Our two families (with 5 kids) stayed here for an amazing 4 days! It is right next to Mesa Verde, so you spend your time on the porch looking out at the unimpeded park! The entrance gate is literally 1 mile away, so it's easy to come home for lunch! The central location is great for exploring the park as well as Canyon of the Ancients. The house is incredibly well-stocked with everything you need, neater than a pin, and fit our 2 families with 9 kids quite comfortably. Kids loved their own space in the basement for playing games, parents loved the front porch looking out at the mountain ranges! Very comfortable beds, large kitchen and dining room table that fit us all comfortably, and a big common room for lounging on the couches. Highly Recommend!

Everything was pitch perfect! Hands down the best vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. Cannot recommend it more highly if what you are after is peace, seclusion, and space to rethink and recharge.

Upon arrival we were amazed at the stunning views on the property. The cabin was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. However we were unable to use the downstairs tv because we couldn't get it to work, maybe provide instructions for guests. Unfortunately we were not aware that bath soap would not be provided so we had to go back into town to purchase some. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cabin to other interested parties.

This is an incredible place. You couldn’t find better views from the front or back porches. And the interior is so wonderfully decorated and the hosts have thought of everything. We all thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to Mesa Verde as well. We will definitely treasure memories of this lovely place for years to come. It was such a treat to enjoy the stars at night from the hot tub and to watch the wildlife all around the cabin. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Great place to vacation!

A ten-minute drive from Mesa Verde yet 100% private with utterly spectacular views, including Mesa Verde. We sat in the hot tub at night and looked at the Milky Way and no other houses in sight. So restorative for our souls. The house is very well-equipped and comfortable and everything is high-end. The host was very quick to respond to our few questions. We really hated to leave this beautiful home!

This property is absolutely stunning. We came for a pre-Christmas retreat and we’re able to really relax and enjoy ourselves. The property is located on the edge of the Mesa Verde National Park which gave us quick access to the pueblos. It is also about 30 minutes from Durango for all the fun and shopping we could handle. Overall I give this cabin a 10 out of 5 for cleanliness and availability to view nature and mountain ranges. We also hiked the entire property and were blown away by the memories and views we saw. I will most likely return to stay in this cabin again.

We had the absolute best Thanksgiving weekend ever in this well appointed, three level cabin. It was constructed the old fashioned way with real logs and impeccable chinking. The steam bath and hot tub were very relaxing after a hike across the property and adjacent public land. We really enjoyed our trip to the nearby Mesa Verde ruins. We definitely plan to make another stay here in the future.

This cabin was so awesome. Great views, super comfy and the kitchen is well supplied with about everything you could need. Oh and bathrooms galore if needed.

This by far the best property I have stayed at. The owner was great about communication and the house was immaculate!

This home is absolutely perfect. You have 360 degree views of gorgeous mountains and landscapes, and it is so peaceful and calm that you never want to leave. The home is wonderful with everything you need to cook meals and feel at home. It is spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The hot tub on the patio is fabulous and the views from the hot tub are spectacular. The mountain breezes through the windows were invigorating, as was the steam steam shower on the middle floor. Though you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, Cortez, Mancos, and Durango are nearby for all of your shopping and entertainment needs. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Cabin was clean and somewhat remote which we liked. It was a little warm during the day but typically cooled off nicely in the evening. Close enough to enjoy everything the area had to offer. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property.

This is a great cabin. The google map navigation may not direct you to the right location. Be sure to follow the directions from the email from the manager. Need drive around 2.5 mile unpaved road to get there. My family and friends enjoy the July 4th weekend here. The location is great for visiting Mesa Verde National Park, especially you have ranger guide program scheduled early in the morning and such that you can meet the program on time. The night sky is magnificent and you can enjoy the hot tub at the same time. Kids also enjoy the family/friends time, fire pit, smore etc.

Our family had a great time in this spacious, clean and comfortable cabin, remotely situated with gorgeous views of Mesa verde and the surrounding areas!

This was the perfect rental for me, my 14-year old and our two dogs. The house was immaculate and well equipped with incredible views. All beds and furniture were extremely comfortable and the property was quiet, private and peaceful, which can be difficult to find with a vacation rental. Our dogs were able to run around the property and we were able to take day trips to Telluride and Durango with ease. The host, Emma, was kind, responsive and very easy to deal with. We hope to be back to enjoy the change of seasons soon.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the amenities: fire pit, hot tub, BBQ grill, steam shower, chess set and enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the cows go by. Layout was spacious for the 7 of us and it was a bonus to have 4 bathrooms. Hot tub was nice with an enjoyable view. View from the 2nd floor loft was awesome. Loved the custom tile in the bathroom with the steam shower. We arrived at night and it would be helpful to have the address more visible on the gate since Waze and Google Maps took us to the wrong house (only Apple maps was accurate). Awesome property! We would recommend it and would stay there again.

One of the best Cabins we’ve ever stayed. Amazing stargazing, spotless house with superbe steam room and hot tub. We will come back. I didn’t want to leave. LOVED EVERYTHING !!!!

This is a wonderful home in a spectacular location. Everything in the house is beautiful, clean, and user-friendly. Kitchen is well-equipped, all bedrooms super nice, there were plenty of bathrooms for all of us, front and back porch/patio/hot tub areas all lovely. The idyllic mountain farmland setting is so relaxing, and the town of Mancos (literally a 5 minute drive) was the perfect laid-back vibe for us. We had great dinners at both Mancos Brewing Company and Chavolo's!! The house is very close to Mesa Verde National Park (only 15 minutes to gate), making all of our outings calm and easy. We had to tear ourselves away to go back home - it was absolutely fantastic!!

House is very nice inside with great furnishings and luxurious. We had two families with 3 kids total and it was perfect.

Incredible place to stay at the base of the mesa with spectacular views of the snow capped mountains in the distance. The house was warm and comfortable and very clean. All the furnishings were very nice and the kitchen was a dream to cook in. The hot tub during a spring snow storm was a highlight. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and relax while the common areas were great for coming together.

Spacious rustic cabin in beautiful peaceful location overlooking farmland and the Mesa Verde mountains with access to the National Park about 10 mins away. Most of the hikes and all of the ruins closed at present but could see the ruins well from viewpoints. Very well equipped kitchen. Windowless second master bedroom downstairs was better than expected and has very comfortable king bed. The other room downstairs with the bunk beds made a great spot to roll out a couple of yoga mats. Had a problem with the temperature control of jacuzzi while we were there (hence 4 instead of 5 stars) but property manager and owner were quick to respond and helpful. 40 min drive to Sand Canyon hike in Canyons of the Ancients - highly recommended!

Wife and I retired traveling with pet could not have found a more peaceful, seclude cabin with snow and unbelievable views of Mesa Verde mountains. Small town just a few miles away for supplies and a great Mexican restaurant. Highly recommend this cabin.
