Condo is a corner unit so you get lucky with double the view of the beautiful gulf waters & white sandy beaches. Condo has a well stocked kitchen that is beautiful & plenty of dining area for the whole family. Bedrooms are spacious with beds that are extremely comfy! Bathrooms are nice too! The only complaint about the condo itself is the shower head in the bathroom of the second king room. It hangs down too far and makes showering interesting. Wouldn’t keep me from booking again though! Just a very minor issue. Elevators do get busy but it wasn’t bad - is exactly what I expect with a beach condo. Get out to the beach or pool early to get a good spot! The bar at the pool serves delicious drinks and the pool is huge and our kids loved it. Also if you check out the indoor pool it’s usually empty! My kids loved that. Can’t wait to book again!

Beautiful ocean-front property with amazing views and easy beach access. Lots of space and very well decorated. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Excellent communication with the owner. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The location was right on the beach, prime location. The cleanliness was a little disappointing. Furniture was stained, fans were very dusty so we didn’t want to turn them on. Otherwise, it was a nice place for a large family.

Fantastic stay! We loved everything about this property! The view was especially amazing!! The inside was perfect for our family! The washer and dryer were an added bonus! Also, the parking on the same floor as the property was fantastic. We had such a great time, we hope to be back again someday!!

We had a great stress free time. Very clean and comfortable condo in a great location. My favorite part was the balcony, I could sit there forever! We all agreed we'd stay there again for sure!

The unit is as it appears online. Parking garage is a bit of a nightmare as well as the elevators. The unit was clean and well stocked with the essentials. The main drawback for me (mainly because I have 3 kids) is that it is a very long walk from the parking garage to the unit. I'm very OCD and for the most part the unit met my expectations. The location is fantastic with many restaurants/things to do within short distances. Overall, unit is as advertised, owner was very attentive and our stay was fun and stress free!

Condo has a great view. The reserved parking spots are fantastic! It’s very well maintained & communication with the owner was very easy, with quick responses. We would definitely stay here again if we come to the area.

This is our second time staying at this particular condo complex. Last year, our condo (different) didn't feel large enough . This year, at this particular condo, we had more than enough space. Having 4 adults and 6 kids (8 to 15) in one place can get chaotic without enough personal space and this condo was chaos free this week. The teen girls thoroughly enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom and so did the adults. The wrap around balcony that overlooks the beach and not the pool is amazing! Having 2 dedicated parking spots on the same floor as the condo is such a bonus!! It's a tight fit for 2 SUVs but thats typical for a parking garage. The owner communicated quickly when asked about early check-in and when we didn't have enough towels. This condo will more than likely be "our place" for years to come. Just a couple notes about the actual complex, the pool is extra large and always has an extra large crowd. It doesn't necessarily feel too close for comfort though. Our kids had plenty of room for handstands, pool games, and floating but if you can't handle crowds then this may not be your place. Secret note, the indoor pool is ALWAYS empty! There is a tiki restaurant with good, fairly priced food, a snowcone shop, a tiki bar, and a icecream & coffe shop so if you don't ever want to leave the complex, you don't have to. Oh and music by the pool is a nice touch! The elevators are the worst!! Going up isn't awful but we used the stairs more often going down than we actual rode the elevator down! The beach service (umbrella and chairs) are cheap and every ocean activity you can imagine are available right there! Most everything else is walking distance.

The location is great. Pineappleville is rigth on the side, they have delicius appetizers and drinks. The tikibar at the hotel is great . The pool is very nice, we had a lot of fun. The apartment was very well clean. They provide all the basics utensils, you dont need to bting anything. The maneger is quickly on respond you. comunications was great. The view is gorgeous. I relly recomend this place.

