Tim & Sharon’s beautiful paradise was wonderful! It was so spacious for only two people, but even so, my boyfriend & I believed our son would’ve loved the second bedroom. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! The sectional couches in the living room were so comfortable. Everything was amazing! Definitely recommend this space for anyone!

I’ve been vacationing oceanfront for years, and this condo is the absolute best I have stayed in. The online pictures don’t do it justice. It is larger than appears online, spacious, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It really did feel like home. Our two sons (13 and 8) were very excited for the sand toys, skim boards & water toys found in the guest closet.
The pool area is very nice and looks like it has been remodeled/new stonework laid recently. We did some hiking, took the kids on the pirates voyage cruise (highly recommend, it was a blast!), enjoyed the shops & restaurants at St John’s Pass, and of course chilled at the beach each day!
The beaches here are stunning. This was our first visit to the Gulf Coast and we were blown away. We came with our children to celebrate a new baby due later this year. We had an amazing vacation and will be back to stay at Sharon’s condo next year!

We had a great vacation at Seaview 305 the week of 4-27 thru 5-4. The condo was very clean with plenty of room for four adults. The pictures of the living room look crowded with couches on 2 walls but because of the condo size there is plenty of room. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants walkable. The location to the beach was down the elevator through the garage and you were on the beach. You had to be on the beach to see the sunset but well worth it. Dealing with Connie the property manager was flawless. She was great from first rental discussions till the day we left. Last time we were in Maderia Beach we stayed just down the beach and the bedrooms on the street side were very noisy with cars going up and down. At this condo we did not notice the car noises. About the only minor flaw was the TV remotes and how to get the TV's on. 2 TV remotes for each TV and you only need the Spectrum one. there should be written instructions for this. We will be back next year for sure. Thank you Tim and Sharon and especially Connie.

Wonderful condo with direct beach access and pool. Great living room and two wonderful sleeping rooms, no reason to complain anything. Will be our favorite location for our next trips to Tampa Bay

We all had a nice and relaxing time. The place was nice and clean. Lots of beach stuff so that was a bonus not having to buy our own. The blue chairs on the beach was nice to get from the “Beach Boys”. You pay them for the chair but was great to have those for my in laws.
You couldn’t see the sun set real good on our deck but the view on the beach was spectacular. Regardless of seeing it set or not it was so relaxing sitting on the deck or taking my afternoon nap on the lounger.
Communication was quick with the manager and with the owners. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The views from the balcony were incredible. We would sit and watch the dolphins daily. Location is great for shopping,dining and you could walk to alot of the places.

The condo was very nice, roomy and in a great location! Several restaurants either across the street or a very short walk. The property owners were very responsive when we ran into an issue right after checking in. It was resolved quickly and handled very well. The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, cups and cookware. As other reviews suggested, bring salt, pepper, etc if you plan to do any cooking. If we make it back to the Tampa area again, we will definitely check to see if this unit is available.

We had a wonderful time spending a week in this beautiful condo. It was a little disappointing that they had no salt, pepper, Kleenex, actually no spices of any kind. The sectional was huge and very nice, but you could not lay down on it which was a bummer. We would stay here again in the future.

This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you ever would need. Thank you for a beautiful vacation!

This property exceeded our expectations 10 fold!!! Extremely clean & quiet. The unit is so tastefully decorated, the beds were very comfy & the living space could have held 12 people comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with any item you could possibly need and more. There was one issue related to other guests at the condo complex & the management was extremely responsivethe issue immediately resolved. Jeff in maintenance kept the pool area, building and grounds immaculate. It was a problem with other gusts at the condo complex & the property management resolved the concerns immediately. A perfect holiday with my sister, mum & aunt. We can't say enough great things about this property & highly recommend Tim & Sharon's unit. They were always available if we needed anything.

