Overall it was a nice place. Everything outside was plastic furniture which we did not like. But other then that it was ok

We loved the house and the location! Only 1 block from beach and easy access to beach. Would rent again.

The place was Nice, clean, well stocked with essentials. Location was nice (a half block from the beach). Owner communicated well and made sure we had no questions by calling even after we had arrived.

Our stay at this lovely home was a breath of fresh air! The walk to the beach was minimal, the pool was absolutely amazing. With such a big family it’s hard to know if something will actually be equipped with enough dishes and enough in the kitchen as it is and the kitchen was amazing! There was enough everything in there. Parking was super awesome, shopping is close by. Lisa the host is awesome with communication and any questions you have at all. We ordered our linens from Carolina Linen (which Lisa recommended) they were awesome as well and I would definitely suggest them if you’re going. This home is definitely great and I would suggest it to anyone!

Stayed here with our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The space was good, the pool was very nice and the location to the beach just perfect. Lisa was great to work with. Already planning to return next summer!

Beautiful house, the pictures don’t do it justice. Plenty of space for 10 people, could definitely have fit more. Literally less than a minute walk to the beach. Lisa, the owner, was very responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Home was very clean and better than the pictures in the listing. There is actually a side by side refrigerator with an ice maker. Very close to the beach. We rented a golf cart but honestly really wouldn't have needed it unless you have someone elderly or very young children. The pool was a very nice bonus and was almost too warm at times due to the extreme heat. Everything worked as it should and we didn't have any problems. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, 4 minute walk to the beach. I will never rent another property that doesn't have a pool in the back yard. Would like to see linens included, but it definitely is not a deal breaker. Grocery store conveniently located.

This was our family’s first time to Surfside beach, and this was the perfect home for our stay! There were four families, three which had children (2 month old, 1.5 year old, and 4 year old). Lisa was responsive and beyond helpful! I had a lot of questions about the house and area prior to our trip and she always answered my email or called me within 24 hours. When we arrived, the house was as spotless! I have stayed in a lot of rentals and seriously never stayed in one this clean. The washer/dryer seemed brand new, the furniture was comfortable, and we all had an amazing time! The location to the beach was great and the upstairs balcony had a view of the ocean! The pool was spotless and my son learned to swim while we were there!! This was my first trip with all my family in 16 years and I’m so glad we chose this home! ❤️

This home was perfect for my family who travelled around the country to stay for a few days for my Son's graduation from Coastal Carolina University. Spacious, wonderful pool, ample kitchen supplies, 2 minute walk to the beach. Best of all, Lisa the owner was a gracious and accommodating host! Totally recommend this home and owner. The house was beautiful. Lots of space for everyone. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces and the pool was amazing! So close to the beach (less than 2 blocks). Lisa was so accommodating. Home away from home!
