My husband and I stayed overnight for anniversary. We loved the location. Close to everything. Having a parking space was great! And the apartment was very clean with nice furnishings. The bed was soft and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Unit and complex is as described. Updated, clean, steps from the beach and on a quiet street. Having a private parking space is priceless since parking is at a premium so close to the beach. Kat is a phenomenal host; she responded to inquiries within minutes and even seconds at times. She checked if we needed any items during our 10 day stay. She deserves 10 stars in my opinion. My wife and I highly recommend staying in this complex and working with Kat.

This place is difficult everything is a rule. I felt I couldn’t walk on the floor because they would deduct from the $400 deposit. I stayed at unit 8 the ac in the living room was replaced with a table unit that didn’t work. The sink was plugged. Threw out the garbage, put the remotes in a basket next to the door, put all the towels used in the tub, sheet dirty, but luckily I bring my own sheets and towels. I will not rent with this company an extension of Expedia. They did not make it relaxing on the contrary it was kind of stressful!

The hosts are super nice and communication was just a text away, and the place is up to par. So clean and cozy. The place is perfect for a couple or for a small family of three or four. I’ve always lived near Hollywood Beach but finding the right spot to stay was always a little difficult (I’m very picky when it comes to those things) but this spot is so cute and perfect. Definitely will be back on my next mini vacation.

The property was clean and a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. I had my 2 daughters sleep in the bed while I slept on the pull out couch. It was perfect for our needs. We wanted a place close to shopping and the beach without having to drive and that's what we had.

The property was right down the block from the beach and boardwalk (broadwalk) which is so convenient. It is a really nice space, well maintained and very clean. Kat and Shahar are very nice hosts who kept in touch with us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. It was a pleasure dealing with them. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I needed a quick break from last week's -7 degree Missouri weather. We were NOT disappointed! The unit was perfectly remodeled. We loved that it had a dedicated parking space. We could walk anywhere on the boardwalk. There is a water taxi that picks up at Margaritaville if you want to ride around the intercoastal. We needed nothing while here. Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, hand soap... all provided! We only wish we could have stayed longer!!! We will definitely stay here again soon!

My wife and I loved this beach apartment. It was fully updated and located perfectly near Hollywood Beach. Katherine was fantastic in her communication throughout the ENTIRE process. We'll be working with her again really soon!

This very clean and attractive unit was comfortable for four adults. Although the owner was responsive, we wish we didn’t have to spend so much time contacting her regarding the lack of working WiFi (only got it the last day), check in info which isn’t revealed until close to arrival (in our case after we left home on vacation), proper linens for the sofa bed, etc. Things we would have liked to see in the unit? Ice trays, a corkscrew, wine glasses, and hangers which have always been in place in previous rentals.

We have been to Hollywood several times but this was the first time at this property. Loved the location. It is located just about midway on the broadwalk. We didn’t even rent a car for our stay, just walked everywhere we wanted to go. I will say the music from the stage is quite noticeable in the room. However, just watch a movie and you won’t notice the music. The apartment was super clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, nicely remodelled, well stocked, comfy beds, super location within walking distance to the beach and anything else you might need. Would absolutely stay again.

Stayed here for dolphins game for 2 nights..super cool suite located 2 min walk to beach and boardwalk..wicked king tide while I was there. Place was well kept and extremely clean..look forward to staying here again soon..best deal around and parking included..make sure you go eat at juniper on river and taco joint on boardwalk..

The property was perfect for us. Close to family, close to the beach and boardwalk. We were there for only two night, however we wished we had more time. Next time we come visiting we will definitely try and book again. Also a great benefit was the reserved parking space.
