Short trip for an adult and two teen children. Location was perfect! We loved being able to walk right out onto the beach. We watched beautiful sunsets and watched people stroll along the boardwalk. Having air-conditioning and heat made sure we were all comfortable. House was fully equipped and we made food while watching and listening to the ocean. Short drive to Torrey Pines hikes, La Jolla and the Zoo. We will be back!

We had the best time! The home was perfect and the views were absolutely stunning!! The description online matched the home. Close to shops, restaurants, and store. We went to Sea World which took us about 5 minutes to get there. We went Sea Lion Cave which was close as well. We will be back soon!

The location was perfect for a long, relaxing weekend. The view of the beach from the house was captivating. The hosts were attentive. We'll be back!

Our stay at this particular property was awful. Other than the great view and location, we found the property, upon arrival, to be absolutely filthy.! There was what seemed to be grease and handprints all over the kitchen cabinets. This seemed to be the theme as we toured the home upon our initial arrival. We immediately noticed an odor around the sitting area (couch) which smelled of vomit. The upstairs master bath had a draining issue, which rendered the bathtub unusable after the first use. There were too many cleanliness issues to list here. We were notified the day of arrival that the air conditioner was not working, and a technician could not be provided at that time. So, in other words, management waited till our arrival to tell us the AC wasn't working and then said they were not going to have it fixed during our stay. We notified management. They stated their apologies and said they would reduce the charges to reflect our inconvenience. We did not receive a follow up call and they did not follow through with their statement. The largest complaint we have with this property is it was infested with the Covid virus. Both my wife and I developed symptoms on our last night there. Consequently, we both got extremely ill and required medical attention. We have all medical documentation to substantiate this statement. We have booked with your company numerous times in the past. Never have we walked into accommodations in such basic need of attention. MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!

Great location except AC/ HVAC unit wasn’t working the entire time we were there. The last two nights got pretty hot and though we kept the windows open the noisy boardwalk made us wake up a lot. Management said they were aware the first day and were working on it but no fix.

It was our families first time staying at a beach house and definitely not the last. This house game my family the opportunity to create a life time of memories. The home was clean and accommodating. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The location and the open floor plan created a great atmosphere steps away from the sand. Thank you for allowing us to have a pleasant experience!

Surfstyle is a great team and we have stayed with them multiple times. This property was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. They were responsive and checked in with us.

This property was a perfect fit for our family. Great location to visit everything in San Diego and enjoy the beautiful Mission Beach!

This place is great, is amazing to watch sunsets from your bedroom and really is stocked with everything you might need. Two thoughts for families with kids to consider: There is no outside hose, outside shower or brush so you will spend your time cleaning and sweeping sand. There is foot traffic all night long since there is streetlight right outside the Master bedroom window (no blackout shade). BUT the location is perfect as you are so close to some of the best places to eat and they have everything you would need for the beach and to a Lifeguard Tower.

My family and I had a wonderful time and we will defiantly be back. The view and location was everything we were looking for!

We enjoyed our time at this property. It's well stocked and organized. The only recommendation is having a small step stool in order to reach the bowls on the top shelf.

We had a fabulous stay at this rental. It is close to the beach and Tower 20. We felt safe being close to the lifeguard…with our kids swimming in the ocean. It was great to sit on the patio and watch the sunset and the ocean. Everything was clean and well maintained!

The view perfect. Local coffee shop 3 minutes walking, clean house, beautiful set up, welcoming, accessible. ONLY 1 downside was we drive a 2022 Suburban and it did not fit in the parking spot without crossing the fire line, so we had to pay for parking. It was 100% worth it! They even have a discount code for the zoo, which we used! It was a dream vacation!

The location of this rental was perfect. There are a few restaurants/shops very close by, Belmont Park is still walkable but far enough away to avoid the crowds, and the beach was never very crowded. You will hear boardwalk noise until 10 pm, after that it's just the sound of the ocean (but very loud because the windows are paper thin so be warned if that will bother you). As much as the location was great, the property was not very clean and in need of a lot of maintenance. There were cobwebs and dirty mirrors in the bathrooms, mysterious brown stained bath mat, filthy under cabinet lights, rusted(?) mirrors (there are sooooo many mirrors in this house), filthy bath fans, blackened microwave (I have no idea why a microwave would look like this but it didn't give us great confidence using it). My kids also wanted me to note the bunk bed was squeaky whenever someone moved - which is often. I would not stay here again.

Let me start by saying we have stayed in mission beach before but decided to get close to the water and what a difference it made! You are literally part of the boardwalk scene and the people watching and conversations (had some long ones with Slomo) were awesome! The beach in front of us had the best waves, we saw dolphins and the sunsets were breathtaking- and this viewing was carried on upstairs! As for the house, it was fully stocked (wish they had provided coffee or let us know it wasn’t a keurig type (I had brought coffee pods), the layout and 3 THREE !!!! Full bathrooms made a world of difference for a week long stay with 2 kids! The beach accessories were hit or miss- there were 4 or 5 boogie boards but two were completely broken upon our arrival (but we never were without), we used the beach chairs which were great. We cooked about 2 meals a day there and although I set off the fire alarm 3 times frying bacon ,thanks to the open windows and vent we got it worked out. The bed in the master was like a cloud- great mattress, pillows and duvet, the bunk bed squeaked too much for the kids to co exist so my son slept down stairs. But was happy for his own space. The street light outside the master window is a bit bright at night. But outside of darker shades it’s doable- you may want to bring ear plugs or eye mask. There were plenty of towels and blankets and the AC/and heat worked perfect. Water pressure was good and appliances were nice. The only things that would have improved our stay would have been: coffee, the surround sound stereo working, being able to watch the warriors game on the tv, I also reached out to the management number (tried calling 4 times during normal M-F office hours) and got no response (although the after hours person was helpful), a hose or water feature outside (to be shared amongst the 3 units would have been nice to rinse off feet/boogie boards before entering, darker shades in the master. Outside of these small insubstantial things, our trip was the best one ever and we want to make it a tradition every year! Great house! Amazing memories!

Loved the location on the boardwalk! It was fantastic having two floors to the condo and being able to sleep on a second floor. Great size for three of us staying there. Kitchen had adequate dishes and cookware. Definitely would stay there again!

Overall, we had a great experience. The location was perfect ... about a 10 minute walk down the boardwalk to the majority of shops and restaurants. My family of 5 fit comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked with the essentials for the basic cooking we did. Having a parking spot was nice. Our large SUV fit in the covered spot, although it did require about a 5 point turn to pull in. I learned it was much easier to back into the spot. Would certainly come back and stay here again!

You are right on the bike path which creates some noise but it wasn’t bad It’s pretty central and most everything is within walking distance. There are abundant scooters around as well. It’s a bit dirty but not unusual being that it’s right on the beach. It’s impossible not to track sand around some. I had a great stay and will be returning!

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our time at this town home. The amazing beach front location allowed us to take maximum advantage of the surf and sand. The house was clean and very well supplied. We especially appreciated the boogie boards. Parking wasn't a worry with a dedicated car port. This house helped make our San Diego vacation one of the best we've ever taken. We hope to stay here again on future visits.
