This house is just perfect.
The set up allows everyone to have their own spaces, while still having the central family area together.
It's seated in a very nice location within the community. Very, very clean. Will definitely rent again.

Our family truly enjoyed another vacation in Michael's house. We have rented here several times and we plan on going back again next year. The house is laid out very well, the kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots and pans, utensils, everything that you need. The rooms are spacious and we always feel right at home. Michael is very responsive if I ever have a question. The location is great since we were able to walk to the main pool in Bayside. Above all - it is impeccably clean as that is very important to us. We love dealing with Michael as he makes the entire process very easy and we cannot wait to go back again next summer. I highly recommend this house.

This was our 4th time staying at this amazing property. Everything about the home and the experience was quality. Our grandsons felt right at home. We enjoyed the use of the bikes and the other items that were made available for our use. We can't wait to come back!!!

The property is gorgeous inside and out. Plenty of space. Beautiful neighborhood. Very close to grocery store and restaurants. Bikes, beach toys, cooler, wagon, etc in the garage was a delightful surprise. More than enough linens, pillows, and extra blankets in the house. Kitchen had everything that we needed and more.
Things to consider that cannot be controlled by host:
Its at least 30 minutes to the beach with traffic. This wasnt a deal breaker for us.
Stagger your showers if you have a big group like we did so the hot water doesnt run out.
We would definitely stay here everytime we come to Ocean City!

The property is perfect in every way. Great for gatherings to eat, drink, and watch the games. Great location, great neighborhood.

When we arrived the house was dirty, unclean bathrooms, dirty dishes in dishwasher, used bars of soap from previous renters still on bathroom sinks, areas under sofas had never been vacuumed and frig was dirty

Everyone loved this home! Quiet, comfortable and kid friendly community. Close to everything we wanted to do yet away from the hustle and bustle. Thank you Mike for making this a wonderful experience!!

Great vacation community.
The community trails for biking and walking. They have multiple swimming pools. We also used their gym and tennis courts.

The house is beautiful and is in a great location. The beds are uncomfortable. The sofas in the main family room are very uncomfortable. I feel that a house that costs this much with extra fees etc should come stocked with basics like toilet paper trash bags etc I also do not think we should have to walk and dump all the trash when we leave on Saturday to the nearest dumpster on top of bringing all linens I love the Bayside environment, but will be looking elsewhere for a more economical/family friendly vacation in the future.

8 guys for golf trip. Beds were comfortable plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen set up was great. Plenty of quality pots and pans. Location was good for us , central but a little far from downtown oc. But manageable and not big deal as we were golfing all over not at beach. Big table for dining. Super clean and comfortable!

Our family usually do a VRBO property for Thanksgiving. This was I'll first time staying at this location, but it won't be our last. Mike the owner always got right back to us from the beginning of the process to the very end. I can't complain about one thing.[

This villa is beautiful. The villa was with-in walking distance to the Sunridge pool. The Villa was spacious and clean. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The large dining table was nice for our large group. The TV’s in each room were a plus. We can’t wait to come back again next year. Owner was very communicative and answere all our questions.

We took our adult kids and their families on a vacation and this place did not disappoint. The house is lovely, nicely equipped and Michael was great! The community is beautiful and the pools were so fun for our little ones (ages 2-4 1/2). It’s a short drive to the beach and their are plenty of restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. I highly recommend this. If you like live music, check out the schedule for The Freeman Arts Pavilion which is a 15 minute walk away!!

Perfect place for a family vacation. The house was clean with plenty of room for everyone. Five bathrooms was fabulous. From the moment we entered the area we were so pleased. Everyone in the development was Very helpful. We needed some help with check in process but after that everything went great. We swam till our hearts content using both pools. Proximity to Ocean city perfect. Michael responded quickly to any questions I had when we first got there and was so helpful when I needed to call him about something we left there. Hope to go back next year.

We had an excellent stay at Inkberry! Spacious home, excellent amenities, and comfortable lodgings. Would definitely recommend this listing to friends and family. Great communication with homeowner, and everything we needed (and more!). Great vacation rental!

Annual Family Gathering!
The house is very spacious, clean and accommodating! As annual guests to Bayside in the summer, we really enjoyed the location and friendly neighbors! Lots of room for our dinner gatherings. Host was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay again.

When we checked into the house we realized the house was not cleaned, I called the owner and he immediately apologized and refunded us money for our inconvenience. Overall we had a very nice stay and would definitely stay there again!
