My trip to Florida was to visit my daughter who attends Nova Southeastern University. We did not spend as much time at the house as we thought we would just due to our schedule. The location was great and the beds were very comfortable. We visited in December and I loved that the house had holiday decorations up both inside and out! The furnishings were very nice and the little touches like a snack basket, bottled water in the refrigerator and even travel size toothpaste and mouthwash if we had forgotten ours. The home was in a convenient area and we felt safe in the neighborhood (I only mention that because my daughter said some neighborhoods in Davie are not great). Unfortunately, we did not use the pool or hot tub only due to our busy schedule. However, we did venture into the backyard the first night just to check it out and it looked really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this stay was awesome. The owners helped in every way possible & answered every question I had for them. The place was awesome & one should really pay attention to all the work that have been put into making it that way. I would. definitely recommend to those who wants a nice relaxing and quiet place to stay. We really enjoyed.our stay & chatting with the owners. Thanks so much!!

This is a real hidden gem! The backyard oasis is beautiful and private! Close to everything you would need or want to do. Will be back again!

We loved it. We normally stay in a hotel and this was so much better. Spacious - comfortable - loved the outside set up! House was nicely decorated - and clean! Will stay again.

The property was fabulous. The location suited our needs and we were very close to almost everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and well kept. The backyard was beautiful and relaxing. The property managers were very kind, thoughtful and had great attention to detail. The only complaint I had was the marketing. I assumed we were in a house by ourselves. It wasn't until later that I realized it was actually a duplex/apartment arrangement and the owners live onsite. Because we were using it for a wedding headquarters and we were the parents of the bride and so many people were in from out of state (including us) my preference would have been a home to ourselves because of the hustle and bustle of many people. It turned out not to be an issue as the owners are fantastic. We would definitely re-book here and had that conversation on our way to to airport.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The grounds are filled with tropical plants and lovely flowers. Inside is very clean and comfortable. They provide linens, towels, blankets and all kitchen necessities. The pool is nice, it’s 4ft deep and is ideal for relaxing. Tiki bar is nice touch. It is well lit and secure. I throughly enjoyed my stay.

This property was perfect! We stayed with another couple. With two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms we each had our privacy. The backyard oasis was beautiful. You can tell they put a lot of work into making the backyard a perfect place to relax. I would definitely stay here the next time I am in the area.

This is very close to NSU and the house is clean and has all the amenities. The back yard is amazing, there is a new flower everytime you go outside. The salt water pool and the outdoor TV were great. Jim and his wife are fantastic. A/C works great. convenient parking, quick 5 minute drive to NSU. We hope to stay here again.

We stayed after a New York Trip for 1 week in this beautiful Garden Home. The house was very clean and all what you need is available. The kitchen is full equipped, the bathrooms offers you shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and also hair dryer, tooth paste and mouthwash. There are more than sufficient towels available. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the garden, pool, whirlpool and bar, this is a paradise! The garden and pool area are equipped with mosquito repellents to feel free for your safety use, sun screen are also available. Jim and Denise are always welcome to you and they are very kindly, friendly and helpful hosts, any requests you have they will solve. We will come back! Thank you for being there! This garden home was beautiful, and just like the pictures. My family and I spent a long weekend there and utilized all the amenities. On-site property managers were very responsive and even dropped off some mosquito machines for us to use qhile by the pool.

We were there for a college graduation. The place was perfect for our family. The grounds are amazing. Felt like we were in a tropical paradise. Wish we could of stayed longer. We would definitely go back and recommend it to our friends.

Jim and Denise were awesome! Everything you could possibly need is there in the house, and for the beach. We had a great time relaxing in their amazing yard and pool as well. I highly recommend!

Property was exactly as advertised, pool and hot tub area was excellent and the tiki bar was the perfect hang out space. The house was perfect for a small family. Host we’re very friendly and accommodating in every possible way, also provided several suggestions on things to do and places to visit. Overall this was a great stay. This is like an oasis within the city. It is set up to be very welcoming and convenient for guests. Very user-friendly. We loved it.

Jim and Denise were fantastic! The house was perfect for us and the yard was unbelievable. We had everything that we needed plus! Pool, hot tub, cabana, grill and so much more! They offered suggestions on things to do and places to go. It was a perfect vacation and I would encourage everyone to book!!

