Camera ampia e silenziosa, anche se l'Hotel è su strade molto trafficate e rumorose. Piscina al centro della struttura, un po angusto lo spazio intorno per i lettini.

la struttura è ottima perchè centrale e vicinissima all'aeroporto, in 15 minuti si arriva. La colazione è sempre pagata a parte, ma si può chiedere e mangiare di tutto senza limiti.

Room, Pool, Restaurant, and staff that will do anything to help. Reasonably close to the Airport and beaches. In centre of Legian nightlife.

Nothing much - It was too hot but the staff couldn't do much about that (Yes I know - it's Bali and Bali is. Hot)

Location is quite central, we were first assigned room near the street which was a bit noisy, our request for quiet room was managed by staff which was appreciated. Staff are mostly friendly (Mika, Bella, Ratih). Housekeeping staff are excellent.

The first room assigned had a really run down toilet seat, second room door got stuck and had to be fixed by engineering, so facility needs a lift up. Breakfast item needs updating. The sliding door in balcony has no fly screen so ants, insects get inside easily.

From our Arrival to check-out , everything was perfect. The most beautiful staff, awesome price, we stayed 9 nights. Bella was amazing. Excellent location, we had Balcony and enjoyed sitting out watching sunsets. We Had fresh Ink, make sure you tell the desk, as they use different linen. Room service was amazing. Extremely comfy beds. We can't wait to come Back to Bali and we definitely will be staying here on our trips. MINI Mart across the road, beautiful Sushi restaurant. It was the BOMB. YUMMO .it's a must for sushi Lovers.. Big thank you to the Staff for everything . Miss you already 🙏❤️

So noisy. Loud music until midnight, continuous traffic noise. We asked for a room change but it got lost somewhere in the translation. 10 nights of 5hr sleep each night.

The pool was freezing cold, all of the time. There was a male singer every night who was very loud - kept my awake for quite a while.

I only liked when I paid extra for the pool room. The rooms are all clean an tidy and the staff are good. When I got to the grand deluxe room it was so comfortable and amazing. I like being off to the side a little bit back from the pool.

The first room I was given on the second floor was near the road and a very noise bar. Then I got moved to the fourth floor to a room that was not what I paid for. So many stairs and only one elevator… the room was definitely not as comfortable as rooms closer to the ground.

Hotel in a great location, easy assess to the beach and shopping, room at the back are great rooms at the front a little noisy. the staff are very friendly and helpful. the food is excellent value for money and drinks are a great price.

We were on the 3rd floor at the front and the internet didn't work very well in the room, it did however work on the balcony. If you're a light sleeper you might find the outside noise from the bars a bit much

The staff here are fantastic. Always accommodating and go above and beyond. We really enjoyed our stay here. Don’t forget to order the food in the restaurant, definitely recommend as everything we ordered was delicious. Keep up the good work and thanks for making our family holiday a memorable one. This is our go to place when we are in Bali from now on. Location and staff was perfect!!!
