The house was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed all of the amenities, especially the hot tub and the barbecue on the patio. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The neighborhood is conveniently located next to shopping, dining, and a wonderful park. The beach wasn’t as easy to access as I thought it would be. Being unfamiliar with the area I didn’t realize that the walk to the beach led to a cliff. It’s a fairly steep walk down to the sand. It was a challenge for the senior member of our group and meant we had to drive rather than walk. Other than that, our stay was idyllic. I would highly recommend this home.

We fell in love with Corona Del Mar and had a marvelous stay in this home. We would absolutely stay there again. It’s a lovely five minute walk from the restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, grocery, etc. And just a few more blocks to the ocean. Truly a special place. We felt lucky to call it home for a week.

What a beautiful home in an amazing location, just walking distance to the beach, shops, and great restaurants (The Quiet Woman is delicious) We enjoyed relaxing by the fire inside and out. The patio and balconies were an added plus overlooking the palm lined streets. The kids also loved riding the bikes that were provided. We all had such an amazing stay.

The Villa Corona Del Mar really is a beautiful home. We spent our evenings in the rooftop hot tub, or around the garden fire pit. Our host was very responsive to questions prior to and during our stay. We totally recommend this - perfect spot for 5 friends traveling together!

Really enjoyed the location, went to several beaches around the area and the house was centrally located. We had 5 people in our party so each group had there own bed and bath which was great. Very clean and spacious home, the rooftop hot tub was also nice even on the 60 deg evenings. Only improvements I could offer would be different pillows and the master shower was slightly obstructed. But would still give the property a 5 star. Would definitely stay again.

This property is as advertised, if not better. Spotlessly clean, everything works, beautifully and tastefully decorated, comfortable, wonderful and quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out, efficient communication with the property manager - had a minor issue with the air vents in the bath tub and they quickly clarified how to fix it. Would definitely come back.

The home was wonderful and our stay was so relaxing! Short walk to restaurants and an amazing bakery. The firepit and the outside seating was a wonderful place to enjoy the patio. The bedrooms and many balconies were luxurious. Thank you for an excellent stay.

This was one of the cleanest/nicest properties I've stayed at. There were 3 of us traveling for business and this was the perfect set up. Location is phenomenal and everything from grocery to restaurants is just a couple of blocks away. Gorgeous neighborhood and phenomenal hosts.

The home was beautiful for our family of five. Patio was excellent for outdoor meals with kids, and the walkability of the neighborhood is first class. Multiple food and coffee options, the beach, a park our kids loved, and quiet neighborhood strolls all within 5 minutes. We will surely come back. The property management and check in process were perfect, as well as the cleanliness and quality of the home.

Our Favorite VRBO in Southern Cal
If you have plans to visit Corona Del Mar, Roya's home is the place to be. A beautiful villa with three en suite bedrooms, marble, and wood floors, and lovely screened doors to welcome the fresh ocean air. The kitchen is well-stocked and the appliances look brand new. The villa has an outdoor patio with a table to seat eight. There is a french pastry shop, deli, and bistro a few blocks down the hill. The beach is a short walk. Dining and shopping are a 5-10 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and family-oriented. Roya is a fabulous host. We feel "at home" here and look forward to visiting again. Thank you, Roya for another outstanding visit.
