We had a nice time, but Appliances and locks need updates, so that’s why we give it 3 stars. Deadbolt for the front door doesn’t work. The maintenance staff came to check and said it was corroded so they couldn’t fix it. The slider doesn’t lock. The water on the fridge says replace filter. The maintenance staff said they needed to order a new one, so we never got a new one during our stay. The water on the fridge also leaks when you get water out. The dryer temperature button is broken so you have to dry everything on high heat if you use it.

However, it felt a bit tired. The furniture looked a bit dirty. Granted, it was light colored but when sitting on it you could see the dingy look on the upholstery. The beds in the room with two queens were terribly uncomfortable. The linens in the master were clean but stained and had holes in them. There were extra pillows to use but no pillow cases. The throw rugs in the master bed and bath appeared dirty. The master bedspread also appeared dingy and unwashed. The toilet in the master bath would sometimes not shut off but we didn't report it as it was hit or miss and my husband could make it stop by jiggling something in the tank. The floors didn't seem clean because when our grandchildren walked barefooted after bathing for an evening they would have dirty feet. There were lots of dust bunnies along the baseboards and I know this because I dropped my phone charger beside the nightstand and saw a lot of dirt and dust. The unit just felt like it needed a good deep cleaning and some sprucing up. The Seagate is a great place to stay but thia unit wasn't as nice as some of the other units we have stayed in. The property management company was pleasant to work with and we had no issues with reservations or accessing the unit. I will say that the building itself appeared to have a couple of things that needed attention. Since our stay last year the gates to the pool and the beach no longer have security on them. The elevator is PAINFULLY slow. When there are multiple families waiting to take luggage or groceries up to their unit you might have melted ice-cream by the time you get there. Overall, we like the Seagate but this unit meeds some attention.

The view is beyond amazing. They might need to invest in a new cleaning crew ( pieces of cookies on the floor, counter tops had food on them, cabinets had food dripped down them). Other than the above the room was great

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Our family had plenty of room, it had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week, and the beach views were the best! The rental company was excellent. We would definitely love to stay there again when we visit Indian Shores.

Hello the location and Condo were perfect! comfortable beds, and the Condo was very clean, however it was missing some amenities there was no lounge chairs or chairs for the beach and no umbrellas or shade tents to provided some shade on the beach and no umbrellas at the pool also, whit h we’re provided in the past at the pool. My husband had to go out and buy chairs and an umbrella for the beach and pool, that were a little pricey and we had to leave them.

Reviewer Comments: Our whole experience with Florida Lifestyle was accomplished via email and phone. Our stay was Sunday to Sunday so the office was not open. We were very pleased with the information available to us and the condo was wonderful. the rooms were large, there was plenty of storage, Everything was clean. We did have a 10 year old and a 16 year old so the fact that we had rain for several days during our stay was a slight problem as we Indian Shores is very quiet with little to offer other than the beach. We did take the trip to Clearwater to the aquarium which we highly recommend. Also, ate at Crabby Bills in Indian Rock...TWICE, great food!

Loved area. Condo needs some tlc. Cleanliness of kitchen 2 stars. I had to clean before I could use. Needs some paint and new rugs. It has great potential just needs more care and love, it is tired and worn. Patio furniture needs to be replaced.

I had to contact the office multiple times before receiving a call back more than a day later saying they would send someone to fix the issue. They said the maintance person 'showed up', however, we were not given a heads up so of course we weren't there when he came. He came again a day later when I had to sit inside on a sunny day to wait, because again, they couldn't give me a heads up on arrival time, he acknowledged the issues and said he'd be back the next day (at this point we're 3 days in), he never came back and I didn't hear from anyone. We had a rainy day inside with kids and no living room TV because of the issues. The condo is nice but really needs a deep clean. If you clean any spills off the floor your towel will be black, also using any plugs behind dressers and floors are solid dust. Would be in great condition if someone deep cleaned.

The condo was large enough for everyone, plenty of space to spread out & relax, big kitchen & loved the balcony facing beach.

Had zero issues. Condo was bigger than what I thought it was going to be which is great. Very clean. It was a nice stay.

This condo was exactly as advertised. Spacious with upgraded finishes and a large balcony to watch the evening sunsets. Steps away from on off the best putt putt golf courses around for the kids, the delicious Salt Rock Grill, Mahuffers bar, and Indian Rocks Beach coffee shop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we’re comfortable the whole time. Thanks!

We loved the rental, the location, the beach, the vacation. The rental unit was very nice, clean, had comfortable beds, nice amenities, nice furnishings, washer & dryer is a must, and we liked the corner unit on the second floor. The refrigerator/freezer stopped working two days in a row - it was repaired and then started smoking that night and we had to unplug it. It was an inconvenience as we had to make ice runs to move food to coolers. My only suggestion to the renters would be to have beach chairs and umbrellas/shade canopies for renters. We talked to other renters on the beach who had these included in their rentals. We would stay here again. This is a very nice rental.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to this area for 25 years! love the area and location however, the cleaning service did NOT do their job, The condo looked like it was never vacuumed there was sand all over the leather couches and rugs, after a few hours the bottoms of the kids feet were black. I had to personally clean the bathroom and the shower with the wipes that I had brought from home. Hair was all in the drains. And shelves in both shower filthy. With Covid still going on I was very disgusted! There was also a fruit fly problem all week , Finally on our last day I had opened up the dishwasher (we haven’t used it all week) I found all types of dirty dishes with food all over them from the previous people before and all and flies came out, upon arrival I also found garbage in the garbage can in the kitchen that was not emptied and spaghetti all over the place. We were very disappointed in how we found the condo considering the amount of money that we paid for Easter week! We probably won’t be using this condo again!

Only a few minor issues that were taken care of right away. I’d say the beds could be updated along with more supplies like garbage bags only one provided for a week stay, more laundry and dish soap also.