What a wonderful place for a vacation! After leaving the cold of the north the Garden Home was a welcome and enjoyable place to stay. Check in was easy. Jim sent me the instructions before and all the information was easy to follow. The place was very clean and extrememely well stocked. Water bottles cold in the fridge and even snacks on the table for us. There were many beach towels and bath towels for our stay. Jim and Denise were very helpful in explaining how to use items and also about the area in general. The backyard is beautiful with the pool, hot tub and patio area. The landscaping is lush and very tropical looking. My college son and I went to the beach a few times and used the beach chairs and cooler that was available. The only negative I can add it that I don't think the photos show how inviting and lovely this house and grounds are in real life. You won't go wrong booking this location!

Great place to stay while in Miami for the Dolphins vs Steelers game. Anything you need information about, just ask the owners. They will help you out with any information you need.

The owners were very quick to answer any questions we had. The lush backyard with the pool, hot tub and tiki bar were all great amenities! Quiet and relaxing tine away in a great neighborhood. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping if needed.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. It was beyond my expectations. It was a little farther West from the area I was visiting but the Garden was beautiful and inviting, and the pool was perfect. I would have liked to enjoy the back yard a little more but maybe next trip. The host provides everything you need to be comfortable and at home and they give you 100% privacy. The area was safe and you have everything you need within minutes. The hard rock is right around the corner and the Hollywood Beach is about a 20 min drive. We had a nightly spider guard at the gate but as long as you remember to duck to the left he will let you pass. He didn't bother us and we just let him do his thing but if it’s a problem, Im sure he can be relocated. I almost forgot we were in the city with how peaceful and quiet it was. Will definitely considering renting again.

This house was absolutely perfect for me and my girlfriend plus 3 friends. There was plenty of space inside and and everything better and beautiful backyard. This house came complete with everything we’d need even the little stuff everyone will forget like toilet paper, tinfoil, trash bags, Etc. I definitely plan to return in the next comming year. Thank you guys so much!

The reviews and proximity to my family (in town for a wedding) is what sold us on this property. When we got in the house, my first thought is they must have paid people for positive reviews. The house is old and not taken care of in any way. They must live off the profits and not put back into the property. Mattresses are easily 20 years old. You sink in almost immediately. The showers heads are original from when the home was built. They are nothing more than a mist. We went to Walmart the next day to get shower heads so we could get a decent shower. Freezer doesn’t work. Washer and dryer leave your clothes smelling musty, the dryer takes 3 cycles to dry kids clothes. All the linens and towels (mismatched) are musty smelling. Glad we brought our own. I asked for 2 things specifically which was a tea kettle and Keurig. Denise gave me a tea kettle that was rusted on the inside. Someone “tried” to descale the Keurig and left vinegar in it. I brewed coffee, added freshly brought cream and it immediately curdled. Smelled it and it was laced with vinegar. They are constantly watching you and texting you. We left the trunk open for a few minutes to unload groceries and got a text on if we knew it was open. They don’t allow guests to visit, like at a senior home. While I understand their concern not wanting their property beat up, we were on a family friendly vacation with kids and zero alcohol. So if you plan on having any contact with family or friends at the property they will text you and tell you go somewhere else. The owner Jim is constantly walking around like he is checking in on you. It is uncomfortable. They don’t have a separate entrance for you, they use the same pathway that you use to get to the pool. Which would be very creepy for most people, especially those with kids. The doors handles seem to be original for the home as well. My 7 year old got locked in the bathroom because the door handle sticks as of its locked. I emailed them more details on this stay in the hopes that they will make some improvements to this property for people on future stays. I would challenge Denise and Jim to live on this side of their property as a vacation renter would and see how they like it. Denise text me that I should let her know of any issues, there was too many to mention. Since this is your business almost all of these things you should already been aware of. But you just want to sit on the profits and not do anything to improve this home.

The couple who own the property were very communicative. The rental was very clean and you felt at home right away. We really enjoyed their unique touches on the property too. It was a very nice stay and they had everything we needed.

This home, property, and location is second to none. Jim and Denise are an absolutely awesome couple who really go the extra mile for their guests. Their backyard is gorgeous!! This has been the best experience when it comes to this home and their suggestions.

My sister and I totally enjoyed our stay at this rental in Davie. It was very close to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The property was easy to find, very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The backyard pool, patio, tiki hut, and spa was a fun place to hang out. I loved the gardens and the many extras that the homeowners provided to make our experience memorable.
