We really enjoyed our stay here. We did have an issue with the cleaning crew not doing a good job with cleaning the floors but Jacob was extremely responsive and handled the issue excellently. Aside from this one incident, our overall stay was great and we loved the place along with all the amenities that came with staying here. We utilized both the kids splash pad and lazy river as well as the pool. Loved both! The kids section was pretty cold though for our little one. But I overheard someone saying the heater was broken (this could be incorrect). The main pool was heated though. We also used the gym at the club house which was really nice and had a nice variety of weights and machines to use.
The condo itself had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Kitchen was stocked with basic essentials. Laundry in the unit. Comfortable beds.
Overall, very nice place to stay at while visiting lake of the ozarks.

The condo was excellent. Very clean, had everything we needed, and we loved the screened in porch. We spent most of our time out there. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back.

This is our 2nd stay. My husband has some mobility issues so the entry bring at parking lot level with no steps is helpful. For the littles, the lazy river and splash pad is just a short walk so makes for easy walking from the condo. Plenty of room for spreading out inside the condo- love the screened in porch area.

This was the perfect condo for our family! Easy to get in and out, clean and everything we needed for a nice stay. Beds were very comfy, kitchen well equipped, and nice patio furniture with amazing view of the lake. We had a boat for 2 days and the boat slip was easy to get in and out and best was at no additional charge!

This condo was excellent. Fantastic location. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out, child friendly with glass and screens. The boys loved watching all the boats and ducks. With really small children, the floors worked out well throughout the condo. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking meals. Only 2 suggestions. First, would find a different location for some of the cleaning products rather than under the sink. Second, replace the inner mechanisms of the grill. The grate was very clean however the flame did not burn well at all because of the insides. Would highly suggest this place to families and would for sure return if we have the opportunity.

We had a great time during our stay in this condo. The screened in porch with a view of the lake was a huge bonus. We loved being able to hang out and eat on the patio without being swarmed by bugs. Will definitely be visiting again!

I don’t know how I could find anything better. My standards are now set very high. Everything is absolutely hygienic about this place which was my number #1 goal. The two walk out patios are connected with incredible views from the master bedroom and the rest of the condo. I really doubt I could get myself to go anywhere else when coming back to the Ozarks. The host was a great communicator and they really did think of everything when designing this place.

The condo was extremely clean, stocked with towels and all the light switches were labeled (this one may sound weird, but it is helpful when you stay in a place you are not familiar with). The communication with the host was easy, friendly and they responded promptly.

This condo was very clean, the property manager was extremely easy to communicate with, the views were lovely and it was exactly as described. We would certainly return there again. I do wish there had been a simple map of the resort area identifying pools, clubhouse, elevators etc. It wasn’t necessary but it would have been helpful. Loved the place! Would highly recommend.

We were looking for a relaxing weekend with a view and this was perfect. The view was amazing and the condo was beautiful! It's close to a lot, easy to find and the grounds were well kept. We've already discussed planning another trip.

This is our family's second stay and it was just as amazing as the first time. Very clean, well organized, well stocked. The view is amazing and the property is perfect for small children. We spent a lot of time at the pool and splash pad. Stores and restaurants are super close, too. Overall, amazing host and property!

My husband & I have decided recently that if we visit Lake Ozark this is the ONLY place we will stay! We have been very disappointed with any other condo we have tried out. It’s either way to noisy, not very clean, or pics are misleading etc. If you have narrowed it down to a few choices, consider no further because this is one you will always want to come back to for years to come!!!!

Excellent condo, very clean and well kept condo. Amazing views of the lake. Everything we needed. Efficient location close to a lot of activities and restaurants. Owners were great to give some recommendations. Pool was kind of hard to find, could have used a map or better directions to it, but didnt stop us from locating and enjoying it. Would definitely recommend.

The location was great, right in the center of Osage Beach. The condo was just a short hike up a hill to the kiddie pool that we used A LOT! The adult pool is a little bit more of a hike but makes for good exercise. The only con I will say is that the primary bed was very uncomfortable but other than that we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay

We had a great time. Rented a boat explored the lake, relaxed on the patio. Beautiful views and very comfortable accommodations. On site security was nice for peace of mind. Would definitely do it again.

This condo pulls out ALL the stops!! I don’t typically write reviews unless I get an amazing lasting impression! We are Lake of the Ozarks regulars & have stayed a lot of different places in the past for many years. This is and has always been our number 1 go to ALWAYS for too many reasons to list! From cleanliness to an extremely amazing owner who is helpful regardless of what you need or what time of day & not to forget the incredible view of the main channel. Book it today because YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

This property is very clean and has a beautiful view of the main channel of the lake. We spent most of our time on the big balcony watching the boats. The BBQ Grill was clean and very easy to light. We just loved everything about this place and will return again!
