We had an amazing weekend with family here at the property. It’s so beautiful and the location is awesome. It is a very special view and we walked down the street to Revolution Roasters for fantastic coffee and avocado, toast! Lots of time just enjoying the deck and watching the waves, surfers, and dolphin swim by. Thanks so much for the opportunity to have a great experience.

This was a great property, very clean. Good communication. Easy check in process. Listing as described. Great location! Plenty of places to walk to for coffee or a meal! Off suite downstairs a little musty but a little expected with being right on the ocean. It was still clean.

Beautiful property. air conditioning not available on main floor is a negative for sure. ceiling fans would help.

Wonderful views from windows and balconies. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. No beach but next door was access to a rocky area and the water. Downstairs bedroom in casita was adequate but the bed was tight against the wall. Would stay again.

Although the property is very nice, we did have to make some concessions on sleeping arrangements due to the fact that one of the rooms was converted to a game room (without our knowledge)...taking away a bed that we needed. Before booking I had even contacted them to verify the number of beds to accommodate our family. The night before arriving, I contacted them to just verify again the number of beds and found this out. They were able to make room for us to bring a queen air mattress, so it worked out but not really what we had paid for. The weather was very warm when we were there and the house has no air conditioning, so we slept with doors and windows open. Right next to the house is the public stairs to the beach and lifeguard tower. 2 of our nights we had groups of young adults partying there till early morning hours which made sleeping hard for those who had open doors/windows facing that way. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you are cooking and preparing meals. They have a charcoal weber grill and firepit down at the bottom sand level of the property and plently of adirondack chairs for all. Overall, it is a wonderful home if you only need 5 bedrooms.

The problem we had is when I rented the place the two casitas had beds in them when I got there they turned the second casita in a game room which I wasn’t informed before my stay and tv I’m live room doesn’t well and air conditioning wasn’t that good but in all we had a good time

It was perfecto for our small family... great amenities, view, and setting. I will book this place again... it does need a little upkeeping, the couches are needing some fixing which can be done easily. There was some construction going on next door during the whole day, we made the best of the situation. However, we really like it! Manager (owner?) Was great! We had good communication... I highly recommend this place!

Great location. Great space for families. Everyone had a bed. Beach access was difficult to maneuver especially for older family members. Lovely evenings by the fire pit. You need to bring every thing for meals including seasonings, oils, foil, casserole dishes etc. There was limited kitchen stuff to use. Overall lovely place.

We had a group of 7 girls for several of our 60th birthdays! The place was perfect for us. We each had our own bedrooms/beds, there's 5 FULL bathrooms. There are two casitas one on the lowest floor, one on the next floor up (with its own patio). The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! Master is on top floor with a queen and a king and it's own bathroom. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay mostly because of being all together with family but the rental was perfect for our needs for bedrooms on main entry level so no stairs required for grandpa with a walker, large main area gathering space with spectacular ocean views, lots of bathrooms, well stocked. I also appreciated that all the rooms and bathrooms were clean and it had TVs in most rooms.

This property was sooo beautiful and our stay was so much fun! My sisters and friends loved this home and location 💗so beautiful and comfortable! The views were gorgeous 💗

Our family gathered to celebrate our Mom's 90th birthday. It was a perfect site, and everyone enjoyed the accommodations and had a great time in the surrounding area. The manager promptly took care of weather related issues beyond their control such that our family time was not affected. I would stay here again.

This turned out very badly. The listing was accurate from what we could tell. Looked just like what we wanted. However, when we arrived, our cars loaded with family, food, etc., we found the home appeared not ready. After calling the manager, it was discovered that another party had already occupied the home. The home was doubled booked and the manager failed to notice. The rental money was refunded immediately, but all of our time, gas, and most of the food was wasted. This double booking denied my family of a vacation, which is an unrecoverable loss.

Location can't be beat. The ocean is your backyard. That being said, don't expect a beach at your backyard either. Due to a storm somewhere else, it was always high tide but, there are beaches nearby within a short drive. The house was very well supplied and didn't need anything else except our groceries. The house also had some nice upgrades since our last stay. There were several very minor things wrong (to be expected for a rental) which were noted with the property manager. The curtains could use some TLC as they were falling at places. All in all we were very satisfied with check-in & check-out and will likely use this rental again.

We live locally and were looking for a great staycation nearby. This house was perfect to accommodate my large family. Everyone had their own bedroom/bath and the family room was perfect for entertaining and taking in the gorgeous ocean views. I would say one of the highlights was seeing dolphins swim outside our balcony almost every day. There was a firepit on the bottom floor that was really nice touch for gathering as well. One thing that could have been slightly better is the communication. As a host myself I had some questions that were either delayed or went unanswered. The washer/dryer was broken and some of the maintenance crew showed up a few times during our stay to replace it. We didn't mind, but it was a few hours for 2-3 days during our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this house if you have a large group. It was a perfect staycation.

The owner was a super communicator and responded throughout the week within minutes sometimes, or no more than an hour. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms as well as beach toys. We had an issue with the washer while there. Since the part to repair it was on back order, they sent someone every day to pickup and deliver us clean clothes and towels. They went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you

I placed this stay for nearly 6 months and based on the pictures, i couldn’t wait far enough to get there. Normally, i get too excited with the photos and get disappointed when i get to the place and see that it doesn’t look like what’s promised. However, I’m this situation with this home, the photos do not do Justice with how beautiful this home was. We were in awe stepping into this home. It was clean and in perfect condition. Some of the reviews from earlier are truly people with unattainable expectations . Yes, the downstairs casita had a very tiny noticeable smell. However, when these small rooms are closed up and there is fog or precipitation outside, it will always cause that. We opened the windows and doors for literally 10 minutes and everything was fine. And complaining about the water level? It’s called high tide and low tide, my children and the whole family enjoyed the water during both of those moments. The fact that they have a big sand area downstairs was plenty for the children to enjoy. I have been to plenty of homes through VRBO and had my share of bad experiences and by all means, this was so much further from one of those that i can’t imagine what the other people who left bad reviews think of a good experience. Anyway, we’ll be back and i sent this home to many other friends and family and they are looking at booking this home as well in the future. Thank you for the experience.

We found outlets in the kitchen that were not operable and the range appeared to have a big stain on the front. We finally figured out that it was where the label plate had come off. Again, when you charge so much to clean it baffles the mind. The location is really great and we fully enjoyed spending time on the decks. The rooms were ok, and only the primary room faces the ocean. The bathrooms really need some work….the metal is oxidizing, the cabinets look worn, and in one case the shower handle just went in circles and the water barely came out. I read a prior review which suggested that this would be a four/five star property if they just spent some money on it. I can confirm that. Again, you cannot beat the location. Too bad the property fails to luve up to expectations.

You will enjoy the views. 3 large patio decks as well as your private beach. Open space to the right side allows for some beach privacy. Lots of street parking.

We were very pleased with this rental. It was very similar to the photos. It was clean and well stocked. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a great time at this beachfront location

Could easily be a four-star property with a few minor repairs especially for the price. Broken kitchen trash can, missing hand held shower head in the master, broken umbrellas, and rusted windows. Location next to public beach access means loud groups on Fridays and Saturdays. No sandy beach in front of the house but the private sand area was nice. Except that it's prone to flooding as evidenced by the stacks of sandbags. Still we had a great time and love that they allowed dogs!
