It was a beautiful home and what we needed while we were there. I would recommend families with older kiddos to stay here. Our almost two year old loved all the decorations, frogs, books and dvd’s…so I was having to really watch her to make sure she didn’t touch anything! But over all it was an awesome and the owner is very kind. Plus the peacocks were fun to watch 😎

We enjoyed our stay at Pat's home, lots of room for everyone.Our grandchildren had a blast in the pool and said this was the best vacation ever! We have one question for Pat, where did you buy your bath towels, they are the softest and thickest spa like towels and would love to get some. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

Super enjoyable - playing cornhole in the screened in Florida Room while others were in the pool and others were grilling...was all so wonderful and created beautiful memories. So great that we could all be together while having various activities. Top notch home in a gorgeous neighborhood. Peacocks wandering down the street with their chicks added to the charm!

We enjoyed our stay at Pat's Cutler Bay home. The house has plenty of room and the screened in pool area doubles the size and makes it seem huge! 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, and main room open onto the pool. We loved it!

The house is really wonderful, beatiful, very clean and organized. We had a lovely time. The house is clearly beloved by the family with many interesting decorations. It's very comfortable with all good mattresses on the beds etc.

This property is exactly as advertised and more. Immaculate house, perfect outdoor space and great location. Staying there for a week was one of the most relaxing fun filled times I’ve had. Kids couldn’t get enough of the pool and outdoor area. Everything was just fantastic and I would recommend this property and owner to anyone that is looking for a place to stay in the Miami area.

What a wonderful home! This was truly a wonderful stay for me and my family…it felt like home away from home. I will definitely rent this property again the next I am in Miami with my family. Wonderful home…wonderful neighborhood.

This property has everything you could possibly need - Most well-stocked property we've ever rented. Layout was great and home was very large, and can accommodate lots of guests. Top 2 Pros: - The outside heated pool and screen-in patio area was perfect and allowed us to eat every meal outside. Kids loved the pool and pool toys were provided. - Kitchen was equip with start-of-the-art appliances. The kitchen had everything you could possible need and refrigerator was large. Top 2 things we wish were different: - The only "inconvenience" we had, was that one of the bedrooms (the one with the crib) was noticeably warmer than the other rooms, like 5 degrees warmer even with the AC on. The bed in this room was super comfortable though. - The neighborhood has peacocks roaming about, and in the spring, they made noises into the night and very early in the morning, before the sun came up. This did not bother us though. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this property to others and would stay here again.

When you rent a property you want the listing to be as it is advertised. This property is everything it is described as. Great safe neighborhood. Very clean property that is completely consistent with the listing. We chose this property because of the amount of positive reviews and it's proximity to being able to drive to Key Largo for Snorkeling and the Everglades. Also, we were able to drive into Miami in under an hour to explore or spend time on Miami beach. Having a beautiful large pool and private backyard were perfect for our family. Wonderful property that fully deserves the reputation it has earned on VRBO!

This house was amazing!! We had plenty of room for everyone & no complaints while we were there. Pictures were pretty accurate but being there was even better. Would definitely recommend this house & would rent it again if we were going that way in the future!! This is better than 5 stars & Pat is a very nice lady. Highly recommend!!!☀️🙂

This is a perfect house for anyone visiting the South Miami area. It is clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-stocked with all the amenities. We found it convenient to the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. Pat, the owner, was easy to work with and responsive to any concerns. Highly recommend it!

This property is very well maintained. We appreciate Pat’s attention minute details - it’s truly amazing. We felt at home. Our 7yr &15yr olds almost begged us to extend our stay, but alas. We will come back again next time.

Pat’s home was a great place for home base during our stay for our son’s wedding at Deering Estate! It has everything you would need. We ate most meals at home and relaxed by the pool. We also went to Miami Beach one day which was easy to get to. Ubers are readily available in the area. The house is very clean and has no odor what so ever, I am always happy that I don’t smell mildew or air fresheners! Thank you Pat!

Spent the thanksgiving holiday in Miami with family. Needed a large space to host dinner. The home was lovely and spacious. The patio was wonderful and provided for a great outdoor lunch! The owner was sweet and kind. She graciously allowed us to come in early to the property.

We had a amazing time, home was welcoming, clean and roomy. Pat was super responsive and wonderful to work with. This property had everything and more, we enjoyed the pool daily. We had a fantastic time at this house it was very accommodating and fit our needs of what we wanted. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here again. We enjoyed ourselves very much!!

Pool was awesome!

Pat was a wonderful owner to work with. We came down to help transition our granddaughter into the University. Our immediate family came down to visit also and we're all impressed with the layout and versatility of this home. In the driveway accommodated our pontoon boat Plus 4 vehicles at one time. The oversized swimming pool with huge domed enclosure is too large to be properly photographed. No matter what is going on or how many family or friends are present. There is always a place to find some quiet time. We loved it and will be back again in the future.

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful home! It was perfect for our family trip. We absolutely loved the pool and the surrounding deck area. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying it. We highly recommend this place and would rent again if we come back to the area.

This property is a must have. Any and Everything is at ur finger tip. It felt like home, Yes I would use one of her (Pat) property again. Now one of my suggestion would be more pool lighting and lights stay on longer. But other than that. We all loved it.

My family and I had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying ourselves. Beds were very comfortable, pool was clean.

We rented this house because it was my dad's 90tb birthday and wanted to spend his week with him and my mom. While he had some difficulty with the steps in the home, he found a way around them and it was all great! My kids enjoyed the pool every day! The beds were comfortable that we didn't miss our own beds at all during our stay! I would definitely recommend checking out Pat's house.
