We had evacuated here during Hurrican Ian. Daphne communicated with us quickly and was kind enough to accept a late cancellation, early check-in, and late check-out if we needed it. The house was clean and had all the necessities and then some. Our family was so thankful to be safe and together in a comfortable place. Thank you!!!

The yard was so beautiful. We stood outside all night making smores. The home itself can use a little bit of uplifting. It's outdated but we loved our stay.

Just what was advertised
Was looking for a quiet weekend get away with my lady and this filled the spot perfectly. Was able to cook her dinner, enjoy the covered patio, and almost have a fire in the fire pit.

This was our second stay at this home. Beautiful home away from home. Everything you need is there. We especially loved the backyard landscaping. Hosts are wonderful and very welcoming.

The Backyard
The backyard is amazing. Me and my wife work from home and everyday decided to work from the backyard. It was tranquil. The air conditioning started to short cycle but the owner was able to have it fixed very promptly. The repairman was super friendly too. Great stay. Convenient location. A getaway.

Great stay
This was perfect allowing us to be here for the birth of our first grandchild. Daphne and Fritz were so accommodating and easy to work with. The house is clean and fire pit was amazing. Thank you Daphne and Fritz it was perfect.

PALM BAY RETREAT
This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Although one has to drive to various shops, restaurants, etc., this was not a problem for us. The hosts were fabulous and had stocked the kitchen with everything needed for a long term stay. (They even had a welcome gift for us). It was well furnished in the living room and kitchen. There is plenty of closet space for clothes and a washer/dryer in the garage. I would consider renting this property again.

Quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything in Palm Bay/Melbourne area. Comfy beds and furniture, yet had a real beach cottage feel. We enjoyed the back patio and Fire pit. Welcome basket was a nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The welcoming extras were so thoughtful and we felt very much at home! I don’t normally sleep well at all away from home but it was very comfortable and everything we needed was provided! We will definitely stay again when back in the area.

Family getaway
My family and I came to visit for a family function. We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very clean and neat, everything that we could have needed was there for us, and it was also close to the places that we need to go. We will most certainly stay here again and would recommend it to others as well.

great vacation home
Very clean and well equipped ! Our stay from February 23 to March 2nd 2019 was fabulous. My wife and I went fishing every morning at a few well known bass lake near by, came back and went to the beach in the afternoon. House is in a great location for all around fun. I would recommend this place, and would definitely go back.

Best for extended stay.
This was the perfect home for a month. Upon our arrival, we found it to be as clean as could be. It is convenient to everything from groceries and shopping to antiques and historical sites. The neighborhood is very quiet. The owner, Daphne, has a well defined sense of style which is on display everywhere. It is this style which makes for a charming experience during your home stay. The owners are among the best at communicating, no delayed responses ever.
In all, one of the best experiences in over 25 years of renting homes.

Beautiful home and conveniently located
The Enchanted Chatelet was so welcoming and it felt like home. The outdoor space was perfect to enjoy a fire in the evening.
Daphne and Fritz were extremely quick with answering questions before our arrival.
This location and home are highly recommended from me and my family. We plan to make several visits to the area again next year and would like to stay in the Enchanted Chatelet again. Thank you for opening up you home!

Great stay. Perfect for our needs.
We rented the home to be close to my son's wedding venue. It was the perfect place for my husband and I and Mom to stay. Close to everything. Clean and convenient. Hosts Daphne and Fritz were a breeze to work with.
