Our place was very clean, beautiful views, stocked kitchen, great communication with the host. It was just a wonderful week for us with no issues at all! We will be back!

We love vacationing at Ocean Park every year. Its a great location and the property is very nice.

We have stayed in different condos at Ocean Park. Love this condo. The Master having 2 queen beds was helpful for the littles and the view. Absolutely wonderful. We could see the entire OP lake and the ocean. Leah was so easy to communicate with and she made our stay very comfortable We will be back!

We have stayed at the Ocean Park complex 5 times and this condo was our favorite. The condo was spotless! The beds were comfortable and we really appreciated the cleanliness of all of the bedding & blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed. The communication with Leah was always quick and helpful. The view from the unit is outstanding. More comfortable deck furniture would be nice but everything else was perfect. Also, the brand new beach cart & new Tommy Bahama beach chairs were really enjoyed by our family. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Property was nice. Condo is comfy. Beach is very nice here. Lots of shells and shark teeth. Walk to the beach isn’t that bad at all. The town of Fernandina Beach is very nice as well. Lots of good restaurants. Tons of shops, etc.. Lots to do around the island. Beautiful state parks very close by. We had a blast!

Good location for a beach getaway and a visit to Fernandina Beach. Good view from the fourth floor of the ocean, and the pool area is nice and relaxing. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The owner is responsive to any requests.

It's a large, beautiful condo in a great location with a fourth floor view of the water. Sunrises from the balcony were breathtaking. The balcony had a table and four chairs for outdoor living. The condo was well equipped with comfy beds and furniture. The location is close to the beach and short drive to town. Master closet is huge; master bath and shower are large. Washer and dryer are new and huge. Sunsets from the back walkway were incredible. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the view of the north end of the island! Kitchen was well equipped, as we cooked several nights we were there. The plug in the Twin bedroom (closest to the door) worked intermittently. Also, someone kept removing the garage door key pad cover. It was on the ground 3 or 4 times when we drover up. (Weird) Everything else was great! Thanks for a great week!

Great place for our large group. Never felt cramped. The deck has a good view. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with anything you could need. There was a welcome basket with snacks and a bottle of wine....great touch.

Very clean condo with just a two block walk to beach. Not located near lifeguard stand but it was fine for our family with older kids. Centrally located to great restaurants and shopping. My daughter runs XC/TF and she felt safe to get in a 6 mile run every morning using sidewalks in the area. It was great having a pool to use too!

Very nice condo. We enjoyed every minute. Saw some wildlife in the pond and in the open field of the park nearby. Weather was spectacular. Thank you for your nice condo. Very nice neighbors 😁

We loved our stay in Amelia Island! Leah is very helpful and responsive if you have any questions or concerns. The location of the property is wonderful as you can walk to the beach, restaurants, playgrounds, etc…. The condo itself is well equipped with everything you would need. We loved the pool and hot tub as well!

First time staying on Amelia Island. We loved the area. Very walkable to the beach and a few restaurants. The condo was very comfortable. Loved that there were two queen beds in the master. Very nicely updated. Four adults stayed and we had plenty of room.

We’ve stayed in this building twice before and this unit is my favorite! Great view, quiet, giant garage/storage - our SUV and six bikes fit with room to spare. Leah was very responsive from booking to our stay, though nothing was needed while we were there. Would rent again!

Nice and clean property but the owner failed to state that the unit has a Nest thermostat and we were not as comfortable during our stay. I reached out to the owner right away and she told us the unit was on a schedule and she could not change it. I understand not turning the thermostat down in the 60’s but no one should go to bed or wake up too warm which happened to us. We paid to be comfortable and we were not always comfortable. We have stayed at Ocean Park for many years and have never experienced a problem with controlling our own temperature in the unit we have stayed. Another issue that we have never had to consider was having ALL the towels washed and dried before check out at 9am, this seems a bit excessive. Other rentals required us to start the washer but not have all the towels washed and dried. This task should have been covered with our cleaning fee…instead we felt like we had to do the work of the cleaning crew. While we understand the needs for rules for a rental, this unit seemed excessive… it seems that past guests have ruined property and unfortunately new guests pay the price for that. Nevertheless the unit was clean, and most of if not all appliances were new.

We had a great week! Leah was great to deal with. The location was great and the place was so perfect for all 8 of us! Kitchen was stocked well too and having a garage to park in was a plus!!!

Condo was a large 3 bedroom with plenty of room to spread out. It was clean with a well stocked kitchen and very nice ocean view even a few blocks off the beach. The private garage was very convenient and had lots of beach accessories for us to use (chairs, beach toys, rolling cart, etc). The condo complex was well maintained and within walking distance to multiple restaurants, gas station, playground, skate park, boardwalk, public beach access, Fort Clinch and Eegans Creek (which is a good fishing spot). We only got in our cars to go to the grocery store and to the movies one afternoon when it was raining. It was perfect beach getaway for my teenage kids and I. Will stay again.

Enjoyed our stay to the utmost in this clean, spacious, well equipped condo! Owner, very nice! We have stayed at Ocean Park for past 5 years, love the quietness, and location of condos and the grands love the pool due to not being overcrowded! Thank you Leah for a perfect getaway!

Beautiful three bedroom two bath with a great open living and dining area which was great for a family get together balcony was wonderful to enjoy the ocean view location was great and close to the ocean park and restaurants

Very nice condo with a great view of the lagoon. Ocean is a quick walk. Told there was no wifi one day before check in, with no offer of compensation. Not a major issue, but an annoyance. Ice maker was broken. Again just an annoyance. Garage door opener didn’t work. Used keypad. Despite these annoyances, a very nice place-clean, nicely furnished, comfy beds, plenty of appliances, and kitchen essentials. Would definitely stay again and hope these issues get resolved.

Comfortable and roomy apartment with all the conveniences of home. Remodeled bathrooms were great! Leah was very responsive to our questions making this a terrific vacation condo. Would highly recommend!!

We just spent two great weeks at this location. It is a beautiful unit extremely well kept. The homeowners are great folks to work with. This is our 2nd year staying here and we plan to be back next year. I highly recommend this condo!

Our family just recently enjoyed a week at Fernandina Beach and were very fortunate to stay in this condo. It is very comfortable and has an extremely well stocked kitchen. It had all the comforts of home. The complex itself is very nice and very quiet and relaxing. Just a short walk to the beach and the pool area and grill area are very nice. We would definitely stay again.
