We were enjoying our stay at this property. Great management, prompt reply, nice and clean condo with wonderful view of ocean.

Very clean and as described.

This was a wonderful place to stay in! The owners had everything you could need for a stay and the place was set up nicely. Very comfortable living at a great price...and the view is priceless! I have seen other reviews complaining about the rules that the building has, but those are to keep you safe and not unlike some resorts. I never felt like people were rude.

Love the room and the people around and customer service the best.

It is a little older complex but well ran and clean.

The appartment is very nice and confortable and it was super clean. The view is awesome. Only thing I did find a bit inconvenient is that check in is after 3 pm and checkout at 9am and you don't get to leave your luggage somewhere while waiting for the check in or at departure... it's understandable but some advice on nearby luggage storage would be welcome specially for tourists.

The condo was nice and the pictures listed were accurate. There is a parking lot below like others mentioned but it didnt obstruct views. The ocean was very close to the gate which was nice. I hate having to walk a mile with all the gear for my family to get set up. The pool was really warm which made it good for the whole family to enjoy. There were also lots of beach items to use including several umbrellas, coolers, sand toys etc. that made it very nice without having to spend extra money. On the negative side. the check in process was horrible. The owners tried to give explanation to the best of their ability but it did not prepare me for all of the confusion and rudeness. One thing that really upset me is that my husband could not get the pool bracelets for the whole family, they made us all go in, even though I had a sleeping infant in the car. It was a bit ridiculous. I have stayed in lots of condos and there is absolutely no reason to have such a complicated process. The other downside were all of the rules around the pool. There was also a pool attendant who was super rude about things and enforced rules when he felt like it. One of the pool rules was, “no balls, toys, or flotation devices of any kind”. Basically all things kids would do to have fun in a pool were not allowed. The crappy thing is that these rules were only enforced for certain people. A family got yelled out for tossing a squishy ball back and forth while another family had 3 kids with flotation devices. It was a little stressful to see what the next rule to be broken was. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo was great and the owners were easy to work with. I would say the problem lies in the facility management and not with the individual owners.

Very nice condo & property. Room was nice, view was lovely, pool was clean and attended. Only complaint was the check in process. Even though the owners left us very nice detailed instructions, we tried to follow them upon arrival but valet attendants were not where they were supposed to be and when we found someone, he sent us to the wrong place so we did a lot of back forth etc. It seems they were confused themselves. Overall, it was a nice condo & I would stay there again hoping they streamline the check in process.

Close to everything we needed and comfortable. Perfect size for the two of us. Nicely appointed kitchen made cooking so easy. Clean condo, plenty of towels and beach chairs etc. Would reserve again!

Very glad we found this place. The property was amazing..clean..beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location.

The room was nice and clean. The pool was nice. The beach area was nice. I felt pretty safe. Overall, it was a good experience. The couch was super uncomfortable as a couch. But, it was comfortable as a pull out bed. The check in process is very confusing. The owner tried to send information to help, but the problem seems to be a the condo level. The front desk person was not very helpful and things were not explained very well. The main thing I felt caught off guard on were some of the incidentals. Maybe it was in the listing and I just didn't catch it, but there were extra fees that we weren't aware of. $20 for each of our keys (not refundable), $20 for our parking tag (which was refundable), and $50 for parking (we stayed 5 nights). These weren't necessarily deal breakers, but we were just caught off guard on those extra expenses.

Wonderful... i will most deffinately choose to come back here. The only part that was a lifttle difficult was the lack of clear instructions and signs to help people get around the property.. especially for the check in process. We met other people that were a little confused also.. but once we finally figured it out, it was smooth sailing.! Great place to stay and an awesome price.

Cleanliness was impeccable! Well furnished. Kitchen had everything I needed and more! Many TV channels. Updated rooms and accessories. Loved the balcony overlooking the ocean! Reasonably priced. Reverse picture of balcony on VRBO site failed to show the large parking lot!

The property is very clean and well maintained. The location is great as well. The problem we had are not directly related to the property itself but rather to the building management. The checking process was not smooth at all, they failed to provide a parking tag, forced us to purchase an extra wristband, and the covered parking garage got flooded and wsa closed.