This condo was exactly as described only better. The condo was huge! Had everything we needed and more. Very clean, comfy beds, great view, easy check in. There were beach chairs to take to the beach and always room at the pool. Plenty of restaurants in the area, we particularly enjoyed The Reef right across the street. The beach is wide and no rocks. There was some Red Tide our first couple days which was annoying but is no fault of the condo! Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time here. The property was more spacious than we were expecting and the view of the ocean; excellant. Loved our time at the pool and our long walks on the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Hardly used our car!

The property and the condo personnel were wonderful. The place was well taken care of and I felt very safe there. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. It was so wonderful that the condo had beach chairs and towels and a cooler, which I wish I knew before packing my own. I would recommend and stay here again.

Fabulous!
It was so “family friendly” like it states. So many amenities that were so helpful: beach towels/beach equipment/laundry and dishwasher soaps/etc. It was easy to feel at home and it was extremely spacious!

Great Vacay
We had a great time at seaview and would definitely stay again. Very clean and very well stocked. Only drawback is, there are 3 different codes you have to have to enter different parts of the property. One for the lobby one for the condo and another for the pool area. It would be nice if the lobby and pool area were the same.

Great Condo in a great location
Overall we really liked this condo. My family would stay here again. It was very spacious and the couch was fantastic. The kitchen was large, updated and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is fabulous as promised. It was so nice to listen to the sound of waves. It has a couple of good restaurants right across the street too. The location was great for my family. My only concern was the units carpet in the hall and bedrooms needs to be replaced. I’m just not of a fan of carpet at the beach. Other than that, I highly recommend this condo.

Great Family vacation
The unit was just as described. The view from the balcony was awesome. We didn't do much site seeing as we just enjoyed all the options at the complex. The beach, the pool, the hot tub. We will definately be returning for another stay soon! Thanks!!

Excellent choice for our mini vacation with friends.
Would highly recommend this condo. Will be staying again for sure. Only complaint was hall light was on timer and had to try to unlock in dark several times. This should be on at all times or motion light. Overall stay was great!!

The condo was beautiful and very clean
The property was nice and clean. We didn't care for the location due to the very busy street it was located on and very few places for pedestrian crossings. The location of the ocean right behind us with a great patio made up for that though.

Better than we expected.
Sometimes the pictures show the property to be better than reality with disappointment upon arrival. This was not the case for this property. It was the best one that we have stayed with five years of using VRBO. It was very large and nice. The price was very cost effective.

Seaview 305 is amazing
Exactly as represented on HomeAway. Bigger than we had expected, very spacious. Dolphins in the gulf every morning... spectacular to watch from the balcony. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Spring Break
Enjoyed the condo very much, it is a clean well kept property. Great views of the sunset and right on the beach is very convenient. Would absolutely stay at this property again. Also had beach chairs and other items to use for the beach so we did not have to bring everything with us.

Loved It
We loved our stay - it was amazing to walk into our condo and it was exactly as described on the website. All staff was very friendly and accommodating to be to ask questions or help when necessary. - we cannot thank Sharon & Tim for allowing us to rent their condo. The expression from our grandson when we all walked in was priceless as all he kept saying was awesome. Family is already talking about wanting to go back and stay for a couple of weeks. Yes would totally go back. Thanks again keep up the good work

Spectacular is all I can say!!!
We have stayed here several times. The location is perfect to restaurants, shopping and other activities. This unit is well kept by the owners and the staff is outstanding. This unit is very roomy and directly faces the Gulf of Mexico. We loved our stay and will be back!!!

Amazing Property Unit 305
This condo was by far the best place we have ever stayed. It was beautifully updated and IMMACULATELY cleaned. I usually travel with my vacuum, knowing I'd have to give the place a quick once over when we get there with littles... not here! It was perfect and I was able to relax right when we got there. The owners had thought of everything... there was even a cooler for us to use and step stools, which came in very handy with a little one wanting to wash hands! The staff on site was very helpful and kind. We hope to make this our "new place" and cannot wait to go back again! Thank you so much for making our stay so very wonderful!
