This is our second time staying in this condo at Seaside Villas. We have stayed in others, but this one is always so clean and comfortable. This is a perfect location for walking to the Coligny area. You have beach views and just a short walk down to the sand. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to bars, shopping, grocery, restaurants. Beach bikes included and were in great shape. Nice pool. Not a lot of space for wet towels and suits. Bedroom is as you enter the unit-threw me off a bit.

We enjoyed this beautiful villa to celebrate our anniversary. Great location, small but well appointed and perfect for two. We especially enjoyed that it provided two bikes to enjoy all the pretty bike paths of HHI. Easy check in and hosts were available if we needed them but everything was fine and we didn't have any questions. Look forward to coming back next year!

We were very pleased with the Villa. It was extremely clean. The linens and towels were of high quality. The Ocean view was awesome. Tracey and Steve take pride in this property. Although the kitchen area is small, it was perfect for two people. Parking was great either inside or in the lot. Having a gated property is also a bonus. I would recommend this Villa.

My partner and I began our relationship in 2017 and stayed at this villa, so we returned there to celebrate our 7-year anniversary. The villa was as clean and comfortable as we remember it. This time we had beautiful, sunny weather and were able to use the bikes. We also enjoyed spending time at the beach, which is just steps away, as well as the pool. The villa is tastefully furnished and decorated, and has a nice deck with comfy chairs and a view of the ocean. The complex is also very quiet and peaceful. The owners take great pride in making sure their guests are comfortable during their stay, as is evident in the amenities provided. It has sweet memories for us and we hope to return one day in the near future.

The condo was nicely decorated. Our host provided a nice card and snacks to celebrate my wife's birthday. The location was a short walk to dinner and a convenient place to start biking. We brought our own bikes even though bikes are provided. I would recommend this condo. It's just right for 2 active adults.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, we had everything we needed. Furniture and bed was so comfortable, we slept better than we have in awhile. Bikes were great and got us everywhere we wanted to go. Easy to get in and out, beautiful beach, great location! Wish we had 3 more days!

A very well appointed condo, nice welcoming gift, coffee for the week! Everything we needed was there and easy, included bikes also a nice addition. Steps to the most beautiful beach on HH. And also Coligny circle with the shops. Great restaurants all around. Reillys, Aunt Chiledas.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at Tracey and Steve’s well appointed Seaside villa. Everything we needed was here, including bikes. The kitchen is well stocked, there was coffee, a welcome gift of wine and goodies, beach chairs, and a very clean unit. We would definitely recommend staying here. Marty J

This villa was a very nice cozy retreat for my wife and I. The location was great, as it was a few steps from the beach and just down the way from Coligny plaza, which is full of shops and restaurants. This villa was perfect for 2 people. Loved sitting on the balcony and listen to the waves at night. The pictures are true and accurate for what we saw online and saw in person. We both loved our getaway and will definitely be back and will be staying there again. Have already recommended this place to some of our close friends.

We come to HHI every year but this property might be our favorite yet. It was the perfect space for the 2 of us with hosts who went the extra mile to think of everything! The check-in/check-out process was easy, laid out well and seamless. Upon arrival, we had welcome gifts and a card waiting for us. The condo itself you could tell had been updated recently and was spotless, clean and well kept.
We love the location and the proximity to some of our favorite restaurants and shops/grocery so Seaside is an obvious choice for future trips. We look forward to visiting again soon and will definitely search out this property for our stay!

The Condo was clean and updated with all the appliances and amenities needed for a stay.
The Building location was on the beach and had a partial Ocean/Beach view from the balcony.
The host left us a bottle of our favorite wine and some crackers, a nice touch.
Best of all it was a short walk to the many restaurants and shops at Coligny Plaza so we were not dependent upon driving.

Clean, quiet, and just the right size for the 2 of us. Check in/out was easy. A quick walk to the beach and maybe a 10 or so min walk to plenty of restaurants and shops.

The unit was just as described, just lovely, and just remodeled. Tracey and Steve are the ultimate hosts! They communicated well and had instructions for all TVs, bicycles and checkout. Everything showed attention to detail with a Brita pitcher in the fridge with cold water and coordinated throw for the couch and best of all a bottle of wine with snacks on the counter(we arrived at 8pm). After a long day of travel we were so thankful! We had a great stay.

The villa was just as described. Check in/out process was a breeze. Just minutes walk to the beach and Colgny. The bikes were a great addition to get anywhere else on the island. Tracey was very responsive and got an AC problem resolved within a day. Fantastic vacation, would definitely stay again.

The complex unit which the villa is located in is well maintained, quiet, and secure.

Very clean and inviting property. Location was basically on the beach and within walking distance of plenty of food choices. The provided bikes were perfect to ride the bike trails that take you to practically any place on the island. Everything was provided other than food and personal items. Very quiet at night made for a great night's sleep!

This was our first time using Vrbo and we were not disappointed. Description of the property was very accurate and we were pleasantly surprised with how thoughtful the owners are. Anything we could possibly need was already supplied to make our stay easy and comfortable. Tracey and Steve are great hosts and we are looking forward to staying there in the future.

We had a great trip to Hilton Head. This one-bedroom villa was the perfect location. It was a five minute walk over the dunes to the beach. It was about 15 minute walk to Coligny Plaza which had several restaurants and shops. The villa was clean, well equipped, and best of all, came with two new beach bikes. Riding the beach every morning was our favorite activity. Hilton Head South Beach was a ten minute drive and worth setting aside an afternoon to visit. We would definitely stay in this villa on our next trip to Hilton Head.

Overall stay was nice. Tracey always responded back to us right away.
Elevator was out when we arrived .The next morning it was repaired. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen, extra towels and linen.
The next day after we arrived was our Anniversary. Tracey left us a very nice complimentary welcoming gift.

Great location and the place was just right for us. Had everything in it we needed with the exception of a few incidentals. We did mostly breakfast and a few lunches home and dinners out. . Good value for the location and the best part is the walk to the beach- nice boardwalk to walk on!
