The location is very nice. Near a lot of things to do. The condo was wonderful. It had everything we needed. The only thing that needs some attention are the ceiling fans and vents. They are extremely dirty.

I stayed at this property with 2 other families and their children. We had 13 people in total and we felt there was enough space to have large meals together as well as have space in our rooms when needed. The property manageable was super responsive when I had questions. The small touches in the kitchen and shared area were very nice. The location and property overall were very good for our families and we would stay here again.

This is an attractive and well-maintained property just a short walk to the beach. Directions for access and use were clear and complete. A problem with a door lock was addressed immediately. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very informative and communicative. Very easy to access the property. Location was perfect for walking to many popular spots and the beach was a half block away. The property was even more spacious than expected. Plenty of room for all ten of us! The elevator made taking things up and down much easier!! I would recommend!

Great setup with easy access to beach and local sites. Owners and local management were easy to access however not needed. Having a downstairs storage bin was great so you didn't have to haul everything back up (there is an elevator) each trip. There is a outdoor shower and spigot for you to wash the salt/sand off each visit. We had a great stay and look forward to another visit soon.

Beautiful home…second time my family has stayed at this location. Extremely easy communication with the management team. The house was clean and super convenient for beach and restaurant access. We will def be back! Highly recommended!!!

This property was the perfect size for my husband and I, our children, and grandchildren. It was spacious, bright, and a one minute walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time.

This 5 bedroom condo is a half block from the beach in an elevatored building. It is wheelchair accessible. It is clean and well maintained. The two dedicated parking places were great to have in crowded Ocean City. The updated kitchen was well stocked. The owners are friendly and responsive.

Our group included eight adults. Ken (owner) was great with communication leading up to our stay and even made a last minute request for towels and linens happen for us. The property is huge, large bedrooms and a fun communal space. The location within walking distance to Mackey’s, Seacrets and Fagers Island was so convenient. I highly recommend this property. We had a blast!

Ken and Ron were very easy to work with. The condo was very clean, bright, and spacious. We had a group of 8 and all fit comfortably. Great location, just a few blocks from great restaurants and bars and maybe a 1 minute walk to the beach. Thanks!

This condo was neat, clean, very spacious and beautiful. My family and I enjoyed our visit. We are looking forward to coming back next year. Ken was very easy to work with . We all had a great time.

This property has a great location. Right next to the beach and very close to restaurants and bars. The house was great for our group of 14. Owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We will be back!

We went with our family and my husband's parents to key largo 203 and it was just perfect! Plenty of space. Huge wide hallways. Beautiful rooms. Well stocked kitchen. Updated and clean

I wanted to thank Ken and his family for their warm hospitality! We had an amazing time and truly enjoyed our stay at their beautiful condo. The attention to detail is breath taking and it is so obvious that they take pride in their home. Condo is very well maintained and exceeded all of our expectations. We had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to beach umbrellas, chairs and so much more.
Another huge plus is LOCATION!!! It is only 1/2 block walk to the beach and a close drive to the boardwalk, restaurants and everything else Ocean City has to offer.
We all loved the art work displayed throughout the house and must complement the family on the amazing choices made for each room. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect you can tell the Kupecs put alot of time and money in their home. Ken and Ron were great to work with. The only draw back no batteries in the DVD player remote in the living room and the dryer did not maintain the heat and you had to run 2 to 3 cycles before the items were dryer.
We will definitely be back next year!

I came here with 10 friends for a birthday weekend. The house was wonderful, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the bedrooms were all big and nice, beds were comfortable. You can see the ocean from the balcony, and the beach is a very short walk away. We had 5 couples here and never felt cramped at all. It was everything we wanted and perfect for the weekend

This property was very well maintained and clean. The kitchen was modern and up to date and well stocked. The rooms were decorated really nice. It was a nice big space. I would highly recommend for families or a bigger group as there was lots of sleeping room. Nice storage area for sandy things in covered garage and short walk to beach. The owner was great to deal with and very responsive. Was within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants and lots of things to do.

My girlfriends and I rented this condo for a bachelorette weekend. We were shocked by how big and beautiful the unit was. The pictures definitely do not do it justice! It is a great location; steps from the beach and a short walk or bus ride to the nightlife. We had difficulty with the refrigerator upon arrival, however, the maintenance man quickly stopped over and helped us out! We would definitely rent this unit again and recommend it to anyone planning a vacation in OCMD.

Just wanted to say we just stayed here the weekend of June 2nd to June th for my daughters bachelorette party. This house has it all! Everything was clean, decorated nice it was just fabulous!! I would highly recommend staying here. you will not be disappointed! Seacrets & the beach are right there, shopping is a close. Its the perfect location. HAVE FUN!!
