Super easy process nice place plenty of room very comfortable

House was a perfect little getaway for our family, we really enjoyed the house with all the amenities, we highly recommend it

We were looking for a home that could accommodate two families with kids under 14. This property has plenty of space. The casita is a big bonus. Loved the garden out back and the balconies where you can take in the amazing ocean views. Well placed in a nicely maintained private community. The house has good amenities. Recommend they add a drying line out back for bathing suits and towels plus hooks or towel rail in the casita. We had a minor maintenance problem and the property manager was responsive. The issue was fixed promptly. Overall this property is great and the area is fun to explore.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a unique layout but it worked for our 2 families. Short walk to the beach and great ocean view. The house was well stocked and the people we rented from we easy to communicate with.

Loved this property. Joy was very responsive and helpful. The house was adorable and well-maintained. The property felt very safe and manicured. We loved using the hot tub, and the beach was right there. We would book this house again on another trip to Rosarito!

Great location next to the jacuzzi/pool! Super cool property!

Loved the early check in at noon! The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The only bummer is that the property does not allow children in the jacuzzi and the pool is a little chilly, but the private beach makes up for it.

It was a great trip! Las Gaviotas is a great property. Joy had great communication.

House is clean. The layout is interesting but works. Interior has an old Mex vibe. They could use a few more lights for the evenings. Would love it if the beds were a little bigger . My group has a few of us that are 6'4"

Came to Las Gaviotas to celebrate a friend’s 50th bday. The accommodations were perfect and the location was perfect! We will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay in Gaviotas and already wanting to plan a trip back! Joy promptly answered all of our questions and made our trip logistics easy and flawless. The house is super close to the water and has plenty of space for 4 couples. The house was clean and well equipped—we appreciated the space heaters and extra blankets. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved the separate areas for each of the families. The patio was great with an outside shower and a place to bbq. The host was available for texting right away to answer all questions. We loved this place hope they have us again.

The kitchen was fully equipped and rooms stocked with bedding and towels. Would be helpful to bring more beach towels with you for your stay. Also has plenty of entertainment in and around the property with the pool, small beach, shuffle board and surfing. We stayed for a long Labor Day weekend and the community was fully occupied. As such, the power went out to the entire community on a Sunday morning and Joy was available as soon as we texted her regarding the outage. She made it very easy and stress free for the inconvenience. Power was back on in less than an hour thanks to the security and staff at Las Gaviotas. All in all, a wonderful weekend that we all can't wait to repeat.

We stayed recently for four days and the house was a perfect fit for our family and friends. We will definitely be booking this place for our Mexico trip next year.
