Amberjack house is in a wonderful location. The sea wall and sheltered deck area and ample sea-side covered porch provide perfect spots to enjoy the beautiful views and breezes. There is beach below the wall except at the high tide and huge shallow area for playing or relaxing in the water. Beds are comfy and there is plenty of space.

We had 3 generations staying in the house and had such a great vacation. Everyone from the grandparents to the grandchildren absolutely loved it. The kids snorkeled for hours on end. Great house and having the dock which led to the gazebo was a bonus. There was always shaded seating throughout the day. Loved it.

Great property, great location. House had everything we needed, view is gorgeous. Convenient with a golf cart rental. Hope to return some day.

The home was so accommodating, everything we needed was there an more. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and let’s not forget that view! Waking up to crystal clear Bahamian water is breathtaking and never got old! We cannot wait to come back!

Amberjack is a wonderful spacious house. Excellent location and beautiful beach. The views of the water are indescribably beautiful. The house has many nice amenities and is in pretty good shape. We would definitely stay there on a return visit.

Amberjack is better than advertised! The lagoon and sandbar at northside beach was spectacular. We enjoyed alot of what spanish wells has to offer including a boat charter (reef fishing, feeding stingrays, visiting pig island), eating/drinking at several restaurants, and just relaxing at the house and beach. The people on spanish wells are so welcoming. We will be back. Thanks Ryan for sharing your home.

My family and I stayed this past week and it was nothing short of perfect. Flying in and using Pinder taxi and renting a golf cart was all set up by Harborside Rentals. Just let them know your arrival flight via email and they set everything up. We also rented snorkel gear for the week and got our monies worth all over the island. The property is the most perfect picturesque spot. So much so that you often see people walk by to take pictures. Anything that was not perfect was taken care of by Andre or someone at harborside straight away. We also rented a charter to snorkel and fish using Underwood Charter. We had captain Theron and he was fantastic. The day we went it was very windy and not ideal for these activities though he knows the islands very well and got us to some great spots. We saw lots of fish and then went out to the swings. We tried to fish and ended up catching our lunch for the next day. Theron cleaned the fish for us and all we had to do is cook and enjoy! They are cash ONLY so be aware of that (many places are cash only on the Island) The house is wonderful and we had a great time unwinding and getting some relaxation. We plan on coming back if fortunate enough to be able to. I cannot recommend this property and the owners any more favorably. Thank you!

The title sums it up best. This was the best vacation my family and I have ever been on. The house is exactly as the pictures and description depicts, and it only gets better in person. This is a very nice, kid friendly house on the island of Spanish Wells. The beach location is perfect. Our kids loved playing on the beach and exploring the nearby sandbar. The house was well appointed and the owners were very helpful with advice for traveling to the island. We’ll be back for sure.

As always the Amberjack is beautiful, well stocked and feels like home the second you walk in! Our family has stayed in this beautiful house on this amazing island 4-5 times, and will absolutely be booking again. Through the years there have been amazing updates to the house and the beach area. Thank you for sharing your house and beach…my son proposed to his girlfriend there on December 11th, so your beach now totally has a piece of our family’s heart!

Hotel/rental pictures are often so flattering and so professionally produced that you can't help but be a little disappointed. Just never quite looks as nice as in the brochure. Well...not so at Amberjack House. Pictures don't do the home and the location justice. It's right on one of the most spectacular beaches in the planet. The sandbar meant we could let our children roam and swim independently. Just a perfect spot and a perfect vacation. The island is very mellow and so easy to get around (#golfcarts). Ryan (host) has check-in and travel advice down to a science. It's a very special place.

The property is located on a beautiful, turquoise bay. The view is fantastic! We loved being able to take long walks on the beach and way out on the sand bars during low tides. The house was spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped.

We loved the house and had a great stay. Loved the cabana and walk way to the beach area. We will definitely rent again if the availability works with our schedule. This house was very nice and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and such a beautiful view from the house and beach. We love the near by sandbar at low tide. Truly a great stay!

We really appreciated all the information and FAQ provided by the owners and we acted on many of the suggestions. The property is even bigger and better than the listing pictures can portray. Driving around Spanish Wells in golf carts for the week was a hoot and we loved every street on the island and local that we met. The beach would be ideal for little ones but our grown children loved it too. Snorkeling with the suggested charter service and then again by renting our own boat was the focus and highlight for our party. We highly recommend this unit and this location for a vacation.

There were plenty of towels, chairs, shade, and more. The area has a beautiful beach . You can find things to do in the area or just enjoy a book and the beach. We are blessed to have found this place .
