We arrived pretty late and had trouble with the door so I called Todd who answered immediately and he helped us get in. The rental was exactly as described and very spacious. We came for Bears/Falcons game but also drove up to Dahlonega and Dawsonville for Christmas activities. We also went to six flags on Monday, had our Thanksgiving dinner and made Christmas cookies in the fully equipped kitchen. We made family photos in our Christmas pjs in front of the huge fireplace and on the stairs. We really enjoyed our stay at the owl house which was centrally located for all our activities. I highly recommend Todd and the owl house.

Great place for a long weekend with family. The kitchen was very well stocked for our party of 10.

We came down for a week for a baseball tournament. House was clean very comfortable perfect for the three families. The neighborhood was great. The host even had a wall with all the local sites to check out. We will definitely stay here again

Check in was easy and the owner is very good at responding and communicating. Super stocked kitchen with everything you need and great areas to hang out with living room and patio. Grocery store right down the street and a fantastic BBQ place less than 5 min away.

I stayed at the home for 6nights and the entire experience from Booking, during the stay and leaving was all great. Todd is an excellent host and he communicated with me and took care of any questions I had. The home was very spacious especially knowing we had a group of 10 females who were all very comfortable. Definitely looking forward to another visit and I highly recommend staying there. Quiet neighbourhood and central to restaurants and shopping.

Our family had a wedding in the area and it was everything that we needed. Our group included 6 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room for all of us. My elderly mother doesn't climb steps very well and the bedroom and bathroom on the main living area was perfect for her. The house was completely stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. Plenty of towels , blankets and pillows, laundry baskets. The house was exactly as the pictures show. No surprises. Todd was very attentive to all my needs. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was a short distance away. Nice quiet area. Home was very clean. Would love to come back in the future.

Our time at the “Owl House” was very enjoyable and made for a great family holiday celebration. We loved the huge living room space with the huge fireplace. It provided plenty of room for the entire family to spread out and enjoy the holiday. We even moved a chair to the loft area to maximize the space and allow for social distancing. The Dining Room also provide a great space for us to enjoy family meals, and we made great use of the grill. We were curious about the plastic spiders in the window behind the shutters in the living space. It creeped out a couple in the party. We struggled to find enough forks for family meals as there were only 7 in the silverware drawer, and there weren’t any large knives to cut bread or prepare meat. The water pressure was a bit of a struggle as at times there was only a trickle of water in the shower. We ended up using an air mattress in the loft area for one of our beds. We were not expecting that 2 of the 12 beds listed in the listing were actually the couch in the living area. In all, we really enjoyed our stay and we’re very grateful for you hospitality. If we are back in the area again, we will consider another stay at the “Owl House”.

This house was perfect for what I needed! Had tons of space and I loved the loft in the living room. The host was super helpful and accommodating. The location was prime, right down the road from major shopping. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This was our 2nd time renting a house to do a family function. My family was in awe walking in the house. There was enough room everyone was comfortable. the outside was the same. We sat on the deck after dinner closing out the night and then ate breakfast under the morning sun on Sunday. It was a wonderful experience for my family.

This home was a perfect fit for my family. The kids loved the loft area. The neighborhood was quite . The location was close to six flags and about a 20-25min drive to downtown Atlanta.

This property was perfect for my family and I, very spacious, near everything, beds were heaven, the kitchen had eveything we needed and more. We were in town for a baseball tournament. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone. Todd was very attentive and made sure we did not need anything. He also checked on our group several times during our stay. We left something on the property and he mailed it to us. We really appreciate him being such a great owner and having such a nice property for rent.