The condo itself is perfect for a couple. It was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The view shown in pictures is not the view you get. You still see the ocean, however you also see an entire parking lot. The inside of the property is not in the same condition as the condo. The carpeted hallways were never vacuumed while we were there - including two days with a used bandaid on the floor just off of the elevators and there was often trash overflowing in the trash room. The outside and lobby area were well maintained. Check-in was okay, but we got there too late to get registered that night so the next day we had to take care of it. Be aware that there are additional fees associated with staying here. You have to pay a deposit for a parking permit, which must be $20 cash and they might not be able to give change if you’re too early (you get this back). Then you have to pay $20 or $30 (cash or credit) for a key fob for two people.... which means if your partner decides to leave the beach for the day, you have to go too. Also our key fob stopped working 4 times during our 7 day stay and I got really sick of going to the office that is in a dingy basement that’s about 1000 degrees to have it reset. You do not get your money back for this. You’re also each given a single bracelet for the pool that you must wear for the entire week and if you cut it off it costs $10 to replace. There are also signs posted for additional fine that you could be faced with (e.g. not wearing a coverup in the lobby, taking luggage in the non-service elevator, etc.). I was impressed by the mask requirements of the property. They have zero tolerance for being in any common area without a mask and they will call you out. All staff always more masks, even outside. The elevators are quick so even with only one party riding at a time, you don’t wait.

This is a clean and very well equipped condo. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly.

Renting through the owners was great. Check in staff unpleasant and only spoke Spanish. But other than that a great place to stay and I would go back!!

Place was great A little clunky checking in after hours. The complex was very secure with lots of security staff.

My wife and I rented this unit for a week in October. The unit was extremely clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The beach is as close as you would want and the pool area is spacious and extremely clean. We never had a problem getting a lounge chair and a table with an umbrella. The owners were very accommodating and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this property and next time we visit this area, we would definitely rent this unit again. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your condo.

The property was clean, beautiful and in a great location. Very conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The owners were very hospitable and professional. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to booking this same property next year. I was not only pleased but impressed with the overall experience. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a getaway in south Florida.

I would like to first thank Rosie for all her help. It was great dealing with her. The condo unit itself was great and exactly as the pictures show. View was spectacular from the balcony. Pools were heated so useable on the couple of cooler days. Downstairs there is a mini market that also sells prepared foods pizza, chicken fingers/fries, wings/fries, etc. and they also deliver, in case you don't want to cook. Property well maintained and very secure. Walmart is close by but you do require a car to go there.

Stayed in this renovated condo for the entire month of dec...The experience was first class from the beginning to end...Owners are wonderful to deal with and since have become friends....Pool is like a first class resort with sun the entire day....I have already reserved for next year.....Condo was excellent and comfortable and redone....I would give this a 5 star rating....

We stayed here in the month of May 2014 and all I can say is WOW !!! The condo is so well decorated, warm and cozy and the oceanview is breathtaking. The condo is fully equipped and the owners are simply a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely come back again. Looking forward to seeing the condo newly renovated next year !

We (2 adults and 2 children) spent one beautiful week here. the condo is fully equipped with everything! From a very comfortable mattress, to extra pillows, fluffy blankets and EVERYTHING you need for the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and you really are not lacking anything. The ground is very safe and the people are very helpful. There is ample parking spaces and the grounds are well kept and very clean. I would definitely rent this unit again. It is exactly like in the pictures. Rosie and Joanne are a dream to deal with.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and it was a real pleasure. We were with a toddler and a 3 months old baby. We felt relaxed having our own place and all the necessities right there. In the apartment you have everything available from chairs, towels and parasol to take to the beach to all appliances and tools needed in the kitchen. And if we needed something extra, we just had to head to a 24h Walmart 4 minutes away by car. Also available Public, Walgreens and even a very good hairsalon Roba. The only thing that could have improved was the cleanness of the place, but you also need to know that I´m obsessed with hygiene... so it was good overall, and probably more than perfect for someone not as obsessed as me. They were also small details so it didn´t really bothered me. There was a problem with a leak on the kitchen sink and the bathtub getting clogged but the owners IMMEDIATELY took action. They replaced the sink and sent someone twice to unclog the bathtub. They also told me that they are now renovating the bathroom to fix this problem once and for all. I would also recommend them to change the vacuum, it was really difficult to use it as it doesn´t vacuum very good. The building itself has very good installations (clean pool, nice long chairs in the pool area, gym), very nice cantine with friendly manager, and also helpful and friendly staff in the building. The best of all were the sunsets every morning! I will definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. Thank you very much to Rossie De Lucca for all her support during the holidays. We could really count on her for anything. Best service ever!
