hand.
The parking was a little challenging due to the pillars. Lots of homeless people around the area.

On a main-street.. neighbors above seemed like they were clogging and moving furniture .
Pool was small but clean .

Amazing!!!
The location is great! You have a wonderful view of the ocean because it's right there outside your balcony! Listening to the waves at night put us both into a relaxing sleep. The bed is very comfortable along with the living room furniture. Communication with the host Dana was accommodating and she was quick to reply. There is a little market right across the street which is very handy. When we come back to the big island, this is where we will stay. We loved this place!!!

It was our first time in Hawaii and we absolutely loved it! It was heaven on earth. Beautiful views and very quiet. Dana was very easy to get in contact with which made things so easy when we had questions. I would recommend this place to anyone. We definitely hated to leave but we will be back!
