My husband and I have travelled extensively over the years, but this was our first time reserving a condo. We were so impressed with everything that the condo had to offer and it suited us perfectly. We were familiar with the area from previous visits to SXM and enjoy all of the restaurants and nightlife within a very short walking distance - not to mention the beautiful beaches. The condo was very clean, spacious and more than met our needs. Debbi was wonderful in communicating with us and was gracious enough to extend a late check out privilege to us for which we are grateful. We will certainly book with Debbi again.

My wife and I ended up staying across the street at the Royal Islander La Plage, where we have a time share. We had originally tried to book our 2nd, of 3 weeks vacation, at La Plage, where we had reservations for the 1st and 3rd weeks. At the time, there was no availability for the 2nd week. While at La Plage, we were able to get the 2nd week there, so we did not stay at La Terrasse.

as soon as we booked on line Debbi communicated to see if we had any questions regarding travel. the unit is newly renovated with an full oven rather than a toaster oven. the kithchen was extremly well stock with plates, flatware, glasssware and silver and non-stick good ware. it was very convweint to have a great selection of kithcen paper supplies. the living room funiture was very comfortable. we have stayed in serval units on this property and were very impressed with Debbi and her home. the staff is also very friendly and the grounds are always kept clean. many restaurants and shops with in walking distance with a sucure parking garage in the building.

If you're looking at staying in Maho Beach, do yourself a favor and book Debbi & Karl's amazing VRBO right now. If you're familiar with Maho Beach or visiting for the first time, Debbi & Karl's condo is the absolute best find and decision you will make. Starting with its proximity to the airport. If you're landing in SXM, you'll be less than a 5-minute taxi ride away from your abode while on vacation. Or, save the money and take a short 10-minute walk down the road, into town, and check in easily once you arrive. Next, once you have your towels from check-in, which you can swap every morning for fresh towels, you're merely steps away from Maho Beach, where you can rent a chair and umbrella at Driftwood Bar for $10/PP (which includes one beer!). If you're looking to venture a little further, enjoy a 10-15 minute walk to Mullet Bay and get yourself a chair and umbrella for the same cost (no beer though). And if you're hungry, enjoy some ribs and wings from Rosie's. Looking for another beach, check out Simpson Bay. Back to the condo, such a perfect place to absolutely unwind after a nice day at the beach. If the weather isn't great, you have a spacious balcony where you can enjoy a drink and a bite while still seeing the airplanes land in a dramatic fashion. Thinking about cooking a meal for yourself, this condo has literally every cooking accoutrement you would need to prepare yourself a delicious home-cooked meal away from home. You can stop in at Maho Market, which is part of the overall complex, and pick up any supplies that you desire. Lastly, within the same complex, you'll find SLS Labs, which for the time being needing a negative COVID test to fly out, is an amenity of its own. You won't waste a minute traveling around the island to get your test when it's right below your condo. And that's not the only thing in great proximity, restaurants, Casino Royale and Golf Course should all be considered an amenity as they are each within minutes of your stay. Had an great stay here. Everything was as explained in ad. Location was perfect. Never used a taxi. Pool area was clean and comfortable. Host responded immediately to any questions. Kitchen was well stocked with everything for cooking. Highly recommend this host and stay.

My parents in law stayed here because I got married on the island. They really loved their stay in this modern condo located on the 2nd floor overlooking the green garden. Communication with the owner was fast and clear. I would recommend this condo for friends.

I'm not sure there are enough words to accurately capture our stay on beautiful St. Maarten, under the care of Debbi, a wonderful property owner, in her perfect condo. Our vacation began on March 13, 2020. We safely arrived in St. Maarten and were excited to see the resort from our plane upon landing! What a perfect location in Maho, an easy taxi ride from the airport, above a grocery store, immediately on the bus line, close walk to beautiful beaches, casino, restaurants, bars, and shops. It was more than we even imagined. The condo was in perfect clean condition when we checked in, suiting all our needs for our expected 8 night stay. Amazing views of the ocean and garden area. Newly renovated kitchen, great outdoor patio area with loungers, table and chairs. We were wanting for nothing! The pool was refreshing, and the pool bar had happy hour every day with wonderful bartender Jesus. Relaxing, and just what we were looking for. Debbi kept in constant contact with us before, during, and after our stay, making sure that our every need was taken care of. Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our stay was cut short after only three days. We were extremely sad to have to leave so unexpectedly, and under such uncertain circumstances. I called to let Debbi know right away, and she couldn't have been more kind during a stressful situation. After we safely arrived back home Debbi kept in contact with us, and was extremely generous in working with us since the trip ended much sooner than either of us expected. I fully recommend this property, due to the wonderful property owner, beautiful location, and perfect condo. If I could give more than five stars I would. Perfect for anyone looking for an easy, stress free get away.

