The location and staff were great, the view is amazing

Well I booked and paid through booking.com only to notice that after I checked in the hotel was trying to charge me again, also as expensive as it is to stay here why are the pillows so terrible, not everyone wants a soft flat pillow, and what’s with the one ply toilet paper, at almost $400 a night you would expect 2ply. Plus not even one complimentary water, I have stayed in hotels for under $100 a night and been given 2 waters each night, I get they want you to shop and eat in the many on site locations but come on you can afford to put a couple waters in the room. I guess hospitality means something different these days

The guest service of staff from when we first arrived with their offer to unload our truck, nice! and at checkout our billing was explained, the $15 discount each day. Thank you for this appreciated discount. Room accommodations and comfort of bed (though could have used 2 more pillows). Tequila Bar & Grill excellent, and, of course, your pool. Kitchen Marina had excellent breakfast and the Exchange Pantry nice quick coffee and pastry.

I can only imagine it's not easy to have enough chairs to accommodate the number of guests at poolside and Tequila Grille but we sure could have used a seat to sit down in between getting in the pool and a seat with an umbrella to eat. Those chairs with a towel on were not attended for a ling time.

Location is excellent. Situated between the convention center and the Grand Hyatt is great for conference attendance

Très longue attente à l’arrivée. Pas d’accès facile avec les bagages au niveau du parking. 1er jour malgré 3 appels la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée. Des taxes et surtaxes dont on ne comprend pas tellement la signification sur la facture avec un rapport très mauvais qualité/prix. Couloirs très bruyants le matin. Mal insonorisé

Die Lage des Hotel ist super, man kann sehr gut zu Fuß viel erreichen. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und hatte alles drin, was man bei einem Aufenthalt brauchen kann. Das Personal war auch sehr nett. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Mein einziger Kritik ist, dass es beim Frühstück keine Käse gab.

Rude receptionist on arrival insisted they didn’t have our booking and made no effort to help. We had to ring Booking.com ourselves who rang the hotel and sorted out for us. We requested a room with bath but no mention was made at check in and we were too tired to go back down to reception. We had paid for a room with breakfast included but reception added the we cost to our final bill. There was no apology and we had to wait ages for them to correct the bill

Love the view as it faced the Ocean. The location of the room was excellent gave me a beautiful view of the surroundings. Next time I must get the room with a balcony as I love to enjoy the sun as it set over the ocean.

I loved the pool area. Very clean and inviting.

The food in the restaurant was not good. I ordered chicken wings and they were not good at all.

Staffs are irresponsible, ordered ketchup waited for 3 hours did not delivered, no compensation whatsoever. Walls are so that I could hear the neighbors’ kids screaming and running.

- Ubicación - Instalaciones - baño bonito y muy iluminado - Staff de seguridad y mantenimiento muy amable, mi habitación se le acabó la pila a la chapa y la chica de seguridad que fue a checar porqué no podía entrar a mi cuarto, súper amable y después de verificar que yo era el titular del cuarto, en dos minutos ya estaba el personal de mantenimiento cambiando la pila de la chapa disculpándose ampliamente por la molestia causada

- El personal del lobby no habla español o no quiere hablarlo, eso es incómodo para los que no sabemos mucho inglés y tenemos dudas específicas.

The hotel restaurant was amazing. Great food and drinks.

The beds were not that good. Of course it’s not the bed from home but my back did not like the spring mattresses. It was good for a night though.
