Lovely lakeside property with a wonderful spacious den and dining area. Host provided lots of thoughtful touches and good communication. A very quiet area close to hiking trails. Highly recommend!!

The house is charming, homey, and spacious. We loved the private dock and little beach. Bruce and Denise are attentive and responsive. All three of our kids, my husband, our dog, and I had a wonderful vacation. It was wonderful. Highly recommend!

House was warm and welcoming and lake views can't be beat. Also large dining table as well as outside eating area for all to gather. We really enjoyed our stay!

Bruce’s home was the perfect place to spend a weekend with friends. The house was clean, inviting and exactly as the photos in the listing. Sheets and towels were provided and were clearly freshly laundered. I saw in some reviews that renters were turned off by the level of rules. To be honest, I really appreciated Bruce’s communication and clarity. I’ve also never stayed in a Vrbo home that greets guests with wine, s’mores supplies and a nice note! My only complaint is the weather, because we were not able to take advantage of the outdoor amenities (which also looked just as pictured). On behalf of my girlfriends and myself, thank you Bruce for a lovely weekend.

Just what we needed. A quiet getaway with family and the pups with great views and lots of activities available. Kayaking, hot tub, board games, just hanging on the dock by the water with coffee…it was very relaxing! Thanks to the homeowners for sharing.

Fantastic stay and Bruce was very an excellent host.

We were very impressed with the owner's ample and quick communication. We received all the information we needed to make check-in easy and the check-out instructions were clear and simple as well. Our family of five had more than enough space to spread out and we appreciated some of the small details include: *lots of coffee making options, including fresh coffee beans + grinder *we were greeted with a gift basket that included a bottle of wine and smores supplies *the appliances were newer and VERY clean *the popcorn maker was a nice perk *the fireplace was cozy and easy to use *it was very quiet (even on New Year's Eve) and private Our favorite feature was being able to watch the sunrise over Lake Naomi from the hot tub. (Just bring some flip flops or crocs for the short walk from the house) Previous renters had mentioned that they found the hot tub rules overbearing. I would disagree. In fact, we appreciated the fact that there is a camera on the hot tub and that the instructions and rules were clearly posted. The only downside is that it did take a long time (~90 minutes) to get the hot tub from 80 to 100 degrees. In fairness, this was mentioned, so we should have turned it on much sooner than we did. Just a heads up for future renters to turn the hot tub on as soon as you get there. The only other thing I would point out is that the bedding (which was wonderfully clean and crisp!) is not on the beds when you arrive. That was a first for us in a rental. It worked out fine because our children are older and can make their own beds, but it would be worth knowing in advance if you're traveling with a lot of younger kids and/or are planning to arrive later in the evening. This is more of a info share than a critique because it may be that more involved housekeeping/cleaning options are just not available in the community. Overall we had a nice time and we would recommend this for someone looking for a quiet, secluded getaway.

Our family was looking for a relaxing couple of days away. The property provided just that especially with the view of lake. The house was very accommodating and comfortable. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen is fully stocked. It’s a great place to gather, play games, read or whatever your family enjoys. The hot tub is an added bonus. The house is also close to many attractions. Closing, I’d like to add that dealing with Bruce is wonderful.

Beautiful property! There is a great view of the lake from the house. The upstairs is spacious and provides two areas for gathering and watching tv. The rooms each have control of heating/air which makes sleeping very comfortable. The owner is very accommodating and provides a warm welcome and great experience.

This home and its location was wonderful. The owner Bruce was prompt and so easy to communicate with. The house has plenty of room and is close to stores and activities. The house was well equipped with everything you need which makes it easier to be away from home. Bruce really provides detailed information for your stay. So wonderful! Everything was wonderful tge house is beautiful and perfect for a summer vacation we would walk down to dock in early morning and have coffee then take kayaks out on lake naiomi then spend rest of day in lake by late afternoon it was hot tub time and ping pong tge perfect respite

Our family had so much fun on the lake during the day and roasting marshmallows at night over the fire. Bruce was a perfect host, and we all agreed we have to go back next Summer.

We had an amazing stay at Pocono Pines - the house was very well maintained, with lots of comfy spaces for gathering. We really enjoyed the beautiful views, the hot tub on cool nights and mornings, and kayaking on the lake. The dock was perfect for our dog to leap from to fetch a tennis ball, which he did for hours! We appreciated having clear instructions on how to use the appliances - note that it's important in the summer to empty the dehumidifier on the lower level to keep those bedrooms from getting musty. We're already talking about returning in the cooler months!

This house had exactly what we needed. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in. Cookware was great! View was awesome. Bruce was great to work with. Always texted back quickly with our questions. Would definitely stay again!

Overall we had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful home. There are 4 bedroom with queen size beds that are very comfortable. And then additionally a bunk bed room. The listing is a little confusing with explaining this. We LOVED the boats and enjoyed using them on Lake Naomi. We also enjoyed the hot tub and all the space we had inside and outside on the property for 8 adults and 2 teens. However when we booked there was an 11 page lease agreement which I should have taken as a warning sign. There was a camera on the hot tub along with several rules signs. One near the hot tub, two inside the house, a book with them listed. Additionally we were emailed and texted multiple times reminding us of the rules including putting the hot tub cover on and off correctly. I thought we were doing it right and our group really tries to respect any rules or wishes of the homeowners. However it seemed like we were constantly being reminded of them. Just be aware they are monitoring what you are doing which maybe for their protection but for the guests can be off putting. Before we checked out we were also reminded of the rules of what to do for checkout even after we read them in the book and on the sign inside the house. I get that homeowners probably get burned by guests who do not follow the rules but that is not everyone.

Overall a great week. The hosts were very helpful and responsive when we had questions. The house was as advertised and was easily big enough to allow teens/tweens/adults space to hang out without feeling like we were on top of each other. Nicely stocked with kitchen/cooking equipment and stores were close by. Would happily go back.

We had our first Thanksgiving away from home and we chose the most perfect place! So warm and inviting. Loved the fireplace and the beautiful lake views. Fully equipped kitchen was perfect too! Can say enough about our stay except we will be back for sure!