The view could not be beat and the owner more helpful or accommodating!!! The pool area is lovely. Two issues with our stay and these are just FYIs for future renters and in no way a fault of the owner. We were there 10-20 thru 10-27 which was bike week so it was pretty loud anywhere you went and a bit more crowded there for that time of year so if you think that would bother you....be warned. We also experienced the dreaded Red Tide which was a big bummer and limited the activities we planned to do while there (shell Island, kayaking etc). We had never heard of it before so if you're not familiar I would GOOGLE it. Again....both things have nothing to do with the owner or the condo. Bkth

We were very pleased with this condo. It was clean, in good condition, well stocked and had plenty of room for the family. The only drawback was the parking garage. It was very tight and hard to navigate. As long as you don’t plan to go out every day, it’s ok once you get parked.

Check in was super easy since we could go straight to the room. We even got in early, which was nice because we would have had to find something to do all day before check in. The property manager was attentive and easily reached if we needed anything. The view from the balcony is perfect! The room was clean, could use a few updates/repairs but nothing that effected us. Kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have chairs, boogey boards and pool noodles to use so we didn’t have to bring or buy them. It was a short walk to the beach and Pineapple Willy’s. Our only complaints are the area smelled of sewage all week, the elevators were broken and slow all week, the parking garage is crazy- people driving way too fast and in the middle of the road- and the constant smell of weed no matter where you went around the condo, including our balcony. These aren’t the hosts fault, though. We will definitely be back, thank you!

Condo was nice & spacious. Kitchen was much better furnished than most. Beds all very comfortable.

There was some minor issues when we arrived at the unit but the property manager was willing to get everything straightened out immediately. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay. Great views of the ocean and perfect location to activities in Panama City Beach.

Absolutely one of the best VRBO stays I’ve been on!! The view from the balcony is unreal and the condo itself is so nice! Super friendly communication from everyone involved. Hope to be able to stay again and will be recommending to friends and fam!

We were pleased with the unit provided by our host. She was very organized regarding the checkin process. (Our parking tag and required wrist bands were waiting in the room as promised.) The parking location was on the same parking garage floor as the unit which, after staying a few days, we appreciated more and more. We had some difficulty with someone parking inappropriately in one of the spots and our host handled it promptly. Warning: the parking spots are very narrow. Our unit was clean, basic toiletries and kitchen needs provided. Great having 3 bathrooms for our group especially when coming in from the beach. Furniture was clean and comfortable. The corner unit deck was a great place to hang out and watch people and nature. We received clear checkout instructions and reminders prior to departure. The only negative was the competition for beach space with large groups of partying young people. Not something our host could prevent😉 but the Shores of Panama might influence with their bookings. We would definitely book through our host again-- great property as promised.

This property was exactly as described. It was clean and well stocked. Lots of extra blankets and pillows, kitchen was stocked perfect as well. Check in was a breeze and the kids were in the pool within mins. Also- reserved parking spots couldn’t have been any closer. So convenient!

The condo is fantastic for families with great ocean views, comfortable beds and a well-appointed kitchen. We also appreciated the extras like plenty of dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, trash bags and great beach chairs. It felt very spacious and the breeze was amazing.

This updated condo has everything you need from cookingware to very comfortable beds. You can literally sit on the outside patio and watch everyone having fun on the beach. Very clean and well kept. The owners were very responsive and very helpful in any questions even suggestions of places to visit. Highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

This property was exactly right for our group - 4 adults and 2 small children. Ample room and great views of the Gulf. The 2 reserved parking spots are on the 10 the floor and it takes a while to drive up! Beds were comfortable and everything worked fine. A couple of small area rugs a couple of upholstered dining chairs look like they should be replaced but overall we were very well pleased. A few of the locals said The Shores is known for being a party destination for young people and can be loud and boisterous at times. Since our visit was during the off season, we did not find that to be the case. We enjoyed our visit.

Everything was incredibly clean. The Condo was furnished with very nice furniture, all the appliances are fairly new and worked wonderful. The location is perfect and the balcony very is breathtaking. If I had one complaint it would be how long it took to get up the parking garage. (this condo is on the 10th floor). BUT having the parking on the same floor as the condo as well as having reserved spots made up for the long drive to the top. The customer service was incredible. We go every year and will be looking for this exact booking again.
