We loved the close access to the beach and the tennis courts were really nice. We feel very safe in this community and we will definitely come again. The host was attentive And quick to reply.

We know the Seabluffe community well since our parents lived there for years. This 3 bedroom townhome does not disappoint. The interior is much better than the photos depict and the owner supplied amenities are great. The hosts are wonderful to work with, very responsive. The development is extensive, lots of open space and walkability, tennis/pickleball courts, pool and direct access to the ocean. We'll be back.

My family enjoyed their stay.

Stacy and Darrell's condo was the best stocked condo we have stayed in. From snacks, Keurig Coffee Maker, Starbuck's Pods, broad assortment of cooking utensils to 4 bikes, bath, beach towels, and many surf boards, and balls of your choice. The condo is tri-level and in great condition. My wife and I had a large master bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd floor, while our kids and grandkids had the master size bedroom and 3rd bedroom with bunkbeds on the second level. The large living room and kitchen were steps down from the front door, which was on the second level, with a L-shaped beck with a table and chairs for outside eating or work. Darrell was most helpful and most accommodating, 5 stars!

We spent the week at this property and couldn't have had a better experience. The house was set up perfectly for our family. The property has two pools and easy access to the beach. With our kids it ended up being most convenient to drive to Ponto Beach. Stacey and Darrell were amazing host. They communicated great throughout the process and made sure we had the best experience possible.

My husband and I, along with our two small children, were lucky to call this property home for a week. We were both very impressed with this rental- the cleanliness, quality of linens/beds/towels, detailed home information, speedy responses from the homeowners, etc. Everything was exactly as described! This home was wonderful for our family. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, which was a short walk away. The neighborhood had 2 lovely pools. Thoughtful snacks were available when we arrived. The owners had great communication. Wish we could've stayed longer!

The house is beautiful and very well kept. It has everything you need and want so it was very convenient. Darrell is a great host, quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for sharing your home. Very clean and nicely appointed property with great amenities . The property managers were very friendly and helpful.

We will definitely visit again. The home was clean and well-stocked. The communication with the owner was easy and available. The home was comfortable and all of our needs were anticipated. Thank you to Darryll and Stacy for a memorable family vacation.

Seabliffe is a wonderful community. Right on ocean, gorgeous grounds, beautiful sunset spots - saw lots of dolphins from the bluffs. Darrels condo has been renovated and the furniture was very stylish and like new. Had all the necessities and was surprised and happy to see water in fridge and snack box when we arrived. Beds were nice. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed at. Note: Currently due to COVID families need to pre sign up for pool access for 1 hour per day and not on consecutive days.

Thanks for a great stay and for going the extra mile to make us comfortable during our stay. The place is very well stocked, from the kitchen which has everything you will need to prepare meals, to the bathrooms with plenty of towels to the garage, with boogie boards, bikes, beach chairs and everything else you'll want for the beach.

What a great property. You literally don't need to bring anything. but your bathing suit. My family of 5 booked this property because of all the "extras" described and shown in the pictures. The bikes, boogie boards and surfboards sealed the deal for us. However, upon arrival there were so many other little extras that just made our time at the property so easy. Other beach accessories like umbrellas and chairs were provided. Additionally, those things you hate to buy for one trip but always need in the kitchen like tin foil, plastic storage bags and paper towels were included.....and so appreciated. Finally, a wonderful welcome basket with waters and snacks were waiting upon our arrival. The kids dove right into those:) We were at the beach everyday and used the multiple surfboards and boogie boards. It is a short walk and & long climb to the beach. But the views and wonderful Pacific make you forget about it. Additionally, this unit is air conditioned. It was a warm week during our stay and being able to kick on the air and know that it would stay cool was a wonderful perk. Less than a 10 minute drive to any kind of restaurant you can imagine. Some are within walking or biking distance as well. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property

The condo location is great, the owners were extremely responsive and helpful. The condition of the condo is great and it has absolutely everything anyone could need. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall, this was an excellent place to stay during our visit to the San Diego area. While the rain (about half of the time) and coronavirus news dampened our mood (both physically and figuratively), the place was nice. It provided a good layout that allowed us to keep our sanity while being stuck inside. The area is quite nice, along the north coast highway. It has a small-beach town vibe going with lots of cool options to dine. This is a gated community, which keeps traffic through the development to a minimum. It butts up to the ocean; there is a staircase that leads down to the beach. There are also two pool areas that are well-maintained. We took advantage of the larger pool area that also had a hot tub. The unit comes with a well-appointed kitchen along with other essentials (beach towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc). The garage with bikes and beach toys was a nice bonus. the owners also provided a thoughtfully appointed snack basket, fully-stocked Kuerig coffee machine (which we took full advantage of) and nice binder of information, including a discount card to the local grocer. The only thing that would have made it nicer was if the unit was on the ocean side of the community. The nice lanai would have been perfect if it faced the ocean. But the beach access is just a short walk away.
