What a great stay! There was a party of 15 of us from all ages. We had littles, little littles, teenagers, and adults. This house was fit for all of us. The beach chair service was especially wonderful so I recommend that to everyone! It’s a private beach, and with the chairs sitting out we rarely had anyone in our space. It was peaceful and beautiful with occasional dolphins hopping out of the ocean in the background. The upstairs master bed was especially magical. We slept with the curtains open and could see the ocean all night. Also, one of my favorite things in the house is the jacuzzi tub in master bedroom. There was a removable shower head that I easily was able to bathe my two kids in the bath with little effort. The house was so comfortable that our son slept in a big boy bed for the first time ever all by himself! I’m fact, he slept in there with a full nights rest every night. Plenty of dishes for our 15 person group, as well as 2 washers and dryers. I was able to bring home clean clothes! There was only one minor issue and the host had maintenance fix in just a couple hours. He was very responsive and took great care of us. The location is phenomenal! It’s almost Unbeatable! We highly recommend! Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

We traveled with four family’s with 12 kids in all age ranges. There were two living rooms, two kitchens, and two laundry rooms which made things so much easier with a huge group.

A few minor issues but nothing that couldn’t be overcome. There were no latches on the basement French door and it wouldn’t stay closed unless you remembered to lock it. One of the toilets had to keep the lid off the tank to flush it properly. And one of the ceiling fans wouldn’t turn off with the wall switch. Again, all small things. The house had plenty of space and a nice layout for gathering. Great beach view from all three levels! It also had a washer and dryer on multiple levels…huge plus! Plenty of parking space, too!

Host was very helpful! We loved the house & all of the areas to spread out! The top balcony was my favorite. You can shower & look at the gulf!

We really enjoyed the location of the beach house and the views are amazing!!! The owner was absolutely great to deal with. Please note that there is no hot tub or margarita machine as pictured in the photos and videos. As we are an order bunch of folks the couch and loveseat in the 2nd floor living room was very hard to get out of as they are broken down. Downstairs there is no lights in the living area that would work and the air condition downstairs wasn't working at full potential.

Truly an incredible property. The views cannot be beat. The house was clean and prepared perfectly for our two week stay. Could not have asked for a better place. David was also incredibly helpful and prompt with any questions that we had. I would highly recommend staying here.

A great house with a great location! We especially loved all of the outdoor seating that allowed us to experience the beach when we weren't on the beach. I would recommend this house and look forward to another stay in the future.

We had a group of 15 adults and 5 children (7 and under) and the number of bedrooms was perfect as well as number of bathrooms. Loved the short stroll onto the beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear water. Really appreciated being able to arrange to have three beach chairs/umbrellas/tables set up daily. Downside was that the house was not ready to be occupied at 4:00 pm as stated in the contract. I contacted David and was told that there was a problem with the previous guests as well as their housekeeping staff. Honestly, I didn't care because this was not my problem. We did not enter until almost 4:30 and even then people were still cleaning. Also, we knew ahead of time that the ice in fridge on the main level was slow but that there was a separate ice machine downstairs that we could use. Unfortunately, this never worked. Someone came out to "fix" it the night we arrived but it never worked. With that many people in a house in FL in the summer, this was not ideal. Despite these disappointments we all had a wonderful week.

Every aspect of our week at David and Laurie's home was perfect - the location, the home, check in/check out. David went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed before and during our vacation. So much room, the views!!!! and the house is simply amazing. We can't wait to visit again, truly a special home with very thoughtful and kind owners. Cannot recommend enough - truly 5/5 stars!!!!

First rate accommodations with a stunning view! Loved every minute!

Beautiful property - view could not be improved upon! Very quiet and relaxing and away from the condo crowds. We got lucky and squeezed in between two hurricanes and enjoyed fabulous weather the entire trip. The bonus kitchen downstairs is a great amenity and we also loved being able to go straight thru the garage to the beach with coolers and beach toys with no stairs! Will definitely keep this house on our list for next year!

What a great trip, the rental was perfect for our large group. David and his wife Miss Laurie made our experience the best even when we were in the middle of a pandemic! I would highly recommend using this location and individuals for your next vacation.

We stayed in The Magnificat from 12/29/2019 to 01/04/2019. This place is beautiful. Views are amazing. It is big enough for a large family to stay. It is well equipped with all your needs. The sandy beaches are a few steps away. The owner worked with me on a couple of things before we got there. The owners are friendly and very easy to communicate and work with. You will not be disappointed! We will use this place again and again!

Overall a great location and place on the beach, close to the shopping centers, if that is your thing, and on a relatively quiet stretch of beach front.

