We stayed 2 weeks for rest and relaxation. It was a great 2 weeks. Our first time to Dauphin Island and it was great.

Great location right on the beach/sand. House was equipped with everything we needed to cook as if we were home. Would definitely stay here again!

We love our stay at the island and our house!Tammy was great before with answers all and any questions!!!!! The house was great. 3 bathrooms was awesome and 3 bedrooms!!! Right on the beach! We could hear the waves all night!!! House equipped with everything you need! Deck nice bc you can sit and listen to waves crashing! Even though weather was wet and cloudy we still had beach time . We took our standard poodles and tff he ey loved it. I would highly recommend this place! We will go back!!!

Tammy is a dream to work with and the property is perfect. New appliances, 2 master suites, straight path to Gulf, and fabulous shelling! The deck on both sides of the house look out on the Gulf!

Well kept home! Breath taking views! We came with our special needs son who is on oxygen. It was perfect location to easily get him to the beach with all his gear.

Tammy is a dream to work with and the property is perfect. New appliances, 2 master suites, straight path to Gulf, and fabulous shelling! The deck on both sides of the house look out on the Gulf!

To start, I think Tammy is a nice lady, but the communication with this property was difficult at best. From the start, I couldn't get returned phone calls, emails or texts. VRBO still thinks I haven't booked the property even though I paid a $300+ fee to them for the booking. I ended up having to pay through a 3rd party - which with "island time" probably isn't a big deal but we weren't sure until we arrived and the door opened if we were really booked to stay (it was late after a 15 hour drive). Then, when we opened the door, the strong odor of cat urine and musty was overwhelming. We immediately went to open the windows and were stopped by signs that the windows were not to be opened! WHAT? AT the beach, I can't open the windows? This was NOT in the notes anywhere! With a pet friendly house - we also expected a dog/pet gate on the deck - no such thing. That was a huge bummer as we had to use the deck chairs to make a sort of gate, and our dog leashes to keep the doors from slamming shut. Otherwise the sheets had a perfume smell to them. And, the house was mostly clean. We did end up closing off one of the rooms where the cat smell was the worst. We LOVED Dauphin Island - had a blast with all our activities and multiple walks to the beach. We have stayed in other rental homes and been provided with beach items such as chairs, toys, etc - this house did not have any of that - you'll have to bring your own. We will return to the island, but not this rental. I do hope Tammy can find a way to provide better communication and to get rid of the cat odor for future visitors.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time on Dauphin Island. The property is exactly what I expected and Tammy was great to communicate with. The location is alllll beach. Which is what we wanted! Literally. Beach every which way you look. We were able to sit back, relax, and watch the kids enjoy the sun.

We arrived and had to leave only 5hours into our stay due to the hurricane turning.The owner was awesome and called as soon as she received the alert. We were thrilled with the house, sad that we had to leave, we will definitely book the same house again

This property was very pretty (gorgeous counters!) and the 3 bathroom/ 3 bedroom layout was excellent. The best part was that we were literally steps from the beach. We spent two whole days fishing and swimming. We were also able to bring our dogs which was a nice treat. This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed on the island and this was the best house yet!

We were here for R&R and certainly got that! The house was conveniently located and met all of our needs.

Wonderful home, very accommodating, great time!

We have a child with a medical condition that leads to a suppressed immune system. So we wanted a quiet beach with low population and that is exactly what we got. It was the perfect time to relax, take a quick few steps out and let the kids play and enjoy the sand and sun of the gulf! We saw plenty of shrimp boats and dolphins, which we found fun to watch and added character to the experience. We took a short drive to the end of the island for a relaxing sunset walk, family chat time sitting on a log, with only a person or two in sight. On our way back we took flashlights and all kept count of sand crabs until we got past 200. It was so fun. Definitely a great location, and a wonderful home to rent with all we needed for our active fam of 5 with one teen, one pre teen girl, and one pre-teen boy. Split floor plan with kitchen in between was great for mom and dad. Tv’s in bedrooms able to stream Netflix or other streaming services when You needed a break from the sunshine.

Nice place—good location, fast WiFi. Only drawback is no gas grill and it would have been nice to have a pantry. Overall, however, really great and would definitely come again!

Everything was as advertised. Communicating with the owner, Tammy, was so easy. Perfect location and great house. My wife told me to mention that this was the most comfortable bed of any beach house we have ever rented. Totally recommend and we will be back!

Everything was as it was listed. Well stocked and very clean! Worth the money. Had a great stay.

I rented this property for 5 days nights. I stayed 4 nights 4 days. I got here early but the cleaners were there so I drove around. Me, my sickly mother n 4 kids! When we finally got in the house I spent the entire day cleaning! Old milk dried up in fridge, nasty toilets, hair balls (huge) all over, dust 2in thick on everything including blinds, ceiling fans etc. The previous ppl left clothes in closet n dressers, the list goes on n on. I contacted the owner sent her pics and she would never answer me back. I asked for a small refund n she completely did not respond! The outside area (the beach) is beautiful with the partial view, the area is nice also! With asthmatic kids and my mother being ill, this place didn't work and obviously the owner don't care about anything either! Bring All supplies because we were left with 1 roll of tp in each bathroom n 1 roll of paper towels, no dish washing liquid or laundry soap and we were left empty bottles of hand soap so if you come then come prepared! Over all I can say every one there is on vaca so their nice, they have one little store there which is very expensive so get items before you reach the island and bring bug spray for evenings n nights cuz you get ate up very very badly!

Perfect size and great location. Able to see dolphins from the deck. Wraparound porch was great for sitting outside while it rained one day. Nice place to relax and enjoy the beach.

Great place to stay, very relaxing. House was completely appointed with plenty of linens and houseware. The location was less than expected as there were units in front partially blocking the view. Still very nice. Everything worked, close to the ocean, very clean.
