The property itself was beautiful and so were the gardens, it had a lot of potential.

Everything was dirty and falling apart, the customer service was very poor and nothing was refreshed or made up. We also had no water . The breakfast was not good and there looked to be construction work and rubbish going on around the place which took away from the beauty of the place.

Everything was falling apart, all the taps in the bathroom and the kitchen were falling off, the doors were hard to close and lock, all the tiles in the pool were falling off the side and into the pool and the place could have done with a good clean, there was grit all over everything and the pools needed a good clean also. Also I understand we are in a country where their first language is not English, but I think if you are working in hospitality where a lot of your customers are English speaking you need to know a small amount, I found the staff here had no understanding of anything that I was trying to communicate to them. They did not refresh our rooms with towels, toilet paper and there was no water!! When I asked a staff member for water he tried to charge me 50,000 rupees! I put the refresh sign on my door in the morning when we went out and when I got back in the afternoon it was turned over and said do not disturb, we thought someone was in there cleaning and went to see my husband in the other villa we booked. When we came back 2 hours later it was still like that so we went in, and nothing had been refreshed at all. I had to go to the front and ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. Also the aircon in our room hardly worked even on the lowest setting, I was sweating all night, we had to go and sit in my husband’s room because his aircon worked. The breakfast that came with our rooms was very poor, and I’m pretty sure gave me an upset belly. This was such a disappointing stay, we had just come from Ubud where we stayed in a villa for 8 nights where they made our beds and refreshed everything every morning when we went out, and in the evening when we went for dinner they would come in and turn the lights on, light mosquito coils and put our netting up, they were so professional.

The ambeient was great. Room was wide and huge. Water heater works well during rainy days.

Maybe can be improved on lighting in the room as it was a little dark with small bulbs. Also bathroom with racks will be much convenient too. 😅

The staff is 24/7 and very helpful on the issue you encountered. Provide a bottle of pesticide and mosquito repellent lotion to help me get through the night.

Room is full of mosquitoes, the bathroom isn’t really clean. Room is gloomy. I won’t book it again even it’s free.

The villa was in a good position.

The hotel need a sign that show where is, because when we arrive we couldn’t understand if it was an hotel or just a normal house. We didn’t like that immediately after the check in procedure with us still sit at the front desk to wait for the keys of our room the receptionist was chatting on her phone. The villa need renovation a lot of things are ruined like the sliding doors that are continuously getting stuck and have difficulty to close correctly. The cleaning is the worst thing immediately when we arrive we notice it, it looked like they didn’t clean between two guests or they didn’t clean since the last one.

Good facilities and clean property for the price. Located a little away from the main center but reachable by bike or walk.

We weren’t provided towels and we didn’t bother because we carried our own but while leaving one of the female staffs said they gave towels. We asked them to check our bags if they wanted and only then they let us go.

Write this with sincererity and honesty. This property maintain uniqueness and features as like traditional Bali Villages. In event, i feel better than other usual hotel out there..Everything is wooden except the walls of the room. Beautiful and artistic. For those need new experience with low price, this is your choice. Staff : Very good and helpfull..they will help to pick up your bag and assist you..They always there when your need it. They can speak English and Malay. Food : little choice, but its okay for me because i need to explore Bali and try food out there. Most exciting, its Halal food. Room : Have 8 rooms only. Low density. Spacious, silent and clean. Complete with all necessaries. Toilet need to upgrade for more comfortable. No big issue. Experience : No dog around, nice decoration, nice landscape, you feel as local Balineese from your room. Very like it. Not far from Kuta beach, walking distance, far from noisy. Rate it 5 of 5. My wife also like it. Welcome to Bali.

Friendly helpful staff, simple clean rooms. A great location as away from the business of Kuta but a close walk to party central if that's what you want. Our friends rented the Villa with plunge pool, totally gorgeous!

I don’t want to upset anyone, but I fell in my room, because it has weird floor , it had stair with no reason In the room and Even toilet! I fell and hit my knees, in the first day of vocation, and I am also pregnant 🥺. Toilet walls were all in dirt, and a saw a rat or mouse running on top of receptionist. It was upset stay for me

Arriving to destination. Friendly welcome by host. Arrived earlier than check-in time. But was easily accommodated straight away, with the room ready and very clean.

That I only had the one night there. Met and travelling with family to Lombok the next morning and missed the breakfast.

Stayed for 1 night because the location were so near to the airport & other prime location such as kuta beach, the kuta market, krisna. Grab are very accessible too. Staff were very helpful.

Should have a big signage indicates the mahe garden villa. Most of the grab driver have a hard time locating it. The property area is beautiful and has so much potential, however the room were what you paid for i guess. The toilets were so dirty, there were stained on the duvet, table lamp with no socket to plug in.

The garden and hotel grounds had great ambience and a strong Balinese feel. Very well maintained. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Loved the location too.

The bathroom needed a good scrubbing. A shelf in the shower stall and some hooks for towels would be great. The hotel could do with new set of bath towels, they looked rather worned out.

The location was fantastic. Close enough to the action, but far enough away to be quiet.

Beautiful garden in a peaceful area.

Property was good but the staff was not responding after complain.

Provided very bad room where nothing was working, after multiple complains at last they have provided another room which was ok.

We stayed in villa 1 with the most spacious outdoor area and the private pool was awesome. The size of the villa was incredible and having a kitchen as well as a full size fridge was great. We will definitely be rebooking this one. Bubb Hatch coffee shop down the road does amazing breakfast. Spa up the road are the best bunch of girls and the hair salon a couple doors up is fantastic. Laundry is just up from hair salon no English spoken but laundry perfect. Across the road in the evenings they have the best nasi Goreng street food. Cooked on the spot for under $2aud we ate there quite a few times.

The hot water in the shower only lasted a few minutes but lucky it was Bali and the weather was warm. The huge shower head was blocked when we arrived so we went down to the local indomart and bought a few bottles of vinegar and soaked the shower head and cleaned it. Worked amazing afterwards!
