My family has been coming to Cocoa Beach for years because of the warm water, sandy beach and kid friendly waves. This condo is perfect for those who love the beach. The condo is in great condition, very well stocked and very clean. The remodeled kitchen is very functional and near new. The TVs and streaming apps are easy to use. We enjoyed the 2 Nest speakers and cast our music while playing cards. Most VRBO units are minimally stocked. This unit stocks customaries like spices, cooking spray and cleaning products. The zip lock bags and tupperware containers make a big difference for those who cook meals. We usually have to throw a lot of food away because there is no way to keep it. This condo allows you to keep dinner leftovers. With oceanfront buildings you kind of expect bits of sand to be in the unit. This condo was very clean and showed no trace of sand. During our stay we were able to see two SpaceX rocket launches from the patio. While you can't view the immediate lift off, you get the full experience after a couple seconds. We were able to view 2 rockets land and experience the 4 sonic booms. We'll never forget this. Don't plan your stay around launch dates as they continuously move around. They are an added bonus.

Been vacationing at cocoa for several years. This is the best place so far. Perfect location. Beautiful views from the balcony. Everything needed was provided in the condo.

This was the second year renting this unit which has a spectacular view and is very well located. Convenient to everything.

We were here for the launch of Artemis (that didn't happen) but so enjoyed the stay, the amenities and the convenient location to restaurants and Kennedy Space Center.

Great place. Easy access to restaurants and fun activities for family at night. We were able to watch 2 launches from the balcony of condo. The beach and waves were great for surfing and other beach activities. Great waves for boogie boarding and surfing every day. Great for family trip.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. The condo was bigger than it looked in the pictures and we had plenty of space. The pool and private beach access were amazing and never crowded.

The condo is wonderful! The views from the the 5th floor balcony are fantastic! Everything is well maintained and the condo is even better in person. We took 3 generations of our family and everyone had a great time. The bonus for this trip was we got to view two SpaceX rocket launches from the property. The pool is delightful and the beach area is spacious. This is our second year staying in this unit and we are planning on going back next summer.

Quiet neighborhood, right on the beach, awesome views.

We had a wonderful stay! From the comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, and immaculate pool, our stay was amazing. We enjoyed playing tennis and shuffleboard, the kids loved watching the sun come up from the balcony, and we all enjoyed flip flopping from the pool to the beach with just a short walk. We will be staying here again.

Condo and property are everything as advertised. Great location and views of the beach. Pool is awesome with easy access to beach. Host is very helpful and easy to work with.

We have rented in this building for years and the reason is its a great property and a great location. The pool is well maintained and the people we meet are welcoming.

My husband and I spent two great months at this property which is right on the beach with a glorious view and great swimming pool. The layout of the condo was perfect for entertaining family and friends who visited for a few days. The location is also very good. Easy walk to Publix (a super nice grocery store) and the Cocoa Beach Pier, and convenient to restaurants in both directions.

This is an outstanding property and is well-stocked with many nice touches to make your stay more enjoyable. We had plenty of towels for our group of 5 people, everything we needed for cooking was available, the unit was clean, and the views from the balcony are spectacular. This unit's location is probably the best of all in this condo complex. Thanks, Jeff, for making our stay so enjoyable!

Relaxing Quiet Peaceful

My family and I enjoyed our week staying at this property. It was very spacious, clean and the view was incredible. Next time we visit Cocoa, we will reach out to stay at this same location. We all loved it.

We have stayed at Cocoa Beach Towers for several years just in a unit on the 1st floor. The view from this 5th floor condo is spectacular! We enjoyed the balcony, especially my elderly parents. The condo is comfortable, clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The beach and pool are fantastic! We would stay here again. We have 3 main complaints around our stay: 1. There was no room in the kitchen cabinets to put way our food. 2. The AC is controlled by a Nest thermostat which is programmed to turn the AC up to 76 to 80 degrees every few hours. In the middle of the night the condo would be 80 degrees which makes it hard to sleep. 3. The tub in the hall bath didn’t drain properly so you took a shower in standing water.

I would highly recommend this unit. Very convenient location and excellent amenities.

The condo was perfect. Plenty of room, very clean, nice linen and towels. The location is great with the pool and beach close. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes and cooking pans. Love the pool area. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at cocoa beach! The condo had many thoughtful details for renters such as night lights, plenty of towels, beach toys and chairs, games and movies and a well-stocked kitchen. Communication with the owner was quick and he went above and beyond to help with our need.

This property exceeded our expectations. Convenient location to the beach and pier, easy drive to the marina and restaurants. The condo was well-equipped, clean and spacious. We plan to return.

Enjoyed a relaxing week in this spacious condo - great balcony with view of beach & pool. A short walk to Cocoa Beach Pier. Nice getaway with many nearby attractions, or you can just hang out by the ocean. We saw a Spacex Rocket launch from the balcony one night and walked on the beach each morning. Its the 5th floor (top floor) of the condo building. Very quiet and peaceful.

We had an excellent time staying in this well appointed beach front condo. We had all we needed to enjoy the beach and pool. Despite COVID-19 Pandemic, we were able to safely enjoy take out and terrace dining from local restaurants.

While we were there we were able to watch a Space X Night Launch at Midnight. This was a wonderful view. Of course to see lift off you have to go to the beach (which some of us did). It was spectacular. Thank you Jeff for allowing us to rent your Family Vacation Home. Hope you are well.

Nice and clean end unit condo with a real good view of Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach pier and a spectacular heated pool with a lot of seating.

This is the best unit in Cocoa Beach Towers. It is in a great location for lots of family fun activities.