The view is incredible, morning coffee and some evening cocktails overlooking the beautiful roof garden/pool/ocean is hard to beat. The proximity to great food and nightlife were outstanding. The grocery store in the building has all you will need for snacks, breakfast, beer and liquor. Taco macho was a great lunch spot and was a 5 minute walk away. Moulin Fou is nearly a hidden gem right next door for some great French cuisine (get the fois gras). Overall, we loved every part about the area and the condo.

We stayed Feb 23 to 28 th 2019 Why we loved the place. Perfect location close to two best beaches,maho and Mullet walking distance . Restaurants,bars, casino we’re all excellent, with live music great food and good prices. Grocery store with everything you could need right below condo with a big plus they had fresh hot local food to purchase every lunch time and it was cheap and excellent, we would take it to our patio and enjoy in the sun. Checking in was easy and friendly they even gave us complimentary punch and champagne, the condo was very clean and had great kitchen, and everything you could need, pool was my favourite part, quiet, clean lots free chairs and new towels everyday. Debbie checked in on us several times we really appreciated that, all I can say is that we will be back. Thanks again Debbie.

Hostess was very considerate and accommodating. Unit was clean and well furnished. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was in center of Maho. Would recommend as a vacation get away.

The resort is undergoing construction but the security and grounds crew were amazing.

The condo was spotless, well supplied, roomy and the AC worked perfectly. We arrived a night earlier and without Debbie's help we wouldn't have had a place to stay. It was a little rough having to move, but at our age everything's a little rough to do (we're in our 70's).The condo is decorated beautifully. The towels were soft and plenty of them and they smelled heavenly. Sheets and blankets, too. We loved the pool and the beach being so close. I love Maho Beach. There are so many restaurants and activities to do there. When we wanted to go to town or anywhere we just stood by the bus stop across the street.( $2.00 from Maho to town). Never having to wait more than 5 minutes. It was actually cooler in St Martin than at home in Florida. It's a trip we will take again very soon at Debbie's condo . My friends and I had a great time renting this property during our time in St-Martin. Although we rented a car, the location was close by to everything we could have possibly have needed. You could walk to great beaches near by like Maho beach and Mullet Bay. There was also a grocery store minutes away that was very reasonably priced (the prices were better than carrefour which is a bigger market). The appartment was clearly newly renovated. There was more kitchen appliances than we could have imagined. Fully equipped (stove, toaster, toaster-oven, mixer, coffee machine). Waking up and having a view of the pool, beach and airport was amazing. We were a group of three and the space was more than enough to fit a 4th person. I would definitely stay here again as there were no surprises whatsoever. It was clear to us that the owners have the comfort and well-being of the" locataires" at heart as we found so many little details that touched us personally.

