This condo was perfectly situated about a mile from town making it an easy walk to shops and restaurants. It was well appointed making it easy to cook meals with easy access to the BBQ area. The pool area was very nice and the other guests were very friendly. The owner was extremely helpful, giving easy directions to the unit and making check in effortless. We look forward to going back soon.

Common condo grounds were well located and very clean. during our visit, the spa was out of order, pool was not heated during winter. Our unit was quite dated, needed an update,and serious cleaning. one kitchen cabinet door was broken and missing. To the credit of our owner, he credited our payment for $200 due to a rain date. overall Kona was welcoming and beautiful, many beaches, restaurants, and sites.

The Condo has well equipped and comfortable. Had diner in most nights and great sun sets off the balcony.

Chris was an excellent and responsive host. The location of the unit and its view of the ocean are great. Everything worked well (except for one cabinet door that fell off), but most of the furnishings are, I would say, well used. There is a lot of noise from traffic, poor sound-proofing of the units, people talking, etc. The bedroom would really benefit from air conditioning. It was challenging to make it comfortable for sleeping using a combination of fan setting, window opening, and bed covers. But, all in all, it was a great place to stay and we very much enjoyed our visit.

Spacious condo with great view, close to town and had all the amenities and supplies needed for our stay. Beautiful sunsets right from the lanai. Chris is a great host, highly recommend his place!

The condo was a perfect addition to the amazing scenery. The view from this space must be the best of all the condos. Shortly after we arrived, we witnessed a beautiful sunset and things just got better! The hosts have thought of everything, so check it out BEFORE you go shopping! I can’t say enough about this place!

Absolutely gorgeous condo, well maintained, comfortable bed fully stocked kitchen with every condiment- made our stay extra special. Chris is a fantastic host- blessed to have stayed in his unit. Loved the grounds and pool!!!

Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. Pool area great. Unit in need of upgrade, bedroom can be very warm even at night, carpet in need of cleaning or replacement.

The condo was perfect! Great location. We were able to take day trips all around the island and come back to the condo to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. We had everything we needed. The owner was terrific and gave us suggestions for places to eat, and activities to partake in. They were all excellent. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

My husband and I had a great time visiting Hawaii last week. The condo had everything we needed for relaxing and taking it easy, cooking at home, and beach accessories for our adventures out and about on the island.

Fair price and a great location make this a no-brainer for your Big Island adventure! Walking distance to town and small beaches is really convenient! Nice and easy communication with owner and flexible check in/out (cleaning dependent) was a breeze! The condo is bright and clean and has nice personal touches including a TON of beach gear! Typical 1970's vintage condo unit with some minor upgrading over the years. Very clean and nice, though it's clearly time for a remodel job on the kitchen and bath. We've stayed at lots of VRBO's and this is one of the better ones that are not totally renovated or brand new. Well stocked with necessities (peanut butter; salt and pepper; paper towels; coffee; etc.) so no need to run to the store right away. Chris, the owner, is a great administrator and was very attentive to our needs and minor complaints (the shower door was off the track as were the linen closet doors). Any problem was solved with expediency. The best sales point, though, is the location and overall maintenance of Sea Village. It's right on the water, with beautiful sunsets (when it wasn't raining), easy walk to snorkeling (Chris has every kind of beach stuff you need; snorkeling gear; boogie boards; umbrellas; chairs; etc); and the property is meticulously maintained with a pristine pool; four newer barbeques that are cleaned every day; and really nice grounds. All in all, a completely enjoyable stay in Kona, helped by Chris, his unit, and Sea Village.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It is close to the main spots without being right in the middle of them. This is a very nice property with many amenities yet small enough to not be crowded. I would absolutely stay here if I return to the big island.

Many residents appreciated using the pretty and ample barbecuing facilities around dinner-time each night, however, we remained away because of Covid concerns. The location on Alii Drive was great in lots of ways.

Fantastic views with everything you could need! Chris makes sure that when you arrive everything is well stocked and ready for you to sit back and relax. Pictures and description are accurate. My husband and I spent a week at this well located condo. Communication with Chris, the owner, was outstanding. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well stocked with good quality cookware and dishes, there were plenty of beach items (including a small cooler, which was great), and beach towels. The common areas were very nicely maintained, and we appreciated the grills and picnic tables. The sunset view may have been one of the best parts of our vacation!
