Really enjoyed my stay. The property was clean and appears well-maintained. Excellent for golf getaways if you’re so inclined,. Would definitely rebook.

We stayed 6 days. Enjoyed the condo especially sitting on the patio overlooking the golf course. Shower was awesome and can’t be taken for granted. Bed was comfy. Kitchen basics were provided. Renters need to bring soap and shampoo… not provided. Place was clean overall. Only recommendation, carpet will need to be replaced soon. Would rent again. Thank you!

My parents and I came with my daughter and we had an excellent stay. Easy communications with the owner, perfectly equipped and clean. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in the desert.

We only needed to stay in Palm Springs one night, but this was a great alternative to pricy crowded hotels, more comfortable and just as well located.

The location of this property is in a great location to call home base while visiting the whole valley around Palm Springs. Its a straight shot to the west to go to the Thursday night market in downtown Palm Springs. It's also a quick to get to the 10 freeway to travel to the east end the the valley. It's located on a 27 hole golf course and is in walking distance of the on site sports complex. It has tennis courts and 10 pickleball courts along with a nice workout gym and spa. Also there is a pool and hot tub that is a 50 yards away. It is being redone so it will be the newest pool in the complex soon. The unit is very comfortable with 2 master suites and 2 full baths, Both suits look out to the golf course to the east so in the morning there were some great sunrises. Rob was there for us if we had any questions.We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if possible when we are in the area again.

Property was beautiful! Would definitely recommend! Our only complaint is that it wasn’t properly stocked with toilet paper, tissues or dishwasher detergent. Also dvd player was not working but not a big deal.

This condo feels like a home away from home. The beds and furnishings are very comfortable, and the resort area is welcoming with friendly neighbours on either side. Although slightly removed from the more glamourous areas of Palm Springs / Palm Desert, the grounds of the resort itself are beautiful. It’s also really conveniently located for freeway access Joshua Tree and other scenic areas. We loved hiking Ladder Canyon too! Perfect place for a family. One night the kids wanted to go in the hot tub. The closest one to us had people in it, so they skipped across the street to the other pool area that was completely empty. Great communication from the owner. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend.

We just stayed just one night but wish we could have stayed more. The views and location are wonderful. The manager was very easy to contact and very helpful. I would definitely visit again, and recommend this location to others.

Great complex. Many activities. We enjoyed golfing. I had a massage at the spa which was great. We really enjoyed drinks and meals in the clubhouse. Handy not to have to drive anywhere. The property is very well taken care of. The beds & pillows were comfy, as was the living room furniture. Very enjoyable stay.

Between the quality of the accommodations and the open communication with the owner, this location is unparalleled. Right on the golf course and a short distance from the pool and parking. The property is guarded 24-7 and well maintained. You will enjoy!

This location was perfect! The kitchen had everything you need to cook, plenty of towels in the closest, and roomy for 4 people. The only thing dirty was the carpet but we wore inside slippers so no big deal. I recommend this condo to others....

The two bedrooms separated by the living/dining and kitchen was a perfect layout. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and just right for relaxing when when we needed down-time. Topping that was the perfect level of communication and help from the host.

We had a great stay. We loved the view and location of being on the golf course. We enjoyed pickle ball, tennis and bocce ball. The restaurant on-site was delicious. location was close to all. Definitely recommend!

So glad we chose this property for our Palm Springs vacation. Two couples stayed very comfortably in this double Master-suite property. We loved the conveniences - well stocked kitchen, laundry, grill and outdoor spaces, the comfort - wonderful living area seating for four adults, very comfortable king beds, the grounds of the Desert Princess, the views, crystal clear pool, all the comforts of home and much more! Rob was great to work with; very responsive from the first inquiry to the last question.... he was very accessible and accommodating, friendly and welcoming. We'd happily return to this great vacation condo!

Very clean. Quiet location with comfortable patio on the golf course. Relatively dog friendly for walking in the neighborhood. Nice furniture and kitchen fully equipped. Very comfortable.

This property was exactly as advertised on its listing. Very clean, very comfortable. Perfect for two couples. And our cats! Excellent communication with the property owner before and during our stay. Minor things to note: the shower in the master bathroom, when shutting it off you need to continue to spin it to the right. It seems like it doesn't work, but just keep turning it. Also, the sliding screen from the living room to the back patio keeps falling off the track, just be patient and lift it back up into its groove. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time, condo met all expectations, neighbors were friendly and pools were very pleasant. A helpful hint might be to have a list of good nearby restaurants. We went with a fabulous recommendation from a neighbor.

Had a great stay at this cute and we'll appointed 2br 2ba home. Easy access to lots of local attractions and 10 mins from downtown PS. Will stay again.

We came here to relax and a enjoyed ourselves. Apparently, we left some "damages" which I didn't know till I was notified. Our apologies if that was the case. Overall, the stay was good and relaxing. It is also very quiet in the area.

We absolutely loved and enjoyed this sweet condo. From the time we arrived (entry was so easy) to departure it was perfect. The condo was impeccably clean and very well stocked with all the basics. It was quiet and secure. We found this to be so centrally located to shopping, golf, and restaurants. The location is really hard to beat. There are 30 + pools in the complex and the pool closest to the condo was literally steps away. Wonderful amenities within. Rob, the owner is undoubtedly the nicest most gracious and helpful host!! We sincerely thank you for sharing this sweet condo. Our hope is to have a return stay in the fall.

What a nice chill property well maintained

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend 4 nights at. The location was perfect, overlooking the green of 9 Ciello, the cleanliness couldn’t have been better, and the owner was amazingly accommodating towards our needs. We have rented many places throughout the years via VRBO but this was by far the best all around for the price. We would definitely stay here again
