The place is closing down so I wouldn’t recommend going to a hotel that’s closing down. A lot has changed. It was a very bad heavy smell. My bed was wet kinda wet I stopped on some glass in the carpet the toilet wasn’t clean was by the lamp. They don’t care because they’re gonna lose their job go somewhere else.

Hotel is in bad shape. Guest there were rough. Homeless were sneaking in for the free breakfast. Did not feel safe

We chose to evacuate from the storm. Was definitely a last minute trip. Was sold out the first night and the parking lot is not designed for them to sell out. AC seemed to lack in corridors and the room AC had some kind of issue where it left the room either warm or it felt humid. Other than that it was a good place to stay for the circumstance.

Front desk is very nice, helpful. Room was clean. Hotel was very packed because of the Hurricane. And staff was still able to keep up with everything and stay friendly and helpful. The only one thing, the light by the sink is not bright at all that you can see. This Hotel is very good when it comes to a full house. God Bless them.

We stay at this property at least every three months. We recently moved from Miami to Orlando. So we travel back and forth for doctor appointments and such until we settle in Orlando. This hotel is very convenient to the highway and neighboring stores. There aren’t many restaurants. It’s adjacent to a McDonald, it’s actually walking feet. And a few other fast foods restaurants. But their free hot breakfast is definitely worth it! From waffles, eggs and sausage to a variety of cereals, yogurts, bagels and muffins.

The bed squeaked bad. Couldn’t move with waking everyone up. Slept poorly.
There were also ants in the room from large ants to sugar ants.
Weather was great and the staff was nice but overall cleanliness was poor.
I typically never leave poor reviews. We also never stay in a 3.7 star hotel. We will be sure to stick to 5 stars

The hotel was comfortable but the hotel staff was extremely rude when my guest came to get and got a cup of coffee. She was beyond insulting and over the top. It was extremely uncalled for and ruined the end a good stay.

Came into town for a small event for work and this place was perfect. My pup loved the yard and I loved the staff! Clean and parking was super convenient.

Didn't appreciate the homeless living out of their vehicle in the parking lot across from the entrance. Felt watched and made me feel my vehicle wasn't safe in the hotels designated parking. Also returned Tuesday afternoon to a sheriff patrol car and ambulance on sight. Not exactly the atmosphere I expected.

There was no Internet there was no TV and when I did require the customer service the young man at the desk was very rude and disrespectful. He asked me oh you can get your refund back, but it was already too late.

There was a big dog that was jumping out trying to bite guest and it even try to bite me
, it was in the room across the hall from me. That was terrible 😣

Every time I come to this Location I’m greeted positively. All of my needs are met. Most importantly, it’s clean!! I’ll be heading down again in two weeks from Pensacola.

I booked through hotels.com, and I had to leave in a rush due to an extreme emergency. I requested a refund on the unused 5 nights and they refused saying “strict no refund policy”. Not a good business model.

My grandmother had fallen during check-in out in the parking lot. The staff was amazing and immediately ran out to check on her. They were so kind without us knowing they ran back inside and checked their cameras to see how she fell. They immediately ran back outside and informed us that she hit her head very hard. it was so kind of them to care and take the time to do that to make sure my grandmother was taken care of appropriately. We are very grateful.