Hi Friends, I just wanted to give you all the inside scoop on this amazing condo available for rent in Maho Bay, St. Maarten. Located on the Dutch side of the island, 5 - yes FIVE minute cab ride from the airport I have had the pleasure of spending the last week here in a very nice condo owned by my friend Debbi Jardine and her husband. I am not being paid to write this review - I just happen to think it is an awesome opportunity if you are looking to spend a week down south, in a home setting that is VERY comfortable if you are an ordinary person like me who is not looking for thrills or frills. The bed was super comfortable, airconditioning worked at all times, free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, pull out sofa if you are more than two - tastefully decorated, ocean view to watch the ships, planes come in, beaches across the street and a spectacular pool - towels provided and changed each day if you want. There is also a small pool for infants although parents seemed to put the infants in the larger pool - jacuzzi pool side - observation deck to watch the planes come in and out - a major activity on this island. If you have young kids or men obsessed with planes, they will go nuts for this feature. Very secure - security team walking around all day and night - staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Safe in the room, kitchen well stocked (okay minus a glass we will replace!!) with all the equipment you might think you need if you plan to cook a lot - lots of restaurants and entertainment close or a short drive or taxi - taxi ride from the airport - $10 - you can rent a car if you want right from the lobby of the condo/hotel complex. When I originally saw this posting, I thought could it be? Well it could - we have had amazing weather and the rest and relaxation we needed. Some might say we are boring, and we are, but that is what we were looking for and seeing all the people coming and going there are lots of excursions you can take to explore the island even further. Next time I will rent a local taxi to see the island in its entirety and its history but this time the goal was to do nothing but adjust the beach chairs, swim in the pool or ocean and read books. Oh and did I say direct flight from Montreal (Sunwing) and Toronto (WestJet seems to be the winner there) Other planes we saw coming in - Delta, AMerican, Jet Blue, KLM.......just don't know if they are direct or not) Don't reply to me - contact the owner

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your spotless Condo for our vacation. It was well maintained and in a great location with several restaurants nearby. Beautiful view off the balcony of the pool and garden area with the ocean in the background. Of course, the highlight for us ( being an aviation family ) was the proximity to world renowned Maho Beach and the large planes landing low over the beach. We never tired of them landing and enjoying the view. The small Supermarket located under the complex on street level, was pleasantly well stocked and the prices were very good. Within 10 min of the condo was a much larger grocery store that had a better selection and baked goods etc. The nice bottle of bubbly left in the fridge was a nice touch and was enjoyed in Samosa’s on the balcony overlooking the Caribbean in the morning. Upon arrival we had a small issue that we needed to contact the owners on. Debbi returned our text message within minutes and SOLVED our concern quickly and efficiently, and to our satisfaction. GREAT COMMUINCATION ! We had a rental car and underground parking was available for $5/day. Having the car gave us the option of exploring the island more and exploring various beaches. We often drove to the French side of the island for dinner or a beach etc. Great location to everywhere. Highly recommend this Condo and would definitely stay again.

Had the best time staying at Royal Islander Club La Terrasse. Debbi's apartment was really great just as in the pictures. Really comfy bed and sleeper sofa which was more than enough for our party of 4. The balcony was big enough to fit our entire group and has a great view of Maho beach. You can watch the planes take off and land especially in the early afternoon. The location of the apartment couldn't have been better for us. Right next to some great restaurants and nightlife. So easy to get a cab, really the perfect location I think.

We had an amazing time in St Maarten staying at our condo in LaTerrasse. The pool was beautiful and the views from our balcony were gorgeous!

This one bedroom condo has a wonderful open concept layout that leads out to a relaxing balcony. The location is very convenient, as it is right in the heart of Maho. The furniture and decor is comfortable, clean, and trendy. Every detail has been thought of including stocking the condo with dish soap, detergent for laundry and accessories for the beach. The kitchen is fully loaded and the space is cooking friendly. The concierge desk on the ground floor makes check in, access to the private room safe, and towel exchange easy. Also, when we rented a car, the underground parking was extremely helpful and is only an additional 5$ a day. SMX is a great island, full of active outdoor activities as well as opportunities to relax and enjoy the finer things in life. Enjoy!

My girlfriend and I decided to rent this place for about 10 days. We have nothing but great stuff to say about the property. It's spacious, and looked like it was recently renovated. The kitchen had proper appliances, bowls and dishes. The owner of the property left us some dish soap as well as paper towels and dishwasher detergent. What we loved the most about the property was how clean and tidy it was. We even got a Champagne bottle waiting for us when we first got there! As to where it is located, this unit offered us the opportunity to move around with no problem. You can easily take a bus/cab or rent a car and you have access to an underground parking lot. The building also provides a pool with a jacuzzi and a gym (They offer towel service at the lobby) There are great restaurants around the area, a casino and night clubs worth checking out, as well as a super market, all these just a few steps outside the lobby. I would definitely recommend this unit to my family and friends. Thank you! Diego
