Visited first week of January, 2023. This was a well-kept unit in an all-inclusive resort. Jana was very easy to deal with. For those buying groceries for many days, I suggest using the market in the mall downtown. Walmart was a bit of crap-show and didn't have many of the things we wanted. We found the on-property restaurants (one outdoor cafe and one indoor) are incredibly overpriced for the overall experience. Only had appetizers at both, and had dinner in town a couple of nights. I like to cook when away from the hectic lifestyle at home, and found the kitchen pretty well stocked. The private gas grill was great to have. I understand the unit is also used as property rental, but it would have been nice to have some basic items on hand like seasonings, paper towels, trash bags, laundry pods, etc. Jana did provide a recommended shopping list and these things were on it. For those weighing all-inclusive over doing meal-prep: one guy's opinion: I enjoyed returning to the unit late afternoon to make fresh guac and prep the dinner with a cocktail, music, and some "me time". while the others finished their day on the beach. The beach is on the calm side for Cabo, meaning you can safely go in the water at this resort. The sand is basically crushed coral and flip flops are recommended! Beach chairs were available at 10:00 am for our group of 5 every day (no need to throw towels on them at 6:00AM).

Very nice unit at a great property! Would highly recommend and we will likely return here! What we liked most about the unit/property: - Large unit comfortably held our family of 7! - 3 bathrooms, laundry, and a kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals - Beautiful resort with amazing pool areas/hot tubs! - Great beach area and views! - Jana is very quick to respond with any questions you may have! A couple tips if you stay at La Estancia: - Take a taxi to a local grocery store. There is a store on-site, but the prices at local stores are much better. - It's about 1 mile to the marina/restaurant area of Cabo. You can walk (which is what we did) or take a cab for about $12. There are great restaurants in Cabo! This was our first visit to Cabo, and we plan on returning!

The condo was fabulous. We had a wonderful time. Amenities where top notch. Would definitely return.

This place is a gem. The vibe is very chill. The room is even better than the pics. We are very happy we stayed here instead of Palmar. The price is worth it. Jana is great and responsive. We will def stay again.

Everything went smoothly throughout our entire rental process. Jana was very prompt responding to any of our questions prior to our arrival. The condo was absolutely beautiful. The bedroom with the two double beds had a separate entrance which was great for our adult children who stayed with us. The view from our balcony was incredible. We overlooked the pool area but also had great views of the ocean. The food at the property restaurants was delicious! There is also a supermarket on the grounds which has a deli with ready made foods. You won't be disappointed if you stay at this property! We will be back!

We celebrated our 20th anniversary with our 2 adult daughters, 1 son in law, and 2 year old grandson at this fabulous resort style property February 18th-23rd. The views are amazing, the pools are great, the beach is very nice, the location to the marina is on point! We had the 2 bedroom condo and it was perfect. They have a little store on the property that has everything you need! Will definitely refer friends and family.

Beautiful condo! Group of five moms on a girls trip. We loved the condo (plenty of comfortable beds), the view from the deck, and the overall complex. Close to town for dinners and shopping. I plan to head back with my husband and rent the same unit. Jana was fantastic to rent from. Thank you!

We enjoyed the location and views from this property. The unit was so much more than we could have imagined. The service was wonderful. Overall, we would recommend Janas space to anyone looking to have a relaxing getaway to Cabo!

Thanks Jana we really enjoyed our stay. Unit was immaculate and well located. Resort is very clean. We had one small issue with maid service but it was resolved quickly. This is our second stay at Estancia and would definitely stay there again!

The entire villa is amazing. It’s a place you should plan to stay for at least a week. Our villa had amazing views. The entire place was soooooo clean. The food was amazing. Even if you didn’t want to eat out, the kitchen was well appointed to cook in. Thank you for a perfect week.

We had an absolutely wonderful time @ Villa LaEstancia; this was our 4th time @ this resort as it’s absolutely beautiful and has a great location. The grounds & views stunning. Jana’s Villa is very well appointed, has a great location and lovely views of the Sea of Cortez. The outdoor patio is large & a great place to drink your coffee and/or margaritas, read a book or grill. Dana was a pleasure and very easy to work with; she provides a document prior to your arrival that clearly outlines what you need to bring, transportation recommendations, restaurants in area, etc... Next time we visit Cabo, we will definitely come back to Jana’s Villa if available! Don’t hesitate; just do it!! Cheers...

The unit and location were even better than expected. We were able to walk to town and the marina. The resort and condo were beautiful and immaculate. The condo offered all the space we needed; we especially loved the expansive patio with a view of the ocean. We enjoyed swimming at the beach and in the pool and then soaking in a hot tub (5 total on the grounds) in the evening. Jana was very responsive to our questions and gave us all the information needed to make our stay perfect.

What a great week at a beautiful scenic location in Cabo San Lucas. This place exceeded all expectations! The view from the room was as advertised in the pictures. Inside the unit was clean and updated and appliances all worked well. I do a lot of cooking at home and preparing meals here was a breeze. The only complaint we had the entire week was the propane tank attached to the BBQ grill was stuck so it wouldn't turn on. We emailed the owner and the problem was solved with someone in the room fixing it in 15 minutes! The owner Jana was very responsive.....so impressed! The Villa La Estancia is perfectly located within walking distance or a short taxi or Uber ride into town but because it's not in the downtown core it is still quiet and peaceful if you want a quiet vacation spot. We were there during Spring Break for a lot of folks and there was still plenty of chairs both around the pool and on the beach so you didn't have to go down at 7am to reserve a spot like we have had to do with other resorts. We vacation every year so we know the things that can go wrong but this week was flawless and we would definitely stay here again!

My family spent our spring break at Villa La Estancia and had a wonderful time! This is my fourth trip to Cabo and by far the best resort I have stayed at there. The condo is large and comfortable with two beds in a separate bedroom where my teenagers slept. We enjoyed the views and outdoor patio area and it was quiet and very clean. It was also great having room service every other day with this condo. The pool was outstanding both in terms of how well organized everything is as well as great service from the pool attendants and servers who brought us lunch and drinks every day. Jana was great to work with during the booking process and we were even able to check in early since we arrived at 1:00. Overall this was a first class experience and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cabo!

We stayed at this villa in late January. The villa is very well appointed and nicely decorated. It was very clean and beautiful, and the view from the balcony was stunning! A very nice stay at this villa and the La Estancia resort. The service on the property was excellent and everyone was very friendly. Definitely recommend.

L'Estancia is truly a premier property. All the staff at the resort treat you extra special, like their own family. They are constantly ensuring your needs are being met beyond expectation. The grounds are immaculate, from the unit itself to the pools and restaurant facilities.

We had such an amazing time on our last minute vacation at Villa La Estancia! We have 5 young children and the resort was just perfect for them! The pool was the best part because our 18 month old could wade in the shallow kid friendly area while the bigger kids swam right next to her. The food was amazing and the condo was incredible!!! They had a crib already in our room and the staff was so helpful. We had babysitting help everyday and they were AMAZING with our kids! Shout out to Denisse and Arianne :) Best value hands down!!! Definitely be back with our family

The unit and the view from the unit were both amazing! 20 min walk down the beach to get to downtown. Will definitely return to Villa Estancia next time we find ourselves in Cabo