Our stay at the Magnificat was Magic for our family. We had the most wonderful time, and the location, the house, the owner, the optional activities all added up to a Magical experience for our family. My wife and I have three grown children, and three grandchildren. David was a wonderful host, and he remained available to us promptly throughout our stay, which really helped us out. We would highly recommend the Sand Castle Building Lessons! Not only did our grandchildren love this activity, but everyone pitched in and showed their creativity. Our spot on the beach, with our 5 Star, 4 Turret Sandcastle, worthy of a Disney Movie, was a hit with passersby on the beach for the rest of our stay. Our 4 year old and 8 year old granted many interviews on the finer points of their creations! Another high point for us we saved for our last night, and that was a Bonfire On the Beach! This is provided by a third party vendor, but it is not as straight forward as one might think, since the County requires a permit to be issued for every Bonfire. When we booked the Bonfire, we were under the impression it would be in front of our house, but we learned that unless the owner has an annual permit, your Bonfire will be at a remote location- not what we had counted on. For the property to be eligible to host a Bonfire, the owner has to purchase an annual permit & have it on file with the County & the Fire Department. David had done that but the Vendor was still having problems getting the permit issued, as they were having trouble locating the annual permit on file. It's a long story about how we were eventually successful in obtaining a permit even though the County stopped answering their phones in the afternoon, but after some persistence, a permit was obtained. Many thanks to David for remaining engaged in the process. So we had a Bonfire that started at sunset, & it was really great fun! We first BBQ'd on the lower deck, which is quite well equipped for this. Then our whole family was out on the beach, making S'mores, telling tales, lighting sparklers, and basking in the glow of the fire and one another's company, and just having a grand ole time! Then we simply walked back up to the house- a 100 ft stroll though the Sugar Sand of Destin. This duplex is big, the rooms were nice, the common areas were great, and the kitchen was well equipped. Master BR upstairs is awesome. 5 Star stay- you'll spend some $ but the memories are Priceless!

I would highly recommend this beach house! David and his wife were so helpful and went above and beyond for me as i had never been to Destin before and was planning a beach wedding at the Magnificat. This house held all my family and friends that attended and was a gorgeous property for inside and outside pictures! We will be back for sure!

This week my family of 15 spend the week in your beautiful home. My group includes my three daughters and spouses, eight grands from ages 7-19, and myself. The house was gorgeous and it felt more like a home rather than a typical beach rental. There were plenty of bedrooms as well as bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. The main floor as well as the bottom floor offered large seating and gathering areas . The small kitchen downstairs with ice maker made lunches straight from the beach easy. The patio provided a perfect space for kids to eat. The closeness to the beach made the trips in and out so simple! My favorite feature was the large covered balcony on the main floor. I spent lots of time watching the waves and sharing conversations. We all had a wonderful time being under the same roof and sharing time together. It was so perfect we have already booked our next trip! Thank you for a delightful July beach trip! ❤️

Perfect house for our large group!! We had 22 college girls for Spring Break and this house was amazing!! Plenty of beds and bathrooms!! Not to mention that we literally could walk out of the back door onto our own PRIVATE BEACH! The beach decor was top notch and the kitchen was perfectly appointed with everything we needed to cook for such a large group!! David kept in contact with us daily and that was a huge plus!! We will definitely be back!!

The townhouse is amazing and perfect for families. It has lots of space for multiple families to share. The house was clean up to date and well maintained. Our family loved it! It is directly on the beach, The beach is beautiful with clear water and white soft sand. We enjoyed having Thanksgiving there with our family. The house provide the cooking essentials we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner for a huge family. Management responded quickly and was always there if needed. I highly recommend this location.

This property met and exceeded all our expectations! The home is lovely, spacious, well-equipped and in a very quiet and peaceful setting. Right on the beach, just steps away from the white sands and emerald water! Spectacular! Our family of 14 had more than enough room and we all absolutely loved it!!! Can't think of enough good things to say about it! You will not regret staying here. It has spoiled me for anyplace else! Thank you, David and Laurie, we will return again!

This is an amazing rental home convenient o everything. The beach is spectacular and right outside your door. The furnishings very comfortable. If you are looking for that special place...this is it!

House was amazing! We had a great time and loved being so close to the beach. Home owners were so responsive to any needs and really were very easy to work with! Definitely recommend the house to anyone who wants a beach front home!

This is a beautifully decorated, comfortable house on the beach. Location for walking to restaurants, but yet not having crowds was excellent. The location for driving to shopping was also prime. There are three levels of decks and we even saw dolphins one morning. The kids loved the TV's in each of the bunks of the bunk room. Owner was great to work with and very helpful if any questions.

The house was beautiful, spacious, and well decorated. It was equipped with all you need to just arrive and unwind. It was perfectly located for family fun and relaxation directly on the beach. The views of the sunrise and sunset were amazing!! The owners were great to assist when needed and very friendly.

This awesome house has it all! The beautiful beach and the ocean are right at your back deck. The bedrooms are very spacious, very comfortable and relaxing. The house was perfect for our large group of 16 ladies and has a well equipped kitchen for cooking. The extra den on the first level was great giving us plenty of room for entertaining and watching the Olympics! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We've found the perfect place and will be back for many years to come!!

This was a fabulous location for a small team meeting. Very close to the outlets, yet in a low-traffic neighborhood. The beach was perfect and uncrowded. Check in and check out was extremely easy and owners were very responsive. The house is clean, beautiful, and looks exactly like the photos. I will definitely return to this location again, as soon as I can find another excuse for a meeting!
