The host accurately describes the unit in the listing for what it is. We had everything we needed for our 4 night stay and the unit was a great size for the two of us. The location is fantastic! All instructions/information left by the host were detailed and easy to follow (such as gate codes, parking pass info, remote, etc.) The host also very kindly leaves an excellent list of suggestions for places to go/things to do/places to eat. We are already talking about when we want to come back and would absolutely consider this rental again!

I stayed for a week with two teens and two elementary schoolers. I was worried the place might be a little cramped but what it lacked in size it made up for in location and organization options. There was plenty of storage and everything we needed. We walked to Coligny Plaza and the beach daily. It was absolutely perfect for us! Greta was great with communication and everything was spelled out for me and easily available.

We loved our getaway to Hilton Head! The room is small, so I would not suggest this place if you are staying at the beach for a week. From what I can see, all the condo's in the complex are almost the same size. Also, there are bunk beds in the hallway, but there was no ladder and would pose a serious risk if a child slept on the top bunk. One of my children slept in the bottom bunk, and the other had to sleep on the futon in the living room. This particular condo is situated the farthest from the beach, but there is still a small view of the beach from the balcony and the pool is very close! There were umbrellas, beach chairs and boogie boards on the balcony for us to use, which was awesome! What we loved most is that Coligny Plaza was walking distance, so we walked down the beach every night to get dinner. Overall, we had a great time!

This was the perfect place for our family to relax in Hilton Head. Small, but well-equipped for a family with young children. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, mornings on the beach, and afternoons at the pool. Easy to walk to all that Coligny Plaza had to offer. We will be back!

The condo was clean, and ready for us when we arrived The location is wonderful, it’s in walking distance of the beach, mini shops, grocery and dining. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, if you prefer to cook and stay in great experience.

Had a wonderful stay during our week in Hilton Head. From watching the sunrise on the beach, to the short stroll to the Tiki Hut and restaurants and long walks on the beach.-we enjoyed our time.

Our place was cozy but perfect for us! Would also be good for family with two younger kids. Bunk beds were cute and kids would love them. Met all of our expectations! Would go again for sure !

Bed mattress sheet was too small did not stay on mattress. Soap in bathroom sink should be liquid not bar soap. Everything else was good

Great location. Others said parking was limited , but we had no problems parking near our condo. The place could use a good detailed cleaning as there’s dust accumulation. That’s the only reason it wasn’t 5 stars.

Great condo. Very small, having even 1 kid would be a stretch but it’s very cute. Easy and quick walk to the beach, even have an ocean view from porch! A quick and inexpensive upgrade would be a new shower head. Would make a much better shower experience.

This was the second year we stayed in Seaside Villas, but the first in this unit. This unit was, by far, superior. The central air was amazing, so you didn't roast in the bed. The location at the end of the row meant that nobody was walking past your room. Being close to the pool (and the garbage) was great with a 7 year old. We were close enough to bike to all the places we wanted to go, so we didn't use our vehicle much at all. You can hear the people above you, but that's not so bad unless they stay up all night. The bed was the one downfall. It was not very comfortable. I think it had more to do with the frame than the mattress, but if my husband rolled over (which he did a lot), the whole bed shook like I was on a row boat in the ocean. So, I woke up a lot. The units are small, so don't think you will be happy bringing a big family unless you don't plan on spending any time in the unit. They had everything we needed! Would stay here again, for sure.

The owner, Greta, is very responsive. The elevator was not working the first day, so we had to carry all our belongings up the steps. Luckily, it’s first floor. Parking is a hot mess. There are not enough spots for everyone, and we had to park in a No parking zone the last two nights like others had to as well. Cooking utensils and cookware are rather limited, so you may want to bring stuff if you plan to cook in the room. Bring toilet tissue and trash bags, because you’re only given two small rolls and one trash bag. The walls are thin, and there’s a lot of weird noises, but you get used to it. Plenty of towels and wash cloths were left for us, and the shower has great water pressure. We lost power for a little while, but Greta had someone out there super fast to fix, so it wasn’t a problem. One thing I would highly suggest to change, is the mattress. The condo is exactly as listed. Nice pool.

We had a perfect time! Condo was plenty big enough for 2 and a very short walk to the beach. We found it nice to have the pool right outside in case we didn’t want to walk to the beach. Would definitely book again!

My husband, son, and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. The condo was in a great location and perfect for our family. Easy walk to the beach and close to so much in Coligny. Greta was fantastic to work with, the check-in/out process was easy. We ran into a minor hiccup while there and communication with Greta couldn’t have been better. She answered quickly and got the issue resolved as fast as possible. I would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Reasonable rate for a beach front property. Condo is the last unit furthest from the beach, but still an easy walk. Pool is right there. Easy walk to Coligny plaza as well. I cannot imagine squeezing more than two people into this space, though. The bunk beds are very narrow and were utilized for our luggage, as there is no space in the bedroom. The kitchen table has two chairs, the balcony table has two chairs, and the bathroom has two towel racks. I don’t know where you would hang beach towels and bathing suits for 4-6 people, but for a family on a budget it might be worth a try.

We loved the location of this property. Greta was quick to get back to us with answers to our questions. The only thing I missed was a bathroom closer to the beach.

This property was the perfect location to get to beach or local shopping (Coligny) by foot. Gated for a little extra security. Pool was closest to this location just walked the steps.

Listed as sleeps 6....Very small, like going into a trailer, paper thin walls and construction going on in unit next door.

Medicine cabinet needs to be replaced. Dirty & stained. Balcony needs removal of beach gear in the upper rack. Rusty & dirty. Balcony rug needs to be vacuumed/swept. The owner(s) of the complex needs to clean the bike "garage". Overall, we enjoyed our time there. Would definitely book again.

Just what we were looking for. We only stayed 2 full days but that is what we wanted. Was close to the beach and shopping. It was just right for my wife’s birthday.
